Dear Sir,

The road conditions at the section from Sibu to Selangau

On behalf of the road users of so-called Pan-Borneo Highway, I plead your special and immediate upgrading on the section of the road from Sibu to Selangau which is so appalling for passing.  It causes so much frustration and exasperation beyond words for description.

We know that the Federal Malaya government is so low-graded and unqualified in every respect as far as for the development of Sarawak is concerned.   After so much plundering, exploitation and robbing, they have not been able to provide Sarawakians a proper highway after 56 years of colonisation.  It is too much for Sarawakians who love Sarawak, our motherland to swallon this bitterness. 

Now, you are the so-called Federal minister holding Menteri Kerja Raya as an elected YB from the Selangau constituency.  I am shocked to know that the Selangau section of the road is in such an appalling state with so little attention from You.  Alamat, what a curse!  What a pity!  What a shame!

It is widely said that Sarawakians once elected as so-called Federal ministers turn their backs at once and focus their minds, hearts and souls on the development and more development in Malaya.  That is why Sarawak has been neglected for all these years and will continue to be so.  Yes, they are so federal-centric, -minded, -hearted and -oriented to be of use to Sarawak.

Hence, more and more Sarawakians have decided to flush out all the Malaya parties for good and seeking for Sarawak Independence.  In 12^th Sarawak Dun election, I am rest-assured that there is no more chance for DAP to win and the voters inclined to vote for PKR will about-turn their backs against you as well.  Just wait and see!

沙人精神健康亮红灯·病例10年内翻倍

（亚庇5日讯）沙巴精神病例在过去10年翻倍增加，沙巴人民精神健康亮红灯。

沙巴精神疾病病例数据显示，2016年沙巴有3万零675宗精神病门诊病例，而住院病例则有1373宗，而2015年全国健康及病发率数据指全国有29.2％成人面对精神疾病的困扰，沙巴则高达42.9％。

这些数据显示出沙巴人民精神健康已亮起红灯，到了必须积极采取行动的时候。

州卫生及人民福祉部长拿督潘明丰今日指出，数据显示沙巴人是生活在一个罹患精神疾病的环境，必须加以关注，并采取妥善的应对措施。

“这是一个让人震惊的数据，必须谋求妥善的解决方案，因为精神疾病趋严重不仅对个人、家庭及社群造成负面影响，也为社会经济发展带来严重衝击。”

潘明丰今日主持沙巴精神疾病与牧养研讨会闭幕礼时，这样表示。

“我很欣慰见到以沙巴家庭关怀协会为首的6个基都教团体联合主办沙巴精神疾病与牧养研讨会，寻找诱发沙巴人患上精神疾病的原因。”

潘明丰希望研讨会能促进教会同心去面对社群的需要，负起关心社会的责任。

       沙巴精神病%是全马来（西）亚联邦国里领先。这种精神疾病，以我个人看，跟贫穷和困苦生活无奈息息相关。沙巴一个资源丰富，但是被马来亚政府无限掠夺和剥削后，沦陷为数二的贫穷州。堂堂正正的一个国被贬为州对土生土长的沙巴人来讲都是严重的打击。因为财富被掠夺后，沙巴国家和个人无法好好获得发展。还要面对无限的外来移民的骚扰。种种恶劣的条件和生活环境，可以引发精神病的。

       砂国面对同样的情形，所以，砂国精神病患病% 排行第二。 情况一模一样的。只是，我们没有外来移民的问题。但是，砂拉越跟沙巴是同一天被违宪的贬为州。这是犯国际法的事。对砂民来讲是很大的打击。砂国资源比沙巴更丰富，但是，全被马来亚掠夺。砂国无法发展。56年一条高速公路都还没有建成。面对种种困苦生活无奈，是容易引发精神病的。

     所以，要治疗砂沙两国精神疾病，就是赶走马来亚海盗后，全面发展该国政经文教。让每个人都能按照个人所长好好发挥自己。还有不要逼狗学猫叫；也不逼猫学狗叫。尊重每个人的特性。看看，我们是否可以治疗这种类的精神病？

