Petronas should not indulge in that dust-like vainglory and stand up tall at expense of Sabah and Sarawak in order to remain in the Fortune 500 companies. Alamat, what a curse, what a pity and what to shame  to refuse to pay  20% oil royalty from oil-production accordingly to these two partner nations.

Petronas must not be allowed to stay in the Fortune 500 companies by plundering, exploitation, oppression, suppression, robbing and bullying Sabah and Sarawak.  I hope that the Fortune organisation will remove it from the list of the Fortune 500 companies.  We Sabahans and Sarawakians are furious being plundered, exploited, oppressed, suppressed, robbed and bullied for about  57 years. 

Unfortunately, our puppet-like leaders from Sabah and Sarawak still have the patience to negotiate for nothing with the Malaya imperialists and colonialists.

Mahathir, this devil is the master-mind of the plan to colonise Sabah and Sarawak.  This has been going on since 1963 and this devil was deeply involved in the process from  1970.  He was the one behind Tun Razak, another devil to work out all kinds of evil plan to colonise Sabah and Sarawak.

In 1974, it must be Mahathir, this devil who devised the plan to coerce the puppet-like Sarawak Chief Minister Abdul Rahman Yakub who was pestered by his devilish nephew Taib Mahmud who was holding an auspicious position in the so-called national parliament.  

We know how these high-ranking Ministers collude with the Malaya imperialists and colonialists to plunder, exploit and rob Sabah and Sarawak to enrich themselves. 

I believe Time is near and here that we Sarawakians are prepared enough to change the XBN-GPS-pro-PH Sarawak government for good in order to establish a New Sarawak with the true spirit of democracy based on meritocracy.  I believe that Parti Bumi Keyalang which is in quest of Sarawak Independence through unilateral declaration of independence like Kosovo when it wins in the PRN12 Sarawak election.

I hope that the whole-wide world will not be shocked when our new Sarawak government led by Parti Bumi Keyalang declares Sarawak Independence unilaterally and sever with Malaya totally.  Then we shall have 100% ownership of all the natural resources in Sarawak.  Petronas should be prepared to leave Sarawak for good.  I hope to see this happening some day.

CYBERJAYA: Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad has assured investors that the ongoing tussle between the federal government and Sabah and Sarawak on several issues, including oil royalty can be ironed out towards a “win-win” solution.

        Hence, the Prime Minister said investors should not worry about Sabah and Sarawak, instead they should invest in both states as they have good governance.

       He said the federal government and the leaders from both states are able to hold discussions to iron out the situation, despite being on the opposite side of the government.

       “We have talked to the leaders there, and the leaders are quite reasonable. The demand was made by some people who are still unable to adjust themselves to the federal-state set up.

       “They still want to have their say in everything but the state leaders are not like that. I have talked (to) them (leaders from Sabah and Sarawak) and they agree that we should settle this problem through negotiations and find a win-win solution,” he said at a dialogue session organised by the Malaysian French Chamber of Commerce and Industry here today.

           Also present was French Ambassador to Malaysia Frederic Laplanche.

Dr Mahathir was asked by a dialogue participant to provide clarity on the federal government relationship with Sabah and Sarawak, especially on the issues over oil royalty hike demand, MA63 rights, establishment of Petroleum Sarawak Bhd of Petros, and Trans-Borneo Highway.

        “(For) Sabah, the ruling party, Warisan, has three members in the Cabinet of the federal government, which means that we are actually in close contact with them. We know what they think,” he said.

Both the Sabah-led Warisan and Sarawak’s ruling coalition party are not members of the ruling coalition at the federal level, Dr Mahathir said, adding that the federal coalition is made up of four parties from the Peninsular.

“Malaysia is a federation. The states rule themselves in certain areas such as land. But they feel that they did not get the full amount of money from the oil industry. We paid five per cent oil (royalty) from oil production, which is a huge amount of money.

      “They are asking for 20 per cent. If we give them (oil-producing states) 20 per cent, Petronas will cease to be (among) the Fortune 500 companies,” he said.

      Dr Mahathir said Sarawak is the richest state in Malaysia with a budget of RM11 billion compared with other states.

