Truth is Sarawak & Sabah lands origin belong to Brunei Darussalam. Why Malaya was given the right to form Sabah & Sarawak as Formation of Malaysia? Sarawak & Sabah were ruled by White Raja, it inevitable the culture are Britian even education system. Why the five Sultans monarchy of Malaya greed for Sultan of Brunei Darussalam's land? 

Understand? Let go five Sultans monarchy of Malaya. Sabah & Sarawak lands origin is from Sultan Brunei Darussalam and given to Sir James Brooke. During the assassination of the white Governor, Britain quickly part Sabah & Sarawak in the Constitution to be part of Malaya to Form Malaysia and declared independence in 1963.

When you are borned Sarawakian & Sabahan your privileges are upfront Gazetted by Britian as English your official language in court and in Sarawak governance. All Sarawakian lawyers should know. There are privileges as Sarawakian & Sabahan but due to the jealousy of Malaya states people. Why Sarawak has Oil & Gas loyalty? When you understand then you will stand for your rightfully RIGHTS!

We are fighting in differences in cultures & religions now. 

 Root causes: Extremists and Terrorism become the culprits.

Sarawak independence is just a feel good feeling amongst nationalist!!

As a former colony of Britain, there was no act pass in UK's parliament to grant us independence.

So, don't wish me Happy Sarawak Day.

Don't wish me Happy Sarawak Independnce day either.

Because that would be twisting history n historically wrong!

Was Sarawak ever independent? 

Did the British ever declared us an independent country in the British Parliament,?

*Fact is, Sarawak was handed to Malaya on a silver platter, gifted to Malayans to continue the colonisation of Sarawak from Britain to Malaya.*

The damn Cobbold Commission was a farce. 

It was created so the world would think that the people of Sarawak agreed for Sarawak to form the federation of Malaysia along with Singapore, Sabah, and Malaya.

In other words, we were forced, or rather duped to become a colony of Malaya by the damn accursed British.

We should stop fooling ourselves that we were once independent on 22/7/963 because we never was independent.

Instead of saying Happy Sarawak Day, or Happy Sarawak Independence Day, why not call it "Free Sarawak from Malaya Colonialists" 

Or "No to to Neo Malayan Colonialists"

That would be more accurate than celebrating an event which never occurred!

Let's be direct instead of beating around the bush. Let's all for Sarawak to be independent not only on 22/7 but everyday if need be

On 22/7, l did not see any posters that say "FREE SARAWAK FROM MALAYA".

Why?

I am not against celebrating Independence day but it must be celebrated in the right context.

Ask l had mentioned earlier, I would not celebrate 22/7 as we were not and never independent from Britain. Britain never officially gave independence to Sarawak but their intention was to release us from bondage and into the mouth of a waiting crocodile named Malaya, who happily swallowed us up, lock stock n barrel.

And yet here we are happily celebrating a lie. Every year since 22/7 was declared a state holiday by Adenan Satem.

So l have to be honest with myself here. I would be happy to join in a celebration that is themed *For or Towards Sarawak Independence day* 

and not " Sarawak Independence Day on 22/7."

Like a divorce in a civil marriage, it must be recognised by both parties (husband n wife) and the JPN as witness for it to be legal.

 I can only conclude that we were fooled by the British colonial government. 

So here's to the British government...UP YOURS FOR DECEIVING us.

May your country be overrun by a migrant population soon and a foreign religion. When that happens, I will laugh, not cry.

From history.com, THIS DAY IN HISTORY August 15, 1947, India and Pakistan win independence: 

“The Indian Independence Bill, which carves the independent nations of India and Pakistan out of the former Mogul Empire, comes into force at the stroke of midnight on August 15, 1947.

*The British Prime Minister, Clement Attlee, introduced the Indian Independence Bill in the House of Commons on 4 July 1947. It was passed by both the houses of the British Parliament on 15 July 1947. It received Royal Assent on 18 July 1947.*

No such act was passed in the British parliament to grant Sarawak Independence in 1963 and neither was Royal Assent granted by the British monarch as a colony of the crown.

