砂议长三原因驳回撤销施志豪动议。砂议长可以一时驳回施志豪动议要厘清1974年［石油发展法令］，1966年［大陆架法案］和2021年［领海法］的合法性及不适合用于砂拉越，他能一而再再而三的驳回吗？ 这是逼切必须要解决的事实。砂联盟还有多少时间推搪责任呢？ 2019年法庭的判决也要给砂民合情合理的答案啊！法庭判决石油和天然气归砂邦拥有，砂政盟怎么可以在个人利益考量下，不了了之呢？切记，不要再做背叛砂民权益的事了。

佐哥做的来吗？

佐哥说说捍卫益，砂不向联邦低头。这句话不是第一次说吧？到时，以我看还是弯腰曲背叩头个不停。好像联邦选举要来了，放鞭炮先庆祝。先看看过往他怎么捍卫砂邦权益就可以论断了。就从2019年跟马来亚国油公司的官司判断砂国的石油和天然气的拥有权归谁，事前事后两回事。事前强硬坚持，赢了官司后，不敢不愿坚持强硬我邦权益到底，在你你我我私益交易下，砂邦权益就马上朦了。两次可以当上造王者，私人利益排第一，两次机会都丢了。还有第三次吗？除非砂民是吃屎的。

独立是砂拉越固有的权力。简而言之，砂拉越是有100%权力独立的。 这是联合国赋予殖民地人民的权力。

在1963年12月14日，联合国【去殖民化】过程中的1514号议决案宪章就很清楚规定。因此，世界列强都纷纷归还殖民地于当地人。

当时，咱们砂拉越很不幸的被英国强硬的加入马来亚联邦 （更名为马来西亚）。其实当时，英国政府理应让砂拉越独立去。可是，英国政府有不良的企图心，因此，使砂拉越被马来亚殖民到今天。

要重建砂拉越为独立国，砂拉越独立使者必须努力去灌输砂民爱砂拉越情操。告诉砂人，咱们可以用和平和合法的途径寻求砂拉越独立。

启发砂人【起心动念】热爱母国砂拉越，把爱护砂拉越这情操看成砂人的责任和义务。砂人必须【相信】砂拉越可以在【集体意愿独立】下会成为像新加坡或文莱一个独立的国家，拥有主权管理砂拉越一切政经文教的事务，完全自主，不用听命于任何人指挥和决定。 

在每个砂人心中栽种砂拉越独立的念头，而后这信念会提升成砂人的信仰。这种【相信】砂拉越可以独立的【信念/念头】，一旦转化成一股无法阻挡的【信仰】力量，砂拉越独立这大工程在理所当然下完成了。 BL

The Blue-print of Sarawak Independence 8/4/22

Independence is the intrinsic right of Sarawak. In short, Sarawak has 100% the right to independence. This is the human right that the United Nations has given to the colonial people.

On December 14, 1963, the United Nation in the Decolonisaton process of GAR 1514 clearly stipulated this human right. Therefore, the world powers were forced to return the colonies to the locals.

At that time, Sarawak was unfortunately joined by the United Kingdom to the Federation of Malaya (renamed as Malaysia). In fact, at that time, the British government should have allowed Sarawak to become independent. However, the British government had bad intentions, so Sarawak has been colonized by Malaya to this day.

To rebuild Sarawak as an independent nation, the Sarawak Independence Messengers must work hard to instill love for Sarawak in Sarawakians. It is to tell Sarawakians that we can seek Sarawak independence through peaceful and legal means.

Arouse the sentiment of Sarawakians to love Sarawak, our motherland and to care for Sarawak as our responsibility and obligation. Sarawakians must [believe] that Sarawak can become an independent country like Singapore or Brunei under the [collective will for independence], with the sovereignty to manage all political, economic, religious, cultural and educational affairs in Sarawak, completely autonomous and not subject to anyone's commands and decisions.   