“The disparity between states has to be corrected. If we were to give more to Sabah and Sarawak, the disparity will be worse than the present. While we may have differences, we can sit down together and settle these differences,” he added. – Bernama

PBB leaders slam Sabah activist for MA63 remarks | Borneo Post Online

KUCHING: Two key members of Parti Pesaka Bumiputera Bersatu (PBB) have hit out at Sabah activist Zainnal Ajamain, who has again portrayed himself as a ‘Malaysia Agreement 1963 (MA63) expert’ and blamed MPs from PBB for last year’s failed amendment to the Article 1 (2) of the Federal Constitution.
Santubong MP Datuk Seri Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar regards Zainnal as being disrespectful to Sarawakian leaders, in connection with the latter’s comments aired over a YouTube video uploaded on Jan 29 – deemed as ‘giving Sarawakian leaders a lecture about the MA63’.
“He (Zainnal) seems to portray that he has an exclusive monopoly of understanding the meaning and interpretation of all the contents in the Federal Constitution.
“Please – we Sarawakians can manage our own state without any advice from the people who belittle and debase us like that,” Wan Junaidi said in a statement.
He said as a loyal member of the PBB, which is a component of the ruling Gabungan Parti Sarawak (GPS) coalition, he would stand by the party leadership and whatever decision that the leaders had made.
“Honestly, I simply cannot and do not find it possible to make Sarawak or Sabah, or Sarawak and Sabah, ‘equal partners’ with Peninsular Malaysia simply by introducing and passing that April 2019 amendment.
“That’s why I took the stand of not supporting the amendment – it is still my stand.”
Wan Junaidi said he began his interest in the documents pertaining to the formation of Malaysia when he wrote ‘Evolusi Parlimen dan Speaker Parlimen’ in 2008, and not in 2016 as alleged by Zainnal.
He recalled that when all the GPS MPs made the decision for not supporting the amendment to Article 1(2) of Federal Constitution in April 2019, they were told from the speeches and the discussions that they had to restore the rights of Sarawak.

“My question is – what rights that Article 1(2) gives, even in its form or format of 1963?
“Thorough examination of the Federal Constitution of Malaysia and all the related instruments of Malaysia Agreement, for example, the Cobbold Commission Report, the Inter-Governmental Committee (IGC) Report, MA63, the Act of Malaysia 1963 (UK), Act of Malaysia 1963 (Malaya), and the Federal Constitution Malaysia.
“Clearly there was no ‘equal partnership’ in them.”
Wan Junaidi believed that the terms used by the minister and Pakatan Harapan (PH) debaters in Dewan Rakyat for the amendment were wrong.
    He pointed out that members could not mislead Parliament and the GPS MPs were not able to support the amendment because of the numerous misrepresentations.
    Meanwhile, PBB information chief Dato Idris Buang said Zainnal was missing the point in the essence of the constitution amendment to restore Sabah and Sarawak as equal partners with Peninsular Malaysia.
    The Muara Tuang assemblyman said Zainnal overlooked the importance of throwing out any ambiguity found in the original MA63, as well as the 1976 amended version, if such a phrase ‘pursuant to Malaysia Agreement 1963’ was not inserted.
“What he says in the video is only a half-right, half-wrong view,” he said in a statement.
     Idris pointed out that the flaws in Zainnal’s argument could not be supported to suit Sarawak’s interest appertaining to the spirit of the seminal and formative documents such as MA63, the IGC Report and so forth, which made the Federation of Malaysia.
     Idris reiterated Sarawak’s stand for a more comprehensive amendment to the Federal Constitution by acknowledging MA63 including the interpretation of the ‘Federation’, as well as safeguarding the legislative and executive powers of Sarawak, sources of revenues, special grants and financial autonomy.
“We must insist on what was passed by the State Legislative Assembly via a motion tabled by de facto Law Minister Datuk Sharifah Hasidah Sayeed Aman Ghazali last year.
“We just stick to our guns and insist on the insertion of, inter alia, the words ‘Sabah and Sarawak pursuant to MA63’ to their proposal on Article 1(2), and also to Article 160(2) on the definition of ‘The Federation’,” added Idris.

My comments:
       Zainnal who imagines that he knows better should behave himself and bow his head in shame for playing a charlatan.   He makes a fool of himself only when he knows so little about the laws relating to MA63 which is widely believed to be null and void from the very beginning with close reference to the Maritius-Chagos case.   What amendment to make and bark about when MA63 is illegal in every sense.  Sharifah Hasidah, Wan Junaidi and Idris Buang are all qualified lawyers and who are you, Zainnal telling everything half-truth trumpeting in such a manner only bring shame and humiliation to yourself?

