Steps to be taken 8May2014
If anyone
wants to call for the attention of the government for any issue or problem, you
may do so in the newspaper. But remember,
many, if not all of our ministers be they + /-(正/副) Prime Minister, +/- Chief Minister,+/-ministers and high ranking officers /2348 are too
busy to read newspapers to hear you and so not knowing your said problem /issue
.
So my advice
is announcing /publicising your problem(s)/issue)(s) in the newspapers is your
first step. This action is to let
everybody know your problem(s). This may
not reach the said government servants/2348.
So, you should follow up in email copy and the hard copy formal written
report form to be handed in personally or in courier. To make sure that it has reached the said
government servant, call him /her/them to confirm.
After that set the time for the follow-ups. Set the
rational time limit to get the thing done /solved. If not, rally people of all races to
protest. If this still fails to move the
said government servants, then sue them. If
our Judicial system has no such provision, we should voice our grievances in the United Nations’ Organistion to call the world-wide attention.
If these
government servants are adamant, we must
get ever ready to flush them out for our own good.
We have to change the government for good and better .
{Sarawak Teachers’
Union: Help accelerate federal funding }(The
Borneo Post 4May2014 ) Aiyeo, the former president Abdul Ghani has retired and
now they have new chairman called Jisin Nyud.
So he is still repeating the same things as Abdul Ghani though with even
more sense of urgeny and anxiety. It is
about the same things after n years.
It is
begging for federal funding to repair and upgrade the said schools. But these fell on the dead ears and blind
eyes all the time. Why? Ask yourselves! These problems should involve the prinicipals of the said schools, the community leaders of the said areas, the people of Sarawak and Sarawak Teachers’ Union. Say it if we have tried our best or not to push the State government to intervene.
For the past
33 years, we let Taib Mahmud hold the power to abuse at will. We let his words to spell-bind us to dream
for good days to come and so the appalling conditions we witness now in terms of
school buildings, water supply, electricity , road system, medical service,
security and so on are the results of our idleness and irresponisibility to take proper actions.
Now it is
the time to know what actions to take to push these abusive and irresponsible
government servants to action. And be
prepared to change the government for good and better. Which party to choose is our birthright!
Another important thing the
president repeated what Abdul Ghani had repeated that I lost count of times he
did is asking for the trained local teachers for the said areas for the
benefits and advantages of them for good. The trained teachers from West Malaysia
always seek for the transfer after the expiry date of the requirement of
service. Forced service is a half-done service. I wonder what are we Sarawakians to be so
abusively treated like that.
So if you yourselves fail to protect and fight
for your rights, who will do so for you?
Set the time limit and take right actions now without any sense of
fear and regret.
Remember if
you think like a fool, behave like a fool, act like a fool, well……….definitely,
you will be treated like one. Whom should
you blame for the plights when you don’t fight for your rights?
