What does equal partnership mean?

Malaysia is a federation with three nations said to be in equal partnership. But the equal partnership has never been realised so far.

I am rest assured to say that it will never be realised in the federation of Malaysia.

To de-bridle and de-shackle Sabah and Sarawak from the snare of Malaya, Sabahans and Sarawakians should stay united to complete the process of decolonisation based on the United Nations General Assembly's Declaration of Decolonisation with the resolutions 1514 self-determination on 14th December, 1960 to quit the federation of Malaysia for good.
