贪污舞弊滥权腐败/3428，垄断和裙带利益关系（全世界排名No. 3 ） 是造成砂州低劣和破落的基本措施。  BN执政集团308之前城乡都能无往不利。  狂胜到底。  [不做功课，不读书，却能拿高分]确实一种神话迷思（myth）.    新州首长说：支持BN以表示感恩Taib Mahmud.   Balingian基本措施这么低劣破落/没有。  还要感恩ex-CM呢
