A long wait

What a long wait for basic infrastructure facilities     11/July/2013
“Waiting for road project to relieve their hardship”  (The Borneo Post.  Region.  D4  Thursday, 4/July/2013)

Bintangor:  Dwellers of Rumah Peter Kilas in Nanga Selidap here look forward to a road to connect their long house to Bintangor/ Sarikei Road.
Tuai Rumah Peter Kilas said the propped road project was good news.
“Our longhouse is only 30 minutes ride by longboat from Bintango town.
“If constructed , the road will be about 3.1km from Bintango town/ Sarikei Road, ” he said during a ‘Ngilang Bidai’ to close the Gawai at his longhouse recently.
“The guest-of-honour was  Semop assemblyman Abdullah Saidol aslso be supplied with treated water.
He said they had been depending on rainwater to drink and river water to bathe and wash their clothes and dishes.
“The dry season makes life hard for us,”  he said.

A long wait of 50 years for the basic needs of  a good road system , water and electricity supplies are the main factors for many and many and many people in Sarawak.  These natives have been /had been the staunch supporters of the BN government.  But these BN crowned political clowns just failed them again and again and again.  That means they have been tricked, cheated and betrayed by their representatives in their respective constituencies.
Look!  These people do not need anybody to instigate / incite / insinuate / invoke them to turn their back against the BN government.    I heard that many and many and many and many of our native friends in the rural areas are also very, very, very and very angry with the BN government led by Taib Mahmud and his cronies.
But they are really helpless,  frustrated and are in fear in the situation where they are not sure who will help them when they are threatened.    Vote buying has been so rampant for the past 32 years plus.    [Taib Mahmud, the slyest leader,  the most corrupt, sinister and evil person,  many times worse than Mahathir]  takes the grip of these people and thus the BN government could get 25 seats in the 13 general election.
Taib Mahmud has been so autocratic- and evil-minded as well as so corrupt that the  allocation funds for infrastructure development have been embezzled by him and his cronies.  I believe they have been embezzled in the conveying belt from the Prime Minister’s office  to the destination.    We keep all these in our minds and hearts.
