        独立砂罗越是我们的愿景和使命。要实现这愿景，我们必须好好内外装备自己。如何内装备自己和组织呢？ 对我来说，内装备自己就是练功夫，好好锻炼自己养自己的身心灵。 内装备一个组织，对我来说，就是这组织内人的理念和正能量信念和团结力量和向心力有多强大。这才是硬道理。

        有好的内装备个人自己和整体组织，我们外装备个人自己和整体组织就有了很到位的谱。像很努力练唱一首歌后，就可以自然又高格[朗朗上口]。有正确愿景的理念，信仰 和正能量，个人和各党派组织都愿意合作和配合以达到砂罗越独立的愿景的使命。

        理念正，信仰坚定和正能量满满的队伍肯定很有吸引力。砂罗越人自然转向这第三势力。砂罗越独力就在砂罗越人的手中。

  

         Independent Sarawak is our Vision and Mission. To achieve this vision, 

we must equip/arm ourselves both internally and externally.  

 Then how does an individual and the organisation arm themselves inwardly?  

 To me, equipping yourself is like practising martial arts and you have to practise 

hard to accomplish a high standard of performance.   We are to prepare 

ourselves physically, mentally and spiritually to carry out our mission in order 

to achieve our vision: Sarawak independence.  Arming an organisation, to me, 

is how strong, united and focused the party members are towards their mission 

to accomplish the Vision of Sarawak Independence.   This is the matter of fact 

to acknowledge.

        If we have fully armed yourself and so has the organisation inwardly, 

we shall definitely have the individual and organisational patterns outwardly to 

follow and show.   Just like practising a song well, you can sing the song 

spontaneously and in high calibre.  Having the right Vision, faith and positive 

energy, an individual and different parties /organisations are willing to cooperate 

and collaborate to carry out the mission in order to achieve our Vision of Sarawak 

Independence.

        Positive Vision, faith and energy of the teams definitely will magnet /attract Sarawakians to tune to this force.  With the wide-awareness, Sarawak Independence is in the hand of every Sarawakian.
