土地税飙涨

乡区地转为城市地，更新费飙涨25倍

乡区地每英亩期限60年更新费是200令吉。但是转为城市地时，每英亩期限60是5000令吉。每英亩飙涨25倍，相等于2,500%，也太暴利了吧！

个案是石角地主，陈先生，有2.2英亩土地到2026年12月到期，申请延长地契，告知必须缴费11,000令吉。

他的隔壁地主，一年前更新两英亩多土地，才缴付500令吉。

砂土地局部长Tengah Ali 做事太轻率了吧。太着重商业回报。砂资源超级丰富，每个砂民皆有份。

请参考阿联酋等国，为什么没课土地税！砂政盟的砂人优先口号几时可以落实？

砂民集体应该以反暴利税采取法律行动起诉砂政府。

据我所知，商家暴利回馈一定会面对反暴利法律制裁。

这就有邀请张部长先在砂议会内要求改善土地课税法典。如果行不通，就帮乡区和城市地主提交反暴利税诉讼。

种种土地课税，我猜是来自土地局提案，但是，为何在砂议会可以如此轻易通过？这土地课税完全是跟民间脱节。完全以商业利益做考量。政府变得太商业化是致命的。

民间NGOs一大堆，为什么都没集体反对活动？

Sarawak independence is just a feel good feeling amongst nationalist!!

As a former colony of Britain, there was no act pass in UK's parliament to grant us independence.

So, don't wish me Happy Sarawak Day.

Don't wish me Happy Sarawak Independnce day either.

Because that would be twisting history n historically wrong!

Was Sarawak ever independent? 

Did the British ever declared us an independent country in the British Parliament,?

*Fact is, Sarawak was handed to Malaya on a silver platter, gifted to Malayans to continue the colonisation of Sarawak from Britain to Malaya.*

The damn Cobbold Commission was a farce. 

It was created so the world would think that the people of Sarawak agreed for Sarawak to form the federation of Malaysia along with Singapore, Sabah, and Malaya.

In other words, we were forced, or rather duped to become a colony of Malaya by the damn accursed British.

We should stop fooling ourselves that we were once independent on 22/7/963 because we never was independent.

Instead of saying Happy Sarawak Day, or Happy Sarawak Independence Day, why not call it "Free Sarawak from Malaya Colonialists" 

Or "No to to Neo Malayan Colonialists"

That would be more accurate than celebrating an event which never occurred!

Let's be direct instead of beating around the bush. Let's all for Sarawak to be independent not only on 22/7 but everyday if need be

On 22/7, l did not see any posters that say "FREE SARAWAK FROM MALAYA".

Why?

I am not against celebrating Independence day but it must be celebrated in the right context.

Ask l had mentioned earlier, I would not celebrate 22/7 as we were not and never independent from Britain. Britain never officially gave independence to Sarawak but their intention was to release us from bondage and into the mouth of a waiting crocodile named Malaya, who happily swallowed us up, lock stock n barrel.

And yet here we are happily celebrating a lie. Every year since 22/7 was declared a state holiday by Adenan Satem.

So l have to be honest with myself here. I would be happy to join in a celebration that is themed *For or Towards Sarawak Independence day* 

and not " Sarawak Independence Day on 22/7."

Like a divorce in a civil marriage, it must be recognised by both parties (husband n wife) and the JPN as witness for it to be legal.

 I can only conclude that we were fooled by the British colonial government. 

So here's to the British government...UP YOURS FOR DECEIVING us.

May your country be overrun by a migrant population soon and a foreign religion. When that happens, I will laugh, not cry.

“The Indian Independence Bill, which carves the independent nations of India and Pakistan out of the former Mogul Empire, comes into force at the stroke of midnight on August 15, 1947.

*The British Prime Minister, Clement Attlee, introduced the Indian Independence Bill in the House of Commons on 4 July 1947. It was passed by both the houses of the British Parliament on 15 July 1947. It received Royal Assent on 18 July 1947.*

No such act was passed in the British parliament to grant Sarawak Independence in 1963 and neither was Royal Assent granted by the British monarch as a colony of the crown.

刘惟诚：被忽视近50年，政治动荡摇醒MA63

刘惟诚是拉曼大学媒体中文系讲师。他是砂人在马半岛20多年。

他分享他对MA63的看法。我有我的意见，认同和不认同他的看法。

说MA48马来亚联合邦和MA63是一样的都是建国协议。我很不认同。

因为MA48协议是马半岛各州协议。然而，MA63是在不同土地上的国家协议是国际协议。

沙砂是在千多海里外，是英国政府以强硬手段组合的。

在1960年12月14日，联合国大会通过1514号和1541号决议。1514决议是赋予个人自决权和1541号集体决定权是否要（一）独立；（二）联邦和（三）合并。

马来亚和英国完全没给沙砂公投取决下就在1963年9月16日成立马来西亚联邦。

新加坡经过一番努力，在1965年成功脱马独立。他不是被驱逐的。因为李有准备［分离协议］和［独立宣言］亲自要求东姑签名，以防止东姑出尔反尔，不守承诺。

当时砂民也想脱马独立，可是马联邦采用残暴不仁的手段打压砂民。马联邦用内安法令，煽动法令还有紧急法令压制砂民。

当时国民党领袖黄金明要求检讨MA63 之类，就被判入狱3年。说砂人对MA63没太深感触是很不逻辑的。

砂国阵是联邦国阵的一份子是完全没有空间索权。

马联邦政治运作是全盘殖民沙砂计划。从东姑拼吞计划；Tun Razak提呈石油发展法令95%联邦：沙砂各5%。意在掠夺石油沙砂资源和Tun Hussein 提议把沙砂从邦国贬成州，意在殖民。