‘Don’t repeat abstention during re-tabling of Article 1(2) amendment’ | Borneo Post Online

KUCHING: An activist from Sabah is appealing to Sarawak MPs to support the amendment to Article 1(2) of the Federal Constitution to restore the status of the two Borneo states as equal partners of Peninsular Malaysia, when it is re-tabled at the Dewan Rakyat this March.

      Zainnal Ajamain expressed his hope that there will be no repeat of Gabungan Parti Sarawak (GPS) MPs choosing to abstain from voting as what had happened when the Constitution (Amendment) Bill 2019 was tabled in Parliament on April 9 last year.
“The Sabah State Legislative Assembly (DUN) has passed a resolution to table this (Bill) again in the coming parliamentary session.
 “I hope that Sarawak (MPs) will not repeat what they did on April 9, 2019 because this is for the rakyat (people) and not for politics,” he told a press conference here yesterday.
     Zainnal, who is also Malaysia Agreement 1963 (MA63) advisor to the Sabah government, stressed that the amendment to Article 1(2) of the Federal Constitution is all about Sabah and Sarawak’s rights, adding he could not fathom why Sarawak decided to abstain from voting in the first place.
“They wanted to amend the word ‘federation’ under Article 160 of the Federal Constitution but the problem is Article 160 is not part and parcel of Annex A of MA63.
“This means that it is something new and you want to change something new on that day itself. You can’t do that because you have to go through the process of negotiation,” he said.
     He also wondered whether Sarawak is ‘trying to play games’ and wanted to ‘drag out the issue’. The activist also cited an amendment of the Federal Constitution that came to force in 1976 where Article 1(2) says: ‘The States of the Federation shall be Johore, Kedah, Kelantan, Malacca, Negeri Sembilan, Pahang, Penang, Perak, Perlis, Sabah, Sarawak, Selangor and Terengganu.’
      He said when Malaysia was formed on Sept 16, 1963, it read: ‘the States of the Federation shall be – (a) the States of Malaya, namely, Johore, Kedah, Kelantan, Malacca, Negeri Sembilan, Pahang, Penang, Perak, Perlis, Selangor and Terengganu; and (b) the Borneo States, namely Sabah and Sarawak; and (c) the State of Singapore.’
‘The State of Singapore’ was dropped after Singapore’s departure from the federation on Aug 9, 1965.
“Here, territory is important because as mentioned in Clause 2, the State of Malaya is one territory and Borneo States is another territory.
“As it is now, we are all under one territory and therefore must share everything with Malaya. So how can Sarawak, for instance, claim its oil and gas without it being in its territory? At the end of the day we lose everything.
“So why is Sarawak not supporting the amendment (Article 1(2) of the Federal Constitution) and they want to make changes knowing that making changes will require them to renegotiate?”
He said if Sarawak wants to claims its rights on oil and gas, its territory must therefore be defined.
“We cannot claim our oil and gas when we are under Malaya territory. They will exert the same right.
“What we want now is to revert back to MA63 as it was provided (in the 1965-1976 version) and this is part of the reason why I would like the Sarawak government not to repeat its performance back in April last year,” he said, adding that when it comes to MA63, Sabah and Sarawak have to work together.

My comments:
I think that Zainnal has lost his very sense as a socialist to say that Sarawak MP should have complied to the Amendment on 9 April, 2019.  I wonder what he is now.  He behaves like a run-dog to PH government.  He  should not be considered a socialist anymore as he has lost all the qualities befitted.  Oh, he is now the advisor of the Sabah government.  I think that he is too eager to show off and for recognition.  He looks so funny now.
       He just refused to recognise the fact that MA63 is null and void from the very beginning.  I wonder what amendment to make and bark about.  It is really a curse having this kind of Sabahan who is ever ready to betray Sabahans for own benefits and interests.  He is not a lawyer to talk about laws as if he were an expert..  He is like a self-claimed doctor with no professional qualification.

