Requesting for refrigerating facility

Dear Chairman,

Requesting for refrigerating facility to keep seafood fresh

On behalf of the fishmongers and people in Sibu, I request for refrigerating facility to keep fish and other seafood fresh in air-conditioned room.   

Now the fishmongers have to depend on ice-cubes heavily to keep fish and other seafoods fresh.  But ice-cubes melt easily in room temperature.  Hence the seafoods are soaked in ice water.   But when ice water reaches the room temperature, the seafoods are in lukewarm water.  This will affect the quality of the seafood as a result.

After observing it for years and have seen the said facility overseas,  I really find it necessary to have refrigerating facility to be installed for the good of everybody who loves fishes and other seafoods.