到马哈迪任相，他更是无法无天，贪得无厌打抢沙砂资源。他制造贪污舞弊滥权腐败的政治生态环境。从此巫统国阵就上了不归路。

从2018年开始，马联邦就被砂掐脖子了。砂联盟启动索权机制，要回属砂所有自主权。

在2011年，Najib 为配合联合国职位要求取消内安法令。在2012生效后，砂民运就崛起了。MA63也就大公开。民运分子更是大挖掘砂历史。砂第五任首长Adenan Satem 是大力支持民运，大大增强索权力量。

归还属砂的自主权本来就是天经地义的事。

在2021年，总于修宪复邦，恢复沙砂邦国地位。可是2023年财政预算案对沙砂所分配的联邦发展拨款还是偏差太大。马半岛拨款是869亿令吉而沙砂只有121亿令吉。

马联邦是一群不讲道义，完全不公正，公平，正当，正确，正直----不遵循正轨道行事，所以，才有今天乱78糟的政治状况。

沙砂脱离马联邦是迟早的事。

*PRIME Minister (PM) Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim must stand by his promises of Reformasi viz the creation of a multi-cultural and representative government instead of resorting to scare tactics that are not acceptable in a functioning democracy when he is being criticised.

Sarawak social activist Peter John Jaban made the call today in light of the treatment of two fellow activists Arun Dorasamy and S. Shashi Kumar who were hauled up by Bukit Aman Police over Anwar’s role in solemnising the conversion of a Hindu man into Islam recently.

“Our PM needs to accept the critique and address it. That is the nature of public service. He needs to remember that he represents his office. He represents Malaysia as a nation,” Jaban who is also the Global Human Rights Federation Malaysia (GHRF) deputy president pointed out in a media statement.

“As the PM of a purportedly secular government, he cannot allow himself to be seen converting a young Hindu man on camera regardless of his personal beliefs and religious practice.

“Even worse, he cannot expect to curry favour with one sector of the voting public by doing so and then suppress outrage from another to maintain his position. Politics is perception and he has been long enough in the game to know this. He has made this a political act by performing this conversion in public.”

If the police are working on their own under a standard operating procedure (SOP) that remains from a previous time, then this is the perfect time for Anwar to take a stand, according to Jaban who is a long-time activist.

“This kind of action was the hallmark of the old Malaysia and lessons are not easily unlearned. But, in this case, lessons trickle down from the top,” he lamented.

“The police were attempting to seize Shashi’s phone in what was clearly a fishing expedition and an abuse of power against a man who had not been charged with any crime or indeed committed one. Thankfully, he knows his rights, another product of the existence and actions of activists through the decades.”

In essence, Jaban contended that Anwar needs to learn from this event and “to make sure that everyone who represents his administration does the same”.

“This is an opportunity, not a threat. He needs to listen more than he talks and he should separate his private life from political gain. Freedom of expression is an essential component of democracy and criticism an inevitable product of a political life,” added the Sarawakian activist. – Aug 24, 2023

Sarawak first Chief Minister Stephen Kalong Ningkan nominated Temenggung Jugah as the governor of Sarawak but was rejected by Tunku Abdul Rahman.

Tunku said: "It was agreed that if the Chief Minister is a Dayak then the Governor should be a Malay. As such the Yang Di-pertuan Agong would not be able to accept Temenggung Jugah's appointment."

李光耀回忆录

李光耀回憶录，第一章，开头就这样寫着；

“....新加坡的独立卻是强加在它头上的....”,話雖是这么說，然而李光耀巧妙的運用一係例策略与动作，还有他的高尚品德致使他不曾和砂沙首长一样同汚合流，高喊'Ya betul, ya betul'，所以今天新加坡才不在马联邦懷抱之中，其实不会令人惊奇的。

李光耀回忆录第一章第十六段，“在我们和敦拉扎克进行談判三个星期里.....”

第八段 “特地要求東姑

在声明上亲自簽名，......他们无法改变主意。”

从这两段話，我们得知，独立並非一蹴而就，而是经过艰难的暗中談判，还有李光耀的去意已决，坚持要独立的決心就表現出他特地要求東姑在声明中亲自簽名，以免后者日后生变反悔。在这过程中，新马双方同意于1965年8月7日签署分离协议致使新加坡同年8月9日宣布独立並终止为马联邦的成员国。

同年8月9日，上午十点正，新加坡广播电台广播员庄严地讀出独立宣言，与此同时，政府也分發特别宪報号外让人民知道新加坡已经脱馬独立了。另一边廂，正在此時，馬联邦国会还在辩論新国方案，时至下午四点半才对外宣布新加坡被踢出联邦。人家新加坡早早就遠走高飞，轻舟已过万重山，馬来亚才来一个马后炮，說前者被踢出联邦，这样本未倒置的說詞合逻輯嗎？令人伩服嗎？

