Paul Low and Najib
Paul
Low who was the chairman of Transparency-International Malaysia (TI-M) is now an
appointed minister to help Najib in his “anti-corruption
drive“. How much / to what extent Paul
Low can do to eliminate / alleviate the menace of corruption and
collusion? I cannot help pouring cold water
on Paul Low. It is because , I am
afraid, they will become bosom /ˈbʊzəm/ friends in
no time / have become intimate friends already.
I hope Paul Low won’t become too
bosom with Najib to do his work well.
Did
Paul Low say anything to Najib not to give food, money and draw lots to lure
people to support the BN party after he
dissolved the National Assembly/ parliament?
Had he ever?
Now
what is his first advice to Najib to transform our country properly to the
benefit of everybody? First, let us know
how Najib is going to de-centralise the power
for the good of our country to set it on the right track of democracy. Second, show us how Najib is going to de-monopolise
the conglomerates and /consortiums. Third, insist on letting the Judicial Body work independently and so it should be located
somewhere far away from grip of Administrative Body /Najib. Let the members of Judicial Body to be
elected /not appointed by PM/Najib. We expect
they must be enough members from
different coalitions, too to ensure Justice is uphold at all times.
Fourth, the police di xiong jie mei men(弟兄姐妹们), please learn to stand firm and never be
used by the ruling party at will. As long
as the opposition party obey the laws of the country, let them be. Don’t arrest them but maintain the order and
traffic if possible for them. Never take
anything that can cause the displeasure and fear of the BN political thugs as seditious and any
seditious things that the BN political thugs
(70)instigate /utter have never been
considered as insinuation /sedition. It is
not goodlah.
I
hope Paul Low can get into every aspect to tell Najib and his team what to do
and not. It is because it is we people
pay you for holding the post and doing the work. Najib only creates the post for you. Never be so calculative to say that it is
so-and-so’s job and it is not my
business. I think you should look into
everything if you can to [nip anything not good in the bud]. You
can alert others of the problem(s).
Tune
to the aifm radio station and TV 2 at 11.00am-12.00pm every Sunday for [What say you], read as many copies of newspaper from as many language
versions as possible to smell, see, hear, feel and sense the happenings around
to be effective. Try your best to find
out who are deeply involved in [rent seeking activities, institutional leakages
and causing institutional degradation].
Remember you are working for people, not Najib and his team.
What
we people want regardless of race and religion, we want a democratic form of
government all for the well-being and welfare of the people. We want Justice, Fairness and Freedom. We want our BN government to practise the principles of democracy in
words and in deeds and really “walk the talk”.