The idea of Sarawak independence is to be planted in every Sarawakian. And this belief will be elevated to become the faith in their hearts. The [faith] that Sarawak can become independent, once transformed into a force, the great project of Sarawak's independence will be completed in the course of time. BL

砂拉越人的精神状态如何？这就得看多少砂拉越人有身份和文化认同的问题，是否以身为砂拉越人为傲，尊重砂拉越各种族传统文化, 多热心去探讨追究砂拉越历史事迹，期盼砂拉越成为一个独立自主国家。。

砂拉越人的历史在那儿？ 在2013年之前，S4S/砂拉越人的砂拉越还未崛起之前，砂拉越人完全被马来亚政府控制，狠狠被洗脑。所以，砂拉越在砂人的脑海中的轮廓是模糊不清的。是的，我的心目中就是这模样。广播媒体不间断的灌输马来西亚是咱们的国家和咱们是马来西亚人。无论如何，当时我心里深处还是完全无法认同跟千里之外的一个土地想成一个国家。

早在2000年之前，个人就在探索，参考现况，总觉得砂拉越完全没有被尊重，是被殖民。这种觉醒还是在初步阶段。是的，我一直有追踪任何新闻涉及砂拉越独立的事。 在2018，我是第一次参加谈论政治的微信群时，我才真正接触和深一层认识砂拉越的历史。透过集体的传播力量，后来，才知道MA63为何物？原来，独立是咱们砂拉越固有的权力，也是人权。

那么砂拉越人为何不独立去呢？关键原来是当今政府不想独立。看AbangJohari已经说了多少回绝不脱马独立。只要，AbangJohari这只领头羊，以现有76席位的优势，有这意愿，他就可以和他的团队/砂政盟在砂拉越DUN里通过一个砂拉越独立法令，然后，公告天下，砂政盟的决定，同时禀告联合国并且向它申请成为会员国。砂拉越独立程序就这么完成了。

砂拉越要独立，首先一定要有砂民成后盾，全力支持砂拉越独立，不然，一切都免谈。

这50多年来去，砂拉越人就是这样或那样被外来的势力和自家的政党耍弄得团团转而昏头转向，不知所措。这一切都跟【未知】息息相关。

一些地方像澳门，台湾和香港都是中国的省份，无论怎样都不能获得独立。嘉泰罗尼亚是西班牙的自治区，他们早年因为婚姻关系签了一份合约是永远不分离的，所以无望独立。谈独立公投很多人喜欢举例苏格兰。苏格兰第一次独立公投失败，是否还有机会来第二次就得看英国政府的意愿。

咱们砂拉越情形跟以上我所提到的国家截然不同。咱们是被外邦人假借马来西亚联邦之名来殖民咱们砂沙两邦国，其中有很重其诈骗成分而成立这假联邦。把这些迷途的砂人带回原途，咱们必须加倍努力灌输砂拉越独立理念。让他们相信砂拉越是有100%权力独立。使他们心生这种信念而产生这信仰 ，砂拉越独立大事离咱们还有多远呢？请相信【相信】的力量，信念的重要和信仰的同在完成砂拉越独立程序。 BL

What is the mental state of Sarawakians? It depends on how Sarawakians accept and identify themselves as Sarawakians culturally and spiritually, whether they are proud to be Sarawakians and respect the traditional culture of various ethnic groups in Sarawak. We are eager to explore and investigate the historical facts of Sarawak, and hope that Sarawak will become an independent country.

Where is the history of Sarawakians? Before 2013, before the S4S/Sarawak for Sarawakians emerged, the minds of Sarawakians were completely controlled by the Malayan government and were severely brainwashed. Therefore, the outline of Sarawak in the minds of Sarawak is vague. Yes, that was what I had in mind once. The mass media constantly instills that Malaysia is our country and that we are Malaysians. In any case, deep down in my heart at that time, I still couldn't identify with Malaysia a country a land thousands of miles away.

As early as 2000, personally, I was exploring and referring to the situation of Sarawak, I always felt that Sarawak was not respected at all and was colonised. This awakening was then in its budding stages. Yes, I had been following any news concerning Sarawak independence. In 2018, when I joined a WeChat group talking about politics for the first time, I really got in touch with and had a deeper understanding of the history of Sarawak. Through the collective power of propagation, only muc later did I know what MA63 is? I found out that Sarawak independence is our intrinsic right, and it is also a human right.