时至今日，新加坡是否被踢，大家細讀李光耀回忆錄之后自可思考判断。转载

赖评论马半岛6州选举的成绩单。土伊联手在团结政府的三个定存州：森美兰，槟城和雪兰莪大有斩获，总共赢得38个议席。反观希巫联手在吉打，吉兰丹和登嘉楼，只获得5个席位。

在砂拉越的砂民是隔岸观火，看得触目惊心，种族宗教偏激走邪，真的大行其道。不是说邪不胜正，怎么如此给人的印象是反其道而行之，是邪恶当道，有那股阴气深深的。

英国殖民政府真的造孽硬把沙砂加入千多公里外的马半岛。今天，沙砂被拖进泥沼地，真的是苦不堪言。

砂政府有着3分之二优势执政，应该采取脱马独立，在马联邦，砂根本没有任何希望全面自由发展。

安华首相接下来是否要和国盟大比拼。 安华首相个人立场可以摇摆不定，但是公正党标榜公正，改革，昌明是否立场坚定。

火箭党标志正义，正当，正确，正直。。。不能也钟摆不定吧！

砂政盟标签砂优先，半岛政治生态环境对砂非常不利，砂政盟对安华首相所作所为言行，不能视而不见。

安华首相改革能力薄弱，不堪一击。对于大专生土族固打制，他的思维还是照旧操作，无法突破。一改革，怕团结政府权力旁落。

对承认统考课题还是照旧不承认，以［保持不变应万变］。

固打制和死都不承认统考，根本不管，不理全力支持公正党的马半岛华裔的感受。可是，公正党领头羊不公正的对待华裔的感受公正公平吗？

联合政府预计会向其国会提呈修正和回教法庭355法案。这还不够证明安华首相开拓种族和宗教化的决心吗？

昌明大马的口号还能同时落实吗？

马半岛，真的要把改革开放希望寄托给Muda 会更实在可靠。

记得，支持更好的，更正当，更正确，更正直，更公正，正义，正气的的政党。还有，记得，有竞争，才会有进步。

马来西亚计划是阿都拉曼或李光耀主意？

嗯，都不是。阿都拉曼连想都没有想到。

S李当时极度想跟马来亚合并以借用他们的军事力量来清除左翼分子保护S。他知道古巴是如何被人民推翻的。

可是巫统完全不同意因为S当时华人人口占据70%加入后，华人人数会比马来人还多，这会影响马来人政权。

于是S李才想到英国婆罗洲三邦殖民地，这些地方的人口结构可抵消巫统的顾虑。

于是他便向英国殖民政府提出他的看法。这完全符合英国的全盘计划。其实，英国政府老早就有这计划，只是还没提出。

在1960年12月14日，联合国大会通过［去殖民化宣言］。世界列强对殖民地的控制不得不放手。

对沙砂拥有超级丰富资源，英国还是想分一杯羹，还有沙砂的地理位置对英国未来发展也是很重要，还有，还有，他们不要共产党在东南亚强大起来，等等等等的因素，所以，英政府老早1950年代就在计划中。

S李对新加坡的处境焦虑不安，所以才如此积极，努力，以他三寸不烂之舌说服沙砂政府参组。

这过程，其实，都是英政府霸权一手包办，沙砂集体人民完全没有参与讨论的分。

他们完全忽视人联党在不到两星期内收到11万4000人的签名。英政府一意孤行。

按照英政府的时间表想赶在8月31日宣布马来西亚成立。早在1963年7月9日，沙砂指定人马去伦敦签署马协议。

当时印尼和菲律宾也反对他们完全没有给沙砂人民公投下成立。

于是联合国派遣调查团来调查，结果不了了之。

在1963年9月16日，他们就迫不及待宣布马来西亚联邦正式成立。

在充满争议的沙巴主权问题和砂拉越激烈反对都不理睬下成立。

所以，马来西亚联邦解散的问题是迟早的事。

Are We Stupid Or Are You – Our Leaders – That after over half a century you have still not got it right?

The Malays In Singapore Are By And Large Better Off Than Us yet they do not have Bumiputraism. 

Why not learn from them?

The wealth gap intra the Malay Community is much wider than that of the other communities. We have Super Rich Malays while most of us struggle to make ends meet.

*Are these rich Malays so much cleverer or more hard working than the rest of us?*

Or is it because *they have used their positions and connections to enrich themselves at our expense?*

*2. WOULD IT BE TRUE THAT IF “AFFIRMATIVE ACTION” IS BASED ON NEEDS AND NOT ON RACE THERE WILL BE MORE FOR US POOR MALAYS?*

After all since the Rich Malays can afford to support their children’s education why are they taking scholarships?

Every place they take means one less place for a poor student.

And how does giving us discount on buying shares help us. Most of us cannot understand the stock market and even if we did, we have no spare money to play the share market. This benefits the rich Malays only but not us.

Same for housing we can only afford one house if at all, while the rich can buy many. 

Now If House Purchase Discounts were given strictly on the basis of needs and not race, then perhaps House Prices Can Come Down because of the lower holding cost for developers. This will benefit us.

