唯一可以“解决砂拉越 土地，地方议会等问题”是砂拉越要尽快脱马独立。绝对不是像倪大炮所言，让希盟来执政砂国。 希盟如果执政砂拉越，砂拉越就像隔壁家的兄弟沙巴沦陷了。 沙巴今天比我们砂国政经文教更不堪，这一切都是马来亚掠夺者惹得祸。 希盟=国阵一样全心全意就是想殖民砂沙两国。

        4月9日修宪完全是一场骗局。我服这倪大炮还有嘴脸胆量挑拨砂人的敏感神经。 好自大。4月9日的修宪，是以什么协议为根据呢？身为一位专业培训的律师，竟然胆敢[知法犯法] 。还敢重复胡扯，这修宪是恢复沙砂两国和马来亚是三国联邦，是3分1不是13分之一。 你们掩掩遮遮谈修宪。 以11州+ 2州来蒙骗砂沙两邦国。这模样模型谈三邦对等地位。 这是哪一门的逻辑啊？只可惜，马来亚霸权还是活在7，8十年代。所以，自以为是，我们砂拉越人还是当年的无知山芭佬。

        以马来亚联合邦宪法来谈修宪。 最好笑的还是联邦宪法整本书里，连MA63 这字眼都找不到。 这如果不是一场骗局，是什么？ 倪大炮是修法律的，不可能不知道这诡计吧。 砂盟拒绝签写，我们全砂除了砂希盟官爷尤其是张健仁，黄庆伟，俞利文，刘强燕，黄培根，陈长锋和杨薇讳以外，都给砂盟政府很多赞。 不签是对。其实，修宪这个把戏，砂盟还有能耐跟希盟玩。 真正做法就是马上马下还原MA63。别的废话废事剩了吧。 

        倪官爷说：“联邦政府，首相敦马哈迪也同意，就跟着1963年马来西亚协议，没有多一个字，没有少一个字。” 

我说：还原MA63 就对了。

        火箭就是火箭，敢骗，敢编，会辨，会演，更会变装，活像变色龙。                                                                                                                                       

        砂盟不可信，但是，他们的可信度还是大大超越希盟。希盟那一项承诺没U转。希盟第一官爷，大言不愧说：[承诺非圣经]，那么希盟诚信在那里？ 倪大炮还有嘴脸指责砂盟的信用。真的服了这种人。 假冒会计师，登上联邦财政部长，贱价购豪宅，无罪释放。 诚信在那儿？ 希盟个个高官谈那一类的诚信呢 ？

        脱马独立是砂拉越的愿景。马来亚政策就运用在马来亚就好了。我们砂国真的不必你们那么操心。 砂国掌管咱们自己100%石油，天然气，所有税收的主权，土地，所有的一切。 是好是坏，我们砂人自己承担。不必马来亚盗贼来操心。请滚回去吧！  林梅芳

火箭党，不愧是火箭党，马来亚盗贼的代理人。就是那么会辨，会演，会伪装。谈温利山的个人诚信，倒不如算一算，数一数，火箭党各个高官的个人诚信。509之前，个个就是满口的承诺，实践多少%？ 你们砂火箭诚信在那里？ 人民还没有跟你们好好算数。今天，你还有脸，还有胆出来指责温利山的诚信。请杨官娘，细读自己的火箭党章，再来指责，怪罪别人也不迟。只可惜，火箭高官，火焰万丈，个个诚信都扫地了，扑倒在地，还不懂得自我检讨。还想[含血喷人]，[嫁祸于人]，[转移视线]，[假仁假义]，[挑拨离间]，捞取廉价的政治资本。  （林梅芳）

Malaysia Day is not a reason for celebration, Star tells PH Sarawak

KUCHING, June 9: State Reform Party (Star) president Lina Soo scoffs at Pakatan Harapan (PH) Sarawak’s intention to lobby for Malaysia Day to be celebrated in Sarawak this year as she opines there is nothing to celebrate.
       Soo said that Malaysia Day marks the day Sarawak threw off the yoke of British colonialism on Sept 16, 1963, only to be dominated and reshackled by Malaya’s exploitation of Sarawak’s territorial boundaries and natural resources, in the name of federalism during which Malaya changed its name to Malaysia.
       In a statement today, she alleged that because of Malaysia Day, Sarawak is still like a colony with a new imperialist master, and is defined in the United Nations’ Non-Self-Governing Territories list as “change in status” only, with no independent status.
    “In effect, it was merely a transfer of colonial headquarters from London to Kuala Lumpur where fair skinned imperialists were replaced by a federal government nearer home 1,500 miles away,” added Soo.
      She told PH Sarawak if the reason the Malaysia Day celebration should be in Sarawak this year is just because it was held in Sabah last year, Sarawakians have no wish to follow in the footsteps of Sabah which has given up Labuan, lost its immigration autonomy powers, lost its lands to foreign companies, had its population re-constructed vis-a-vis Project IC, and federalised departments such as for electricity.
       Soo implored PH Sarawak not to lead Sarawak down Sabah’s seemingly path of destruction.
    “Sarawak PH should be lobbying for infrastructure funding and economic development, to get federal funds to repair our schools in rural areas, build more roads and bridges, and tackle bread and butter issues where the cost of living is getting more and more unbearable for ordinary folks,” opined Soo
    “With the validity of Malaysia Agreement 1963 in grave doubt where Sarawak as a British colony had no capacity to enter into a multilateral international agreement, with multiple breaches and abandoned by Singapore, Malaysia Day will continue to remain a ‘Black Day’ for mourning.”
      She invited PH Sarawak to instead join Sarawakians in celebrating 722 on July 22 (Sarawak Independence Day) at Padang Central with a pledge of allegiance to Sarawak, and without spending one sen of taxpayers’ money.

