(This composition which i wrote about 20 over years ago for the speech competition for a student and years later now, i use it for exercise practice cum test for Level 2 students in my language Lab. I see it a good 'psychometric' test to test political thugs who bark a lot on racial unity with a condition that it should be built upon the special rights of a special race.  It is disgusting to the core.)