So why don't Sarawakians go independently? The reason is that the current government does not want independence. Look at how many times Abang Johari has said that he will never secede for independence. As long as Abang Johari, the leader, with the advantage of the existing 76 seats, has the will, he can pass a Sarawak independence decree with his team/Sarawak DUN, and then announce to the world, the Sarawak Political Alliance's decision, and at the same time let the United Nations know and apply for membership. The Sarawak Independence Process will be completed then.

For Sarawak to become independent, it must first have the backing of Sarawakians to fully support Sarawak independence, otherwise, everything will be in vain. BL

解决诗巫水患问题，有那么难吗？说了讲了也讨论了二，三十年，到底解决多少%诗巫的水患？当年宏愿队YB领袖们甚至花了百多万从国外请专家来谈论诗巫水患的问题。有那种舍近求远的坏习惯，有那种外国的月亮比较圆的心态。不久前，还有个YB对于诗巫水患问题出国求经。纸上谈兵一大堆。不久前，还有一个YB也加入谈治水。大家的方法都很正确，只可惜，行动实在太慢了。

飞机从马来亚飞来砂拉越的机票价高钱到离谱。记得几年前也发生同样情况，砂盟政府自告奋勇的帮砂拉越乘客承担了n%的费用。今年，砂盟政府还会玩这一套吗？怎么没有一个领袖出来向消费者协会投诉这些航空公司这种暴利行为。暴利法令的存在意义在哪儿？我总是看到政府用暴利法令来对付中小商家。对于大商家大企业像房地产公司或航空公司等等，政府从来都没有采取任何行动. 这是怎么一回事呢？

独立三部曲    9422 (9/4/22)

第一部曲是要运用营销方式传播砂拉越拥有100%独立的权力。善用每个人的亲朋戚友圈来传播这信息，而且每位拥护砂拉越独立的使者都建立起自己的人脉组织。个别的人脉组织再链接起来，这将会是一个很大的人脉大组织。这人脉大组织将会是砂拉越独立大工程的基础。 也好好参考下巫统和土保党的组织和运作。

 

第二部曲是领导层的领袖们必须拥有团结和连接各阶层领袖和人民的本事，【一个不能少】。刘邦和刘备本身都没有什么大本事，不过他们懂得做人做到极致，所以有很多追随者愿意和他们一起打天下。领导层的领袖们一定要建立起属于自己的团队来帮忙自己不足的方方面面。因此，领袖必须要提升认知，增广见识，不耻下问。

 

领袖必须懂得不断提升自己从优秀，到卓越，再到辉煌，最后攀升到神奇，就像阿里巴巴的马云和华为的任正非。

 

优秀的领袖会把事情做的尽善尽美。卓越的领袖懂得培训更多像他一样优秀的团队。达到辉煌阶层的领袖懂得如何布局让他和团队一起获得辉煌的成绩。一个充满神奇的领袖肯定建立起一个完整的系统让组织有没有他都可以好好的运作。

 

第三部曲如何在砂拉越这政治生态环境中取胜。一个崭新的小党，欠缺时间的历练需要的是造势和跟其他本土政党先来合作才有机会去除掉砂政盟。砂拉越本土各党各门派必须为了打造更好， 更有活力和繁荣的砂拉越，放下个别的不同理念，先改朝换代，后再做其他打算，留马或脱马的事。我相信【船到桥头自然直】。一旦能替换这63（2026）年政府，再商讨其他的细节。最重要是更好的政府的运作，把砂拉越推向更美好的未来。 改朝换代后，离独立的大事业，还会远吗？ BL

有朋友说现在政府津贴食油和面粉在超级市场很难买到。反而在其他场所像菜摊，一般小商店却可以买得到，但是价钱会贵了40-50%或更多。朋友说很可能是被有心人士控制。

有一群砂拉越人迟迟申请不到身份证，我认为砂拉越政府应该要求马来亚政府退还属于咱们砂拉越国民登记的权力。砂拉越政府应该坚持这种权力。砂拉越人民面对的这些民生问题是砂拉越政府的缺失。砂拉越政府没有尽责任。

我认为任何涉及砂拉越权益的事，砂政府应该采取更积极主动的角色坚持砂拉越立场。譬如印尼和砂拉越的边界，坚决要咱们Sarawak rangers来保卫自家家园。砂拉越政府真的要好好发挥这平等伙伴国地位和权益。
