A person does not need too much right to give birth if s/he is so deprived of four basic needs: clothes, food, shelter and transport.  Giving too many births will only bring about population disaster when job opportunities are so lacking. 

一个人可以不必有太多的生育权力。 每个人可以限定生三个/更少，如果一个人连基本四求：衣，食，住和行都欠缺。 生太多只有带来人口灾难。 工作机会在哪儿？

如果有心开放［行政助理］的空缺，不用怕没有华人要做。 这么好的福利条件，不可能没有足够的华人要申请。 我认为我们还需要有华总/教总/反对党 来把把关以保证没有作假的事/有心人耍弄。 透过他们申请吧！ 嘴巴是要给，但是行动上无法配合。 这些是这么多来去的这么多证明。有心还是不迟。（Ｗｈａｔ　ｓａｙ　ｙｏｕ）
