Tweet and blog  31/5/2018     Mirrors that reflect
1990s Dr M was the curse and shame to the finance and economy in the Federation of Malaysia.  Sarawak and Sabah were at the expense of his one-man rule.  Many constitutional laws underwent changes and amendments during his tenures for 22+ years.  If I am mistaken, there were 770 times.  (Check it for me, please.)  Everyone fell victim to his wild actions in many privatisation and white elephant projects.  It is believed that he reaped all the profits and interests in the form of shares, dividends and cashes.  It is believed that he has the cash in trillion in ringgit hidden in banks somewhere in the world.  It is believed that he used at least one billion taxpayers’ money in RM to help his 3 sons build their careers.
Ascension of Najib to the post of PM in 2009 up to 9May2018 is another curse and shame to the finance and economy in the Federation of Malaysia.  We Sarawak and Sabah again have fallen prey to his immoral and evil actions and behaviours.
In the eye of the laywo/man, he has used taxpayers’ money to run his private business in the name of 1MDB.  He has amassed megawealth through this business entreprise and other related ones at the expense of all the people except his cronies.  Now the debts he has created have piled up to RM in trillion.
Now PH government is anxious about the condition and going to set up Trust Fund to appeal for donations to pay for the debts in trillion created by Najib irresponsibly.  Is it fair to the people?  To me laws should be passed to make PM or ministers who use the taxpayers’ money to invest at a loss to pay 80% of the loss incurred.
What is more viable is to confiscate the ill-gotten wealth of Najib and his cronies to pay for the debt.  To be fair and square, I suggest the PH government to request other countries to help to get back all the embezzled money by all the political thugs since 1990s.  I believe that at least 4 trillion in RM could be retrieved in the process.