*3. YOU KEEP TELLING US THE CHINESE ARE OUR ENEMIES; THAT THEY STEAL FROM US AND THAT IF NOT FOR YOU WE WOULD BECOME EXTINCT.*

How did the Chinese steal from us and how are they going to make us extinct? *Explain . . .!?!*

Are you not using them to scare us so that we run to you?

*4. ON EDUCATION: WHY ARE EVEN OUR FELLOW MALAYS LEAVING THE NATIONAL SCHOOLS AND GOING TO CHINESE SCHOOLS???* 

*ARE THEY TELLING YOU SOMETHING?*

Why is Religion so much an element in our schools. Should we not have more time on subjects that prepare our children for the workplace – to cari makan?

And if as you keep telling us that we have the Best Education why are you sending your children to private schools and overseas universities? 

Why are our universities ranked so low?

We want good public universities led by good vice chancellors; we don’t care about his race. Yet you play politics with our children’s future by not appointing the best, but using race as a criteria.

*5. TO OUR RELIGIOUS LEADERS:*

*WHY IS THE ISLAM PRACTISED IN MANY ISLAMIC COUNTRIES MORE LIBERAL AND OPEN THAN OURS .. ?!?*

And why do you think we are we so Weak In Our Faith that we can be so easily confused, or influenced by the sign of the cross, or Christians celebrating their festivals that you forbid us to even convey our festive greetings to them? Or not allow them to enjoy their Oktober Fest as we consider it haram.

*Why is it that you make a fuss of how our women (or other women) dress and trivial matters like that?*

*6. YOU SCOLD US FOR BEING LAZY AND CALL US USELESS – THAT WE CANNOT WALK WITHOUT A TONGKAT.*

Is it to keep us Dependent on you? Are you afraid that if we can think for ourselves and stand on our own feet without you we can make up our minds what is good or bad?

*7. WHY DO THE OLDER GENERATION MALAYSIANS GET ON SO MUCH BETTER WITH EACH OTHER AND WE DO NOT? IS IT THE SCHOOL SYSTEM?*

Or Is it the less extreme and more tolerant Islam in their day? 

My Grandmother did not wear a Tudung yet she is a Good Muslim. My Grandfather sat in the coffeeshops with his Chinese and Indian Kakis and no one made a fuss.

*Have You Brainwashed Us To Hate The Non-Malays?*

I do not care about race; and religion is a personal matter – Between Me And Allah. I do not want to be used as a Pawn to *Further Your Own Selfish Agenda.* 

All I want is a good job and peace and harmony. I want a good education for my children so that they too can have a bright future.

I look at our Malay Brothers in Sarawak and Sabah and envy them for their racial harmony and how they enjoy each other. 

My Grandfather tells me that we were like that once. I want to be like that again.

It is not the Non-Malays who do not want to mix with us. *It’s us who want to be exclusive and that works to our detriment.*

Don’t Play Racial Politics with our lives so you can Divide and Rule, and enrich yourself at our expense.

You can fool some of us all the time and all us some of the time, but you cannot fool all of us all the time.