（诗巫15日讯）诗巫区国会议员林财耀服务中心举办的“免费摩托燃油津贴计划”活动，将于1月18日至20日（星期六至星期一）在奥本路国油油站（敦化中学旁）进行。

届时，诗巫区国会议员林财耀将于1月18日早上9时，为活动进行推展礼，并将派发免费燃油津贴给首500名摩托骑士，每份津贴为价值5令吉的RON95汽油，先到先得。

林财耀说，该活动是希盟政府为减轻人民负担，并庆祝农历新年佳节，所以提供燃油津贴给摩托骑士。因此，摩托骑士受促于1月18日早上9时开始，可到该油站领取固本，并在1月18日至20日期间在该油站的营业时间添油。

林財耀冀熱心人士幫忙 醫院需添新淨水系統

（本报诗巫9日讯）诗巫区国会议员林财耀表示，若是要增加诗巫中央医院的洗肾机器，就有必要增添一套价值20多万令吉的净水系统。
他表明他会向联邦卫生部争取拨款，同时他的选区服务中心也会给予帮助，不过仍需要获得社会热心人士的支持。
他称，目前诗巫中央医院只有20台洗肾机器，若是要再增加洗肾机器，就必须要增加一台净水系统，因为目前的净水系统已经处于满载的状态，无法提供净水予新的洗肾机器。
林财耀指出，由于医院能够扩张的空间有限，因此他将会与院方研究，以更有效的使用医院的范围。
他续称，若是要增加洗肾机器的数量，就要装修2个房间，之后就能够容纳30台洗肾机器。
他希望能够在未来2年内，能够为诗巫中央医院增添这些设备，以提升医院的洗肾服务，让更多低下阶层人士受惠。

       Although different kinds of cancer have become so common, there are more and more 

cancer patients and related information around us, once our loved ones have cancer, 

it will still be a panic and helpless suffering.  There is always so much fear associated with it.

      The most terrible thing about cancer is the overwhelming fear we have about cancer.   

 We actually quickly equate cancer to death and pass the death sentence to ourselves or our 

relatives.   Our world just falls apart as a result.  The main reason for such a shock is that we 

have no idea how to face it, seek treatment and find ways to survive.

    Most people have so little understanding about their body until they fall sick.  You may 

be so professional in your field but are completely unconscious and ignorant of your body 

(except those in medical fields).  You may not know where your heart, liver, spleen, lungs and 

kidneys are located; when your body sends out different signals but you just fail to notice how 

your body are screaming for help.  You are so numb that you are totally oblivious to the 

extreme condition of your body.  Likewise for cancer, a person only tries to understand what 

cancer is when the illness strikes himself or his loved one.

         But trying to understand cancer is so painstaking when all kinds of information are 

at your fingertips.   All these pieces of information also make people more confused and 

helpless to decide which piece of information is helpful and relevant.  Although I have been 

dealing with cancer for many years and tried to check the various opinions, I was so confused 

until I came across the book "The Truth about Cancer" in 2019.  The author Ty M. Bollinger, 

7 of his family members died of cancer  in 8 years.  He has spent nearly 20 years in cancer 

research, collating relatively comprehensive cancer data, and summarising it into three parts: 

1.  Causes and prevention of cancer; 

2.  Various successful treatment options; 

3.  Hidden Worries about Cancer Treatment in Western Medicine. 

         The book can be regarded as a comprehensive guide to cancer, pathology, diet, 

various types of treatment. 

         Perhaps to some so-called "cancer experts", this book is a contradiction of mainstream 

western medicine.  But at least, Ty M. Bollinger clearly and succinctly let us know that cancer 

is not hereditary, not a cursed misfortune, or even a disease.  It is but a response to the 

survival mechanism of the body's low immunity.  Though some “prescriptions” and treatment 

methods seem unscientific, their effectiveness is well-found.  He systematically sorted out what 

he knows, of course, some of his points of view are quite subjective.  Whether they can be 

trusted or not depends very much on the individual.

        Everyone is a unique individual.  The same medical treatment and procedure used in

different persons may not have the same end results. In other words, the fixed method and 

treatment procedure may prove effective for A, but not necessarily for B.  Each medical school 

has its own assertions.  It is hard to tell which one is better.  Among all the choices, a person can

seek the most suitable medical treatment for himself to get treated.  

        "Cancer really doesn't equate to 'death sentence'.   We should always have hope as you 

have many natural alternatives which are far better than the 'Three well-known treatments' 

-- chemotherapy, radiation therapy and surgery.  Although these alternative treatment may not 

have the endorsement, they don't poison, attack or burn your body to save lives. "

      In the face of disease, especially cancer, we may have to think, is our choice the only option?