刘惟诚：被忽视近50年，政治动荡摇醒MA63

刘惟诚是拉曼大学媒体中文系讲师。他是砂人在马半岛20多年。

他分享他对MA63的看法。我有我的意见，认同和不认同他的看法。

说MA48马来亚联合邦和MA63是一样的都是建国协议。我很不认同。

因为MA48协议是马半岛各州协议。然而，MA63是在不同土地上的国家协议是国际协议。

沙砂是在千多海里外，是英国政府以强硬手段组合的。

在1960年12月14日，联合国大会通过1514号和1541号决议。1514决议是赋予个人自决权和1541号集体决定权是否要（一）独立；（二）联邦和（三）合并。

马来亚和英国完全没给沙砂公投取决下就在1963年9月16日成立马来西亚联邦。

新加坡经过一番努力，在1965年成功脱马独立。他不是被驱逐的。因为李有准备［分离协议］和［独立宣言］亲自要求东姑签名，以防止东姑出尔反尔，不守承诺。

当时砂民也想脱马独立，可是马联邦采用残暴不仁的手段打压砂民。马联邦用内安法令，煽动法令还有紧急法令压制砂民。

当时国民党领袖黄金明要求检讨MA63 之类，就被判入狱3年。说砂人对MA63没太深感触是很不逻辑的。

砂国阵是联邦国阵的一份子是完全没有空间索权。

马联邦政治运作是全盘殖民沙砂计划。从东姑拼吞计划；Tun Razak提呈石油发展法令95%联邦：沙砂各5%。意在掠夺石油沙砂资源和Tun Hussein 提议把沙砂从邦国贬成州，意在殖民。

到马哈迪任相，他更是无法无天，贪得无厌打抢沙砂资源。他制造贪污舞弊滥权腐败的政治生态环境。从此巫统国阵就上了不归路。

从2018年开始，马联邦就被砂掐脖子了。砂联盟启动索权机制，要回属砂所有自主权。

在2011年，Najib 为配合联合国职位要求取消内安法令。在2012生效后，砂民运就崛起了。MA63也就大公开。民运分子更是大挖掘砂历史。砂第五任首长Adenan Satem 是大力支持民运，大大增强索权力量。

归还属砂的自主权本来就是天经地义的事。

在2021年，总于修宪复邦，恢复沙砂邦国地位。可是2023年财政预算案对沙砂所分配的联邦发展拨款还是偏差太大。马半岛拨款是869亿令吉而沙砂只有121亿令吉。

马联邦是一群不讲道义，完全不公正，公平，正当，正确，正直----不遵循正轨道行事，所以，才有今天乱78糟的政治状况。

沙砂脱离马联邦是迟早的事。

*PRIME Minister (PM) Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim must stand by his promises of Reformasi viz the creation of a multi-cultural and representative government instead of resorting to scare tactics that are not acceptable in a functioning democracy when he is being criticised.

Sarawak social activist Peter John Jaban made the call today in light of the treatment of two fellow activists Arun Dorasamy and S. Shashi Kumar who were hauled up by Bukit Aman Police over Anwar’s role in solemnising the conversion of a Hindu man into Islam recently.

“Our PM needs to accept the critique and address it. That is the nature of public service. He needs to remember that he represents his office. He represents Malaysia as a nation,” Jaban who is also the Global Human Rights Federation Malaysia (GHRF) deputy president pointed out in a media statement.

“As the PM of a purportedly secular government, he cannot allow himself to be seen converting a young Hindu man on camera regardless of his personal beliefs and religious practice.

“Even worse, he cannot expect to curry favour with one sector of the voting public by doing so and then suppress outrage from another to maintain his position. Politics is perception and he has been long enough in the game to know this. He has made this a political act by performing this conversion in public.”

If the police are working on their own under a standard operating procedure (SOP) that remains from a previous time, then this is the perfect time for Anwar to take a stand, according to Jaban who is a long-time activist.

“This kind of action was the hallmark of the old Malaysia and lessons are not easily unlearned. But, in this case, lessons trickle down from the top,” he lamented.

“The police were attempting to seize Shashi’s phone in what was clearly a fishing expedition and an abuse of power against a man who had not been charged with any crime or indeed committed one. Thankfully, he knows his rights, another product of the existence and actions of activists through the decades.”

In essence, Jaban contended that Anwar needs to learn from this event and “to make sure that everyone who represents his administration does the same”.