教育医疗自主权

沙巴首长希望教育医疗自主权很快就会有最终确定。

60年后的今天咱们沙砂两国还在希望，期待和盼望马联邦政府行政管理权下放。

来，我们看看新加坡和汶莱，人家是独立自主一切。尤其是新加坡，人口接近6百万，不管是教育还是医疗已经达标上轨道成为一流先进国。

汶莱人口接近40多万，汶莱一切是属于汶莱苏丹的，可是，汶莱苏丹是多么照顾人民。所以，人民过得丰衣足食的生活。

反观咱们沙砂从1963年开始就受制于千多哩外的马来亚严重病态remote control 咱们。

不管是习俗，语言，文化，民风等等，两岸差距有别天和地。

60年霸权牢控沙砂，强硬马来亚化婆罗洲两国。这也呈现沙砂人民无能和没用。

是时候，沙砂人民发挥人民力量，能力和作用。

期待教育和医疗行政管理权下放后，沙砂两国可以自由招聘教师，医生和义务人员，以便加速教育和医疗发展计划。

谁能比砂人更了解砂人；沙巴人更了解沙巴人？

有了行政管理权，沙砂政府更容易控制和监督，更有效和迅速处理问题。

希望安华倡明政府停止掠夺，剥削，打压，抢劫，霸凌和殖民沙砂两邦国。

看交通部长陆兆福是如何偏一方以发展马来亚的基建为主为中心。他明明白白知道基建对一个地方发展太重要了。要带动发展，基建必须走前端。

可是，砂拉越要建火车道，还要他质疑可行吗啊？

同时，我希望沙砂人民更团结，更争气，更勇敢，更理智，更有智慧, 更更积极推动［沙砂主权］对抗豺狼盗匪入侵。

记得SLM名言绝句：［脱马无罪，独立有理］。共同养大一支本土反对联盟。

记得Chagos islands 是如何归还给Mauritius. 记得砂拉越是砂民的；沙巴是沙巴人的。马来亚绝对没有权力过海越界入侵沙巴和砂拉越。

以Chagos islands 为鉴，MA63的合法性成立马来西亚是值得沙砂人民质疑的。

记得，1960年12月14日，联合国大会通过［去殖民化宣言］的1514号决议是自决权；还有1541号决议的集体权力要（一）独立；（二）联邦或（三）合并

沙砂人民必须凝聚正义，正气，正当，正确和公正的正能量推动1514运动。

沙巴目前面对的挑战是脱马独立以外，还要面对菲律宾“索土”的问题。

其实，这也是良机向联合国请求来个公投，一了百了解决这痛苦。

      自16/9/63砂被英殖民主义一手耍弄下，加入了1千公哩外，与砂即无地缘亦无族缘人缘关系的马耒亜"共组"马耒西亚联邦后，至今已整6O年了。6O年耒砂成了国不国，邦不邦，州不州的，全世界绝无仅有的"怪圈国"。国际上完全没有了砂拉越声音，砂拉越已不是国际大家庭中的一员，有嘛，必须在前面冠上"马耒西亚砂拉越州"。全体砂人民只能听"西马"的，对自己的国家已没有了发言权！这就是所谓通过参组大马取得独立的结果。砂同胞们，这6O年您们过得幸福愉快吗？

      

        1961年联合国通过1514和1541决议中阐明殖民地与半殖民地人民完全有权行使神圣的自决权力。然而可怜的砂拉越和沙巴(北婆)，却跌进了马耒西亚的万丈深渊中至今无法摆脱！

        

       砂盟当局号召人民积极参加独立6O周年的遊行，这是道地的愚民政策！今天的砂拉越独立了吗？三岁的小孩子都明白，今日之砂拉越是马耒亜的殖民地！不知砂盟的头头们是如何解释国家独立之含义？还是当了6O年的亡国奴还嫌不够，还要让子孙后代一代接一代继续当下去？！真可悲呀！连上帝亦感无奈！

       

        1963年之前，虽然砂是英殖民地，但砂最高立法议会对砂自身的权益仍有充份的发言权和决策权，不至于目前这样超过5千万的拨款须经联邦批准。这不是比殖民地更殖民地吗？

        

        现在整个世界早已进入了和平与发展的历史新阶段，而砂仍被关在殖民主义的牢笼中，同世界潮流割断了6o年，砂的前路往何处去？砂的华，巫，达及其他少数同胞们在这所谓共组大马6O周年之际，实在要认真想一想，砂拉越这一艘航船将驶向何处去？

        

       世间一切事物的发展都有周期律，60年该是一个关键的节点。当然对那些即得利益的团体和个人，及愚昧无知的人早已被马来西亚溶化掉了，不但不要提起这个问题，还感觉当亡国奴越当越爽，还要让子子孙孙永远当下去！

修改-------小丑的笑话

温利山：修改联邦宪法的概念是融入与马来亚合作的平等精神是小丑的笑话

 1963年马来西亚协议（MA63）是英国和东姑阿都拉曼精心策划的政治骗局，目的是将新加坡、沙巴和砂拉越作为英国在1963年扩大马来亚的礼物。

 

 因此，当首席部长表示拟议的联邦宪法修正案将反映签署 MA63 的政党的真实精神和意图时，YAB 首席部长拿督巴丁宜阿邦佐哈里必须予以纠正 - 请参阅《婆罗洲邮报》2021 年 10 月 16 日。

 YAB首席部长的这个错误必须得到纠正，以便砂拉越人知道真相，而不是相信谎言。

 MA63的真正精神和意图，是创造一个马来超级种族，以及马来亚对婆罗洲英国殖民地的种族、宗教统治。 这也是马来亚对新加坡沙巴和砂拉越的新殖民化。 印度尼西亚总统苏加诺意识到英国和东姑制造的这种新殖民主义的意图，导致印度尼西亚和马来西亚之间从1963年到1966年发生了婆罗洲对抗。

 这种新殖民主义可以通过马来亚通过联邦内阁和议会实施的经济、文化帝国主义和有条件的发展战略来控制和夺取沙巴和砂拉越的资源来证明。

 据估计，马来亚控制的联邦政府每年为马来亚夺走不少于2000亿令吉的砂拉越财富。 据估计，沙巴每年也向马来亚损失同样数额的资金。

 海洋财富、石油和天然气的损失让砂拉越人难以承受。 其中，每年仅向砂拉越提供约40亿令吉的微薄回报作为发展基金。 因此，砂拉越的发展一直落后，许多地区迄今仍没有适当的基础设施。

 拿督巴丁宜阿邦佐哈里敦奥应该知道，自从马来西亚于1963年成立以来，沙巴和砂拉越就已经成为联邦政府资金和发展的依赖者和乞丐。

 东姑阿都拉曼在马来西亚概念被提起时大肆谈论平等伙伴关系，这是一场政治政变，将新加坡、沙巴和砂拉越纳入马来亚领土，在从英国手中获得这些殖民地领土后， 1963年9月16日起将马来亚改名为马来西亚。

 因此，如果修改联邦宪法的概念是要纳入与马来亚合作的平等精神，那就是小丑的笑话。

Malaysia Agreement 1963 (MA63) was a political deception carefully crafted by the British and Tunku Abdul Rahman to hand over Singapore, Sabah and Sarawak as a gift by the British to enlarge Malaya in 1963.

Therefore, the YAB Chief Minister Datuk Patinggi Abang Johari has to be corrected when the Chief Minister said the proposed amendments to the federal constitution would reflect the true spirit and intention of the parties who inked the MA63 - see The Borneo Post October 16, 2021.