阿邦佐捎来好消息‧砂联邦公仆获500花红

（古晋4日讯）在砂拉越服务的联邦政府公务员不用羡慕了，砂首长拿督巴丁宜阿邦佐哈里今日捎来好消息，宣布为联邦政府公务员提供500令吉花红！
这笔花红将于明年6月发放，这意味著，随著联邦政府之前宣布发放500令吉花红予联邦公务员，加上砂政府这项最新宣布，在砂拉越服务的联邦政府公务员可获得1000令吉花红。
料9万5000人受惠
阿邦佐哈里今日主持“2019年公共服务日”开幕仪式后宣布这项好消息。他说，他与在场数位砂内阁部长，包括砂教育、科学及工艺研究部长拿督斯里麦哥玛因、砂交通部长拿督李景胜、砂地方政府及房屋部长拿督斯里沈桂贤、砂福利、社区和谐、妇女、家庭及儿童发展部长拿督斯里花蒂玛阿都拉等人，经过简短讨论后，做出这项决定。全砂预料有9万5000名联邦政府公务员受惠。
阿邦佐哈里较早前已表明基于政策制度不同，对于发放花红给联邦政府公务员，他也无能为力。不过，配合今天的公共服务日，他紧接著做出这项惊喜宣布，以肯定在砂服务的联邦政府公务员贡献和付出，令在场的联邦政府公务员尖叫连连，喜出望外。
据他所知，在砂服务的联邦政府公务员多为教职员、卫生局官员、警察等，而他们主要在乡区服务。

      这位将是砂国史上最[仁慈] 的一个首长，也是最后的首长。我相信他的任期所胜下不多，因为他惹怒太多，太多，太多。。。。砂民。 第一 ，砂民很多因为找不到工作离乡背井去他国求职，而他完全没有考虑到砂民的困境，以[砂民为先]。没有想设期限给马来亚职员让位给砂民。 这[..脑..心]的首长。照理说是堂堂正正的砂首相，可是这个人就是[仁心慈脑]浪费公币玩自己的阔气， 为了取悦马来亚主子。 砂国不是属于AbangJohari和GPS政府的。AbangJohari坚持要留马，也不代表砂民。 好了，他就一样一样的卖砂国权益求荣。 那砂民就得好好得教训他一顿。 看他从那[首长的宝座]滚下来。等着瞧了。

           9万5000人当中多少%是砂民。马来亚狠狠的砍了13项发展计划。这[。。脑。。心]的首长，还在那里演阔家呢。砂民活在水深火热中，他高高在上，天天胡说n道，跟人民完全脱节了。他还在他自己很爽的梦境中。 还自以为是，509后，已经没有[打抱赢]的事了。他还沉醉在[白毛]那个时代[绝对赢]得[满堂红]。砂民已经准备好了，砂独立。 冠着GPS头衔的砂政府真的要准备下场了。我相信砂民会护航肯民党上场。马来亚海盗政党没有生存的条件了。

KUALA LUMPUR: Batang Sadong MP Nancy Shukri was today told to retract her claim that Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng had referred to the people of Sarawak as “greedy beggars”.

        Deputy Dewan Rakyat speaker Nga Kor Ming said the decision was made following a review of the documents she had sent to the speaker’s office on Dec 4.

        Adding that both he and speaker Mohamad Ariff Md Yusof had examined the documents, he said there was a lack of evidence against Lim and that Nancy’s statement appeared to be based on “bad intent”.

Nancy said she would only retract her statement if Lim apologised for his.

However, Nga said the speaker’s decision was final, and that she had been given adequate space to prove her stand.

        “If he didn’t say it, it would not be right to ask him to apologise.

“As an honourable member of the house, that is the most appropriate thing to do. We are not asking you to apologise, but to retract,” he said.

        Nancy then asked if this was part of the parliamentary reforms the new government had been talking about, adding that the issue concerned the dignity of Sarawakians.

        But Nga told her not to hurl such accusations, adding that it had nothing to do with Sarawak.

        “This is a personal issue,” he said. “Don’t link it to the people of Sarawak.”

        Nancy said as a Sarawak MP, she spoke on behalf of the people.

“But the people of Sarawak did not elect you to slander,” Nga said. “As a responsible MP, we talk based on facts.”

       Nancy eventually retracted her statement after asking if she would be referred to Parliament’s select committee if she did not apologise.