“This is an opportunity, not a threat. He needs to listen more than he talks and he should separate his private life from political gain. Freedom of expression is an essential component of democracy and criticism an inevitable product of a political life,” added the Sarawakian activist. – Aug 24, 2023

Saw this old newspaper from 1963.

Sarawak first Chief Minister Stephen Kalong Ningkan nominated Temenggung Jugah as the governor of Sarawak but was rejected by Tunku Abdul Rahman.

Tunku said: "It was agreed that if the Chief Minister is a Dayak then the Governor should be a Malay. As such the Yang Di-pertuan Agong would not be able to accept Temenggung Jugah's appointment."

李光耀回忆录

李光耀回憶录，第一章，开头就这样寫着；

“....新加坡的独立卻是强加在它头上的....”,話雖是这么說，然而李光耀巧妙的運用一係例策略与动作，还有他的高尚品德致使他不曾和砂沙首长一样同汚合流，高喊'Ya betul, ya betul'，所以今天新加坡才不在马联邦懷抱之中，其实不会令人惊奇的。

李光耀回忆录第一章第十六段，“在我们和敦拉扎克进行談判三个星期里.....”

第八段 “特地要求東姑

在声明上亲自簽名，......他们无法改变主意。”

从这两段話，我们得知，独立並非一蹴而就，而是经过艰难的暗中談判，还有李光耀的去意已决，坚持要独立的決心就表現出他特地要求東姑在声明中亲自簽名，以免后者日后生变反悔。在这过程中，新马双方同意于1965年8月7日签署分离协议致使新加坡同年8月9日宣布独立並终止为马联邦的成员国。

同年8月9日，上午十点正，新加坡广播电台广播员庄严地讀出独立宣言，与此同时，政府也分發特别宪報号外让人民知道新加坡已经脱馬独立了。另一边廂，正在此時，馬联邦国会还在辩論新国方案，时至下午四点半才对外宣布新加坡被踢出联邦。人家新加坡早早就遠走高飞，轻舟已过万重山，馬来亚才来一个马后炮，說前者被踢出联邦，这样本未倒置的說詞合逻輯嗎？令人伩服嗎？

时至今日，新加坡是否被踢，大家細讀李光耀回忆錄之后自可思考判断。转载

赖评论马半岛6州选举的成绩单。土伊联手在团结政府的三个定存州：森美兰，槟城和雪兰莪大有斩获，总共赢得38个议席。反观希巫联手在吉打，吉兰丹和登嘉楼，只获得5个席位。

在砂拉越的砂民是隔岸观火，看得触目惊心，种族宗教偏激走邪，真的大行其道。不是说邪不胜正，怎么如此给人的印象是反其道而行之，是邪恶当道，有那股阴气深深的。

英国殖民政府真的造孽硬把沙砂加入千多公里外的马半岛。今天，沙砂被拖进泥沼地，真的是苦不堪言。

砂政府有着3分之二优势执政，应该采取脱马独立，在马联邦，砂根本没有任何希望全面自由发展。

安华首相接下来是否要和国盟大比拼。 安华首相个人立场可以摇摆不定，但是公正党标榜公正，改革，昌明是否立场坚定。

火箭党标志正义，正当，正确，正直。。。不能也钟摆不定吧！

砂政盟标签砂优先，半岛政治生态环境对砂非常不利，砂政盟对安华首相所作所为言行，不能视而不见。

安华首相改革能力薄弱，不堪一击。对于大专生土族固打制，他的思维还是照旧操作，无法突破。一改革，怕团结政府权力旁落。

对承认统考课题还是照旧不承认，以［保持不变应万变］。

固打制和死都不承认统考，根本不管，不理全力支持公正党的马半岛华裔的感受。可是，公正党领头羊不公正的对待华裔的感受公正公平吗？

联合政府预计会向其国会提呈修正和回教法庭355法案。这还不够证明安华首相开拓种族和宗教化的决心吗？

昌明大马的口号还能同时落实吗？

马半岛，真的要把改革开放希望寄托给Muda 会更实在可靠。

记得，支持更好的，更正当，更正确，更正直，更公正，正义，正气的的政党。还有，记得，有竞争，才会有进步。