This error by the YAB Chief Minister has to be corrected so that Sarawakians should know the truth and not to believe the untruth.

The true spirit and intention of MA63, was creating a malay super race and Malaya dominance of race, religion over the British colonial territories in Borneo. It was also a neo- colonization of Singapore Sabah and Sarawak by Malaya. President Soekarno of Indonesia was aware of the intention of this neo-colonialism crafted by the British and Tunku, which led to the confrontation between Indonesia and Malaysia called Borneo Confrontation from 1963 to 1966.

This neo-colonialism could be evidenced by using economic, cultural imperialism and conditional development strategies implemented by Malaya through the federal cabinet and Parliament to control and take resources of Sabah and Sarawak.

The federal government which is controlled by Malaya is estimated to have taken not less than RM200 billion of all Sarawak's wealth away annually for Malaya. It is also estimated that Sabah also has lost this same amount annually to Malaya.

The loss of marine wealth, oil and gas are too painful to bear by Sarawakians. Out of these, only a meagre return of about RM4 billion each year been given to Sarawak as development fund. For this reason, Sarawak had been lagging behind in development with many parts having no proper infrastructure.

Datuk Patinggi Abang Johari Tun Openg should know Sabah and Sarawak had been made dependents and beggars for funds and developments from the federal government since Malaysia came into existence in 1963.

The so much talk about equal partnership by Tunku Abdul Rahman to the run-up of Malaysia, was a political coup to take Singapore, Sabah and Sarawak as territories of Malaya, in which, after having acquired these colonial territories from Great Britain, then, change the name of Malaya to Malaysia from 16 September 1963.

Therefore, if the notion of amendments to the federal constitution is to incorporate the spirit of equality in partnership with Malaya is joke by a clown.

砂拉越怎么了？

砂自家医生和医疗人员都去哪里了？

被殖民60年后的今天，咱们真的跟新加坡和汶莱很不一样。医疗人员很不足；医疗设备很破旧，60年了，还是那一句话：有待改善。够搞笑吧！

很多马来亚医生不来砂服务，还要那么可怜的硬请和讨好。

砂真的在马联邦里彻底失败。砂政府是彻底无能无作用。

是时候除掉这些无能为力的政客。可是，砂人准备好了吗？向正义，正气，正当，正确和公正的［正］能量凝聚。养一支强大本土反对党联盟对垒这60年执政联盟。

锁定改朝换代的目标迈进，逐渐朝向独立自主一切的愿景靠拢。

砂从不缺人才和资源，可是60年后的今天，怎么会这么欠缺？

无能和没作为的砂政府和豺狼盗匪的联邦政府（马来亚政府），还有砂人，自家人为了个人利益出卖砂人。

还有，还有，就是砂民本身不够团结，很松散，只顾个人利益。一切的根源是咱们人民自己的问题。

是时候砂人必须学习爱咱们母国砂拉越，我们的家园。咱们必须有如此的共识。砂人必须向［正］能量凝聚---正义，正气，正当，正确和公正。大家加油！

去除民粹，回归施政----郭朝河

他问了两个问题：

一）马半岛6州选举，大家是投党还是投人？

二）投票结局维持现状，需要去投票吗？

是的，马联邦政治情况是选前党理念摆中间；胜选后，党理念摆一边，为了配合政盟运作，什么情况都有可能。

过去国阵巫统独霸天下60年，国阵在2018年倒台后，单一政党垄断就被破除了。

经过5年的洗礼，人民见证，以往以正义和民主凝聚人民的政党，如今，在利益当前，个个都变成哑巴。

是的，人民必须从新定位民主下一步发展目标：选人，以其政绩为投票标准。州政权必须归于拥有最多良才和有全面发展计划的政党。

让选民投票决定政坛素质。以人民集团力量来左右政党人选，突破党内部朋党结构，以逼使政党回归健康运作。

对，不管投票结局如何，肯定要去投票。是的，它是一种表态，也是推动民主进展不可少的元素。

我倒认为大家应该多多支持Muda，这第三势力，让它来个大突破。让真正改革从Muda 开始。

好好养这第三势力来破除那些迂腐政治运作，习惯，作风，还有习俗。

还有，还有，旧势力无法做到的事像承认统考，废除大学固打制，种族歧视等等。

Formation of Malaysia failed

*FORMATION OF MALAYSIA FAILED TO GET AN INDEPENDENT LEGISLATURE'S CONSENT OF SABAH & SARAWAK*

*The starting point of understanding MA63, in my view is knowing the crucial characteristics of a “Parliamentary Democratic Government”, namely, fully functional and independent Executive (Cabinet), Legislature (Parliament/Legislative Assembly (DUN) and Judiciary (Court). Should any of these three branches of government be not fully functional or independent but still under the purview of the colonial power, that particular government or nation has not yet gained FULL independence, which was the case of Sabah and Sarawak* – Jack Situn Esq.

Sarawak Legislature, called Council Negri was a body appointed by the Rajah. The function of the Council Negri was to advise the Rajah. When Sarawak was a colony, this function of the Council Negri continued. 

However, the British began to allow elections to the Council Negri in end of 1956.