My comments:
Only PH Sarawak political thugs and the GPS government who have lost their senses see 916 to be a day for celebration while more and more  Sarawakians mourn for the loss of the sovereignty of Sarawak and lament for being colonised and dominated since the very day in 1963.
        More and more Sarawakians like me are wide awake and prepared to flush out PH political thugs in Sarawak as well as those of the GPS for good.  Sarawak no doubt need a brand new government and leaders to lead her to independence.  Time is up for PH Sarawak political thugs and the GPS government.

     以詹雪梅 （砂。。新闻编辑）的逻辑来谈砂拉越有多少能量和能力独立。我看这世界没有几个国家可以独立了。当年，新加坡被多少人肯定呢？ 有位印尼总统甚至把新加坡看贬到，说她只不过是[一粒鼻屎]。台湾有位领导人，也说新加坡在世界地图上就只有像full-stop一点而已。当年，李光耀也只不过是个默默无闻的领袖。他的坚强是在岁月中和环境所逼中磨练和修炼出来的。 我们砂拉越还没有实现独立，却是有不少砂人自我抹黑，贬低，践踏，漠视，质疑和轻视砂独分子的能力和能量有一天创造出砂拉越独立愿景。记得，中国今天的强大不是偶然的。当年中国也是面对无数自家人的抹黑，贬低，践踏，漠视，质疑和轻视。

     肯雅兰全民党虽然是新党，成员也不多，不过他拥有的魅力和魄力是空前绝后的。他是第一个政党敢敢讲要带领砂脱马独立。全砂的爱护砂国的人民都向他们认同。第12届他们入驻砂议会是梦吗？别小看他们。别小看砂民的智慧。别以[鼠目寸光]或[管窥蠡测]来看砂独民运人士和肯雅兰全民党争取脱马独立。

     独立的条件怎么跟丰富的资源和辽阔土地无关呢？如果今天砂国天然资源100%运用在砂国。今天我们砂拉越会这么落后吗？放眼看看文莱国家。今天文莱国的良好的发展哪一样不是因为自家的天然资源在自家运用的成果啊！有资源和土地，人的能力和能量是可以更完美的发挥。有听过[英雄无用武之地]吗？咱们的资源，你怎么能够忍受马来亚盗贼来掠夺，而你那么轻松的在说三道四，就一口咬定砂人没有多少能量和能力独立。

     以个人狭隘的思维就否定砂独民运分子和肯雅兰全民党的张力。我不知道詹编辑知道马来亚就是马来西亚吗？我们砂拉越是个独立国被殖民和蒙骗56年。当年，马来亚Tunku AbdulRahman这盗贼和英国官员勾结把砂沙两国出卖了。 你知道自己是亡国奴吗？你知道MA63是从开始就无效了吗？因为砂沙两国当年还是英国殖民地所以根本没有资格签MA63。所以MA63在马来西亚联邦宪法里，完全找不到。想想看，我们是否随时可以上诉国际法庭了断这种莫名其妙的关系。

     最近Mauritius 主权国已经把Chagos岛争取回来了。他们的情形跟咱们沙砂两国的情形一样的。当我们还没获得主权，有完整的行政体系，就被卖掉了。砂国，真的是[今非昔比]了。就这些情形，砂国有超足的条件脱马独立。总有一天，我们也一样会上诉国际法庭，讨回公道。

     请去参考2002年五月20日的独立东帝汶是否有什么强人掌权呢？人民的教育水准又如何？英国要脱欧，人民有到饥饿，民不聊生，水深火热的地步才想脱欧吗？我真不知道詹编辑是以什么逻辑思维谈砂独立。你有感受到被马来亚掠夺，剥削，打压和霸凌吗？你有用宏观角度去解读砂国现在的处境吗？ 我像很多同路的砂人坚决要砂国跟马来亚切割。

     出卖砂国的权益的人才是“走狗”或“卖国贼”。不同意见和看法的，没有人那么无知把这种人归类为“走狗”吧！ 期待砂人归队支持脱马独立。砂国是我们的祖国。我们生于斯，长于斯，归根落地，是不可否认的事实。今砂国已被灭亡，我们都是亡国奴。不知，你是否有“故国不堪回首明月中”的感受。    林梅芳

        It is idiotic to fly Malayan flags in Sarawak.  Whenever I see the Malayan flags in the activities of Sarawak, I feel disgusted.  I know how federal-centric, minded and oriented these Sarawakian high ranking officials are. 