She said on Oct 14 that Sarawak had only received about half of the funds promised by Pakatan Harapan in its manifesto, adding that Sarawakians were “not hard to please”.

       “I want to strongly refute Bagan’s allegation, which is clearly a lie,” she had said during the debate on the 2020 Budget, referring to Lim, who is the MP for Bagan.

       “A few days ago, he insulted the people of Sarawak by calling us greedy beggars when we, Gabungan Parti Sarawak, were only carrying out our responsibility with regards to the budget.”

My comments:

How much wealth in revenues in the forms of oil and gas, income tax, stamp duty and so on does the Malayan government in the name of Malaysia plunder and exploit from Sarawak every year?  And how much allocation does the Malayan government give back in return?  Who is so greedy?  It is said that about RM200 billion plus of revenues is robbed from Sarawak but the so called “Federal government” only gives back RM4.5 billion for development.   Is Sarawak “hard to please”?   Let the figures tell. 

It is a curse that AbangJohari-led the GPS-crowned government just refuses to declare Sarawak independence unilaterally so that we can keep 100% revenues of different nature in Sarawak for proper development.  Is it no time to sever this entanglement once and for all?

Sarawakian representatives should not have been present in this grosteque so called “national parliament”.  Everything about Malaysia is in a mess when there is no base for the formation of Malaysia when MA63 is found to be a fraud.   I wish that not one Sarawakian would be present in this Malayan-based national parliament from 2023 onwards.  GE14 should be the last one for us Sarawak. 

          I mind PH government especially, DAP, don’t bully any Sarawakian!

自10月20日2019，Rantau Panjang 23岁周姓年青人连人带车翻滚入土沟，溺毙后，我追踪汽车滚入水沟和滚下坡到今天，这是第11宗了。

榴梿贩翻车落沟丧命．彻夜未归清晨才发现

死者车子翻覆在路旁水沟，死者重伤丧命车内。

（诗巫2日讯）榴梿贩彻夜未归，今早七时许被发现翻车落入住家附近的路旁水沟，重伤丧命车内。
          死者证实是30岁的许世利（译音），双溪美禄地区福民路居民。
无人目击车祸，附近居民昨晚直今早亦无听到异响，因而不知车祸于何时发生。附近居民今早七时发现有一辆车子翻覆沟内马上报警，救援人员于八时许赶抵时，发现死者已断气。
据了解，昨天死者和伊班裔妻子驾车前往加拿逸收购榴连。之后死者和朋友在新珠安巴刹一带喝酒，妻子劝他回家不果便自己步行回家。

自10月20日，我朋友23岁儿子在Sibu Rantau Panjang翻车滚入土沟，溺毙，追踪到现在，这是第十宗了。 56年政治垄断，经济垄断，建路垄断的结果和后果，就是车祸频繁，交通工具滚入沟频频发生。 砂政府，朝野高官们都没有把这些事儿看在眼里。 

        这一切现象表示砂政府的时期满溢了，是时候改朝换代了。

Collision lands pick-up in earth drain

KUCHING: A pick-up truck veered off the road and landed in an earth drain after it collided with a car at a junction near Taman Harmoni KM7 Jalan Sri Aman-Serian around 9pm on Tuesday (Nov 26).

        The Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba) said in a statement that the pick-up truck driver and two passengers managed to escape from the wreck without being injured.

        It is believed that the pick-up truck driver had just managed to overtake another vehicle and was attempting to return to its original lane when it accidently clipped the front section of the other car.

       This caused the pick-up truck driver to lose control of the vehicle.

The driver and four passengers of the car were also uninjured in the accident.

My comments: 

This is the ninth case of vehicles landing in earth drains since 20th October, 2019 when a youth of aged 23 died when the Hilux he was driving turned turtle in an earth drain along Rantau Panjang, Sibu.  I have been the incidents like this since the day.

        It is time to seek justification from the Sarawak government road or so-called federal government and the road construction monopolised  company for the shoddy work.  

        I guess these roads where the vehicles went straight to the drain and turned turtle   are the roads without the right width of road shoulder or no road shoulder at all.  We rakyat are always abandoned to travel at our own risk.  It is time to force these authorities concerned to look into the road conditions and be prepared to be sued in court.