During April 1963 Sarawak Elections to elect members to the Council Negri (Legislature) Sarawak was still a colony of the British. At that time the British had already pushed for Greater Malaya by strategizing Singapore, North Borneo (Sabah) and Sarawak to merge with Malaya. The plan for Greater Malaya started soon after the Second World War II because caused by the War, the British could no more maintain their colonies. 

Although Sarawak had a Legislature to decide whether or not to be part of Malaysia, the elected Legislature could not function fully and independently without the interference of the British on this important matter. The Council Negri was not independent. As said above, the function of the Council Negri at that time was to advise the British governor. Like the Rajah, the British governor retained prerogative powers over the Council Negri.   

Therefore, the way how Sarawak merged with Malaya was not the decision of an independent Council Negri, but, also by the British.

 Therefore, this decision for Sarawak to merge with Malaya had no legal basis because it was *NOT CONSENTED BY A FULLY INDEPENDENT LEGISLATURE*. This was therefore against the United Nations General Assembly Resolution 1514 on right to self-determination. The same also goes to Sabah.

For Sabah, there was no Sabah Legislature yet because Sabah Legislature was only formed on 25.09.1963 and all decisions including the merger with Malaya were not done by a Legislature, but by the British for Sabah.

   

There was also no independent judiciary in Sarawak at that time because the Chief Justice was a British and the Attorney-General was also a British when the Malaysia Agreement 1963 (MA63) was signed on 9 July 1963. 

At the time of signing of the MA63, Sabah and Sarawak were still colonies of the United Kingdom. As opined by legal experts, this was against international law as affirmed by the Chagos Islands case delivered by the United Nations International Court of Justice in February 2019. Being colonies, Sabah and Sarawak had no legal capacity to sign the Malaysia Agreement 1963.

Until Malaysia was formed, the Supreme Council (Cabinet) was headed by the British governor and the governor exercised full control over the Cabinet whom he appointed. Therefore, there was no independent Cabinet not under the control of the British governor although Dato Stephen Kalong Ningkan was Chief Minister from 22 July, 1963 until Malaysia was formed on 16 September, 1963. 

The Malaysia Agreement 1963 was already signed before Dato Stephen Kalong Ningkan and his Cabinet was appointed by Sir Alexander Waddell.

Therefore, legal experts also opined that MA63 could be invalidated on the grounds that there was no consent for Malaysia by the Sarawak and Sabah Legislature. Further, there was no independent judiciary system and Cabinet without the interference or influence of the British at the time the Malaysia Agreement 1963 was entered.

人民力量太薄弱，所以，政党才会这么猖狂。

砂火箭队和砂团党才敢毫无顾忌浪费无数时间精力互呛，不理一堆正经事。

其实他们都是：半斤八两；50步笑百步；黑锅笑黑炭，很搞笑。

砂火箭头部长张特别助理江峰年，很出奇，总是没看清自家的问题，就冲出嘲讽他党

说砂团党候选人没遵守宣言和承诺，就换跑道。马半岛火箭胜选后跟巫统抱在一起，有遵守选前的宣言和承诺吗？所以，吃尽回击拳。

在这里我典故一下福州名言: qi go qiu be go, tu li cha bu do

其实，砂民多么希望砂团党可以跟其他本土反对党合作建立一支强大队伍。

那知道，黄校长却在人民完全不知情下去找他学生部长张谈合作。

做反对党，真的是吃力不讨好的事。显而易见的就是示弱：If you can't beat them, join them. 何必讲一大堆堂皇壮丽，伟大多余的话。

一个赢4留三小党，对砂政盟或联邦政盟都是可有可无。我看到的是他自己和党生存的问题。

赢了4个席位跑了一个，还有两个万一也跑了，黄校长“情以何堪”，颜面尽失。

归根就底，我倒认为民运必须凝聚正义，正气和正当的力量对抗政治戾气。

政治权力到手后，政客尽是党意摆中间，尽把民意凉一边。

YB林财耀是典范。我有位朋友要求他解决砂罗里载货量的问题，他敷衍了事，无能为力。诗巫医院需要建一座大概要800万令吉多层停车场。最后，他只能争取到50万令吉建125个停车位。

部长张健仁，对修缮残校拨款缓慢后知后觉。

砂31联邦议员无捍卫功力，应该作废。

砂政府在联邦执政内面对像豺狼盗匪的联邦没有作为。

想来想去，最终我还是相信人民要凝聚力量向不负责任的联邦政府采取法律诉讼。

大家一起准备脱马独立。在这里，让我引用SLM的名言绝句：脱马无罪，独立有理跟大家共勉之。

马来精英拥有极大部分权益

👉在這個國家，马来人拥有一切。出口商是马来人、白糖、稻米总批发及经营者是马来人、国际贸易公司有许多马来人、汽油总裁/汽油站经营者全是马来人、高速公路经营者是马来人、面包食油面粉经营者是马来人、幾乎所有的入口商是马来人、汽车配件及AP拥有者都是马来人。

👉蔬菜食粮油醋批发及进口商是马来人、拥有浅海 / 深海捕渔牌照绝多数是马来人、稻田面积最大平方米的拥有者是马来人、运输及长途游览巴士是马来人，水供、电供及天然气供应商都是马来人，甚至连赌场的董事也有马来人。