It is humiliating to see the Malayan flags dominating in the activities in the land of Sarawak.  It is shameful to know that how those Sarawakians abandoned the ‘K’ identity card for ‘A’ identity card.  Recently, I have met a Sarawakian lady marrying to a Malayan and changed their ‘K’ identity card for ‘A’ one.  I wonder how many Sarawakians working in Malaya have abandoned their ‘K’ identity. 

        I wonder what Sarawak is to those Sarawakians studying or working in Malaya.  The big plan of Malaya / Malaysia is to dominate and colonise Sarawak and Sabah.  They have been quite successful in brainwashing quite many Sarawakians and Sabahans to accept Malaya as their country so much to the desperation of many Sarawakians and Sabahans who see Sarawak and Sabah as a country respectively.

        I would like to assert that Sarawak is for Sarawakians.  I hope one day Sarawak will become independent and should be respected as a country internationally.  I believe in a new Sarawak government to undo the old system and bring MA63 to be settled in the International Court of Justice like how the Mauritius government has settled the Chagos island. 

        I hope that more and more Sarawakians will respond to the call for Sarawak Independence.  Please go to join 722 in Kuching this year if you can.  Sarawak needs the support of every Sarawakian as you are the true guardian of the land.  It is definitely not Taib Mahmud or anyone else like him. 

        We have witnessed how the rights Sarawak have been sold out one by one by Taib Mahmud and his uncle, Abdul Rahman Yakub when Sarawakians were too naïve to protect Sarawak. 

        It is time to break the political monopoly in order to break the economic monopoly.  It is time to uproot the system of corruption and collusion of these political and economic moguls.  Let’s support the candidates who are Sarawak-centric, minded and oriented.  They are well-prepared for Sarawak independence.

Thank you for your email today on the above subject, with the content copied at the end of this email for easy reference.

The right procedure is for you to go and lodge a report complaining about what you said of Mukhriz, that he wrongfully questioned about Sarawak’s immigration autonomy.

Then you can make the comments with reporters at the police station about those Sarawakians "traitors" (however, it is better that you don’t use this word) and urge that those “Sarawakian patriots” go and lodge police report against Mukhriz too.

Please let us know when you are going to lodge report so that reporters can be sent to meet you and report.

On behalf of all the Sarawakians, I would like to complain and lodge a police report on what Mukhriz Mahathir, the Mentri Besar of Kedah for his words on lifting Sarawak Immigration Autonomy.  His speech is well-blessed by his PM father.  Is it constitutional to raise this issue in the parliament?  PM Mahathir’s ambition and greediness on the rich resources of Sarawak are well-written in the whole spirit of Mukhriz Mahathir.  And I am really disappointed when none of our Sarawakian representatives especially the outspoken DAP remained to be so quiet when Mukhriz Mahathir slapped their face in the parliament?  Dr Yii of DAP still dared to say it in the Borneo Post that “PH govt has no intention to remove immigration autonomy enjoyed by Sabah, S’wak.  Damn him for his federal-centric thinking.  I see Dr Yii and all the Sarawakian DAP traaaaaaaiiiiiiiiitors.

                On the 8^th May, 2019, in the Borneo Post, I bear witness how these federal-minded PKR Sarawakian traitors lodged a police report against Petra Jaya Member of Parliament, Dato Sri Fadillah at the One Stop Centre Simpany Tiga, yesterday.  Iswardy accompanied by several members of the organisation from Batang Sadong, Saribas, and Kota Samarahan, said the report was against a statement made by Fadillah’s  during the MA63 seminar at one of the convention centres recently. 

        Why is there no one from the organisation so far lodging a police report against Mukhriz Mahathir for his unconstitutional speech?  None of these Sarawakian traitors dared to speak up against his speech.  That is why the Mahathirs dared to be so aggressive over us.  When Sarawak government asked for RM1billion for the repair of 1000 plus dilapidated schools in Sarawak, our Malayan colonial masters dared to reject.  Which of our DAP and PKR Members of Parliament spoke up on Sarawak’s behalf?  These Sarawakian traitors are always ever-ready to protect the interest of Malayan colonial masters.

        PKR Stampin branch Youth chief Jeffery Mok Hui Chunk has made another police report against the same person … Fadillah Yusuk for the same statement made at the MA63 seminar over the weekend.  He was accompanied by PKR National Women vice chief, who is also the special officer of the Federal Ministry of Housing and Local government, Voon Shiak Ni and PKR information chief, Desmond Kho.  These traitors again have ignored what Mukhriz Mahathir said about lifting Sarawak Immigaration autonomy in the first place.  Yet, they made a fuss of what instigated … Fadillah Yusuk’s fear about what the Mahathirs would do.  It is understood by majority of Sarawakians that the Malayan government in the name of Malaysia has the mission and vision of a big Malaysia to accomplish.  But these traitors are the accomplices of their federal colonial masters. 

        Here, I would like these organisations like SAPA, SPA, S4S, SIA and SLM to band together to go to lodge a police report and I will lodge a complaint to Complaint bureau.     Ling Moi Hung