👉除了棺材、养猪行业，几乎全部百份之百都由马来人在操控及占用。为何仍继续优先强化土著经济政策？

如果我是首相，极度羞愧及无地自容~！

👉2022年财政预算案撥给土著114亿元，华人才仅仅的2亿元，什么是大马一家？人民已經在抗議，尤其是华人，怒不可遏！

👉国内最大高等教育实践方案瑪拉管理层是马来人、朝圣基金会管理层是马来人、掌握公积金大权的是马来人、看管马航的是马来人、国家最大间银行属於马来人、火车轻快铁经营者是马来人、采矿及制造成型工厂拥有者是马来人、许多工厂及工程承办商是马来人。

👉都已抢完了，占据所有政经领域，马来人还要什么？为什么不好好發展經濟，團結人民，將國家帶入正軌，做個好領導？而且在這50年來，新经济政策已将馬來人塑造成一等公民，而確已達標！

为何首相你仍敵視华人及其他民族？重蹈覆轍，不擇手段，將人民四分五裂？難道這就是政府願意看到的現象？

👉作为国内最大的群族，在独立后剥夺了经、政、文、教的所有权职，政府在50年来无庸置疑、废寝忘食、无微不至的栽培马来人，仍然无法满足，拒絕公平對待所有族群，继续掌权欺公罔法，导致贪官污吏纵生？

64年了，人民在怒吼，政府自欺欺人，忽悠人民。現在不是馬來人、华人、印度人或其他30種民族的問題，已經來到國家展望時刻，是馬來西亞的問題，是馬來西亞人的問題，人民渴求擁有新馬來西亞精神。不要错怪其他的民族，其实是掌权的马来人在欺骗马来人。

👉国家的君主是马来人、首相是马来人、大臣是马来人、政府机关领导都是马来人。政治治国理念脱轨，引导国家名义恶迹昭著，马来人的精神被反利用来蒙蔽马来人的双眼，打击正能量的发挥，阻碍国家发展。

👉马来人纠群结众，以伸张正义為名，保护特权、民族地位、宗教、马来文及皇权，俾不会被剥削及取消。但是整個国家都是马来人在當權；副揆是马来人、警察总长是马来人、海陆空军队首长是马来人、国家银行總裁是马来人、除了槟城，所有大臣及州首长都是马来人、财政部长是马来人、国会议员3/4是马来人、县/市官员是马来人、公务员97％是马来人，谁還有这么大的能力可以改弦更张？

        

👉马来主权是一种种族主义信条，认为马来人是马来西亚的主人，华人和印度构成了少数种族，通过承认宪法第153条，规定马来人的待权。在3, 217万人口中，马来人和伊班族及卡达山族的土著占69％，华人占21％，印巴人占7％。

👉马来西亚宪法中，有多项条文规定马来人特权，阐明马来人以及沙巴和沙捞越土著的特殊地位必须获得保障。所谓的特权包括∶公共服务、奖学金或助学金，以及联邦政府提供的教育或训练特权，必须为马来人及土著保留合理的配额。

👉任何准证或商业执照，必须保留一定的份额给马来人及土著；保留合理的学额给马来人及土著，以进入马来西亚的大学或教育机构深造；伊斯兰教为国教；管制或限制向伊斯兰教徒宣扬其他任何宗教教义或信仰；继续保留独立前已存在的马来保留地，这些地只分发给马来人或原住民；国家语文必须为马来文等等。

👉1970年政府为提高马来人的经济地位，开始推行新经济政策，其中提及对马来人和土著的优惠政策包括：土著在经济领域必须占有30％的股权；在各方面继续扶持土著，以缩小土著与非土著之间的经济鸿沟。

👉大专学府的招生额本來为土著55％，非土著45％，後來變成95%土著；挂牌公司必须将30％的股权售予土著；通过私营化计划，让土著商家获取更多的经商与管理机会；鼓励土著与非土著进行联营计划，从而达到经济重组的目标；政府保送土著学生出国深造，栽培更多的土著专业人才等等。

👉新经济政策为期15年，一些优惠政策发挥了作用，提升了马来人和土著的教育水平和经济地位。1990年期满后，马来西亚政府又提出新发展政策，永无止息，前后卻一共经历了40年。开国以来，都是华人在缴纳税金，华人是国家最大的税金缴纳者，一共高达90％。

如果我是首相，极度羞愧及无地自容~！！！

👉马来人不应该永远寻求保护，以致无法自力更生，妨碍国家的竞争力和健全发展。许多马来人在反对党政治情绪的炒作下，至今仍拼命在维护民族的优惠和扶助。马来人其实已经垄断了所有领域，与其他种族比起来，他们仍然认为被边缘化，马来人的力量很弱。

👉宗教获得保障，回教徒每天都在祈祷，但是财富不会从天空掉下来。半个世纪以來，被教育成好逸恶劳，是时候改弦更张，面对现实打拼生活了。

为什么会惧怕其他民族？答案其实很简单，因为政府養成土著的懒性，每天都在等榴梿跌下来，不劳而获，习惯了以逸待劳。政府为达到目的，利用宗教来散播种族仇恨，以假乱真，以大欺小，不择手段，就为了掌握优惠及被扶助的特权？

首相，你怎能不感到惭愧的呢~？

你根本不把其他民族放在眼里，我们会是一家人吗？马来人还需要多长时间，才能自行开脱，站立起来？记得转发！❤️🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
