各位弟兄姐妹们,别被自己想像的白色恐怖困绑了,马来半岛霸权,怎样都不敢向咱们动武的。 他们凭什么向没 有武器的我们,除了大小菜刀和巴锒刀parang, 他们敢这么做而警动天下。  一警动天下可真的不好玩哦。  一直掠夺,剥削,盗取 ,霸凌和欺压咱们的事,全部曝光。  这一来,他们马来亚霸权颜面尽失。 这是要付出重重的代价。 在这世界舞台是无法抬得起头的。 这会狠 狠的跌下来。

他们的繁荣是建立在咱们沙砂两国荒凉贫乏上。把95%的石油和天然气打劫。还其他林林种种的税收都取走,天理良知在哪儿?

安华到来砂拉越除了会见党员,还与阿邦佐私下进行了大约一个小时的秘密会谈,会谈过后两人什么也不透露与表示.... 过后阿邦佐去巴拉威Belawai 参与民间活动时说了“耐人寻味“的一句 “砂拉越的未来由砂拉越人民决定”

这句话,你怎么看?

那一位爱砂罗越子民会反对独立请站出来解释你的立场。 这是民主国家。我们独立派的会尊重你的选择。

暂时保留我的看法。 509后,他一直的这么说。

现在很多决定权在他手里。 他应该好好执行MA63合约协议的自治权。 自治权在他和他的团队那儿。 应该不必向违宪的联邦索取吧。这样真的很搞笑也。

从砂罗越的教育开始踏出第一个马步。林林总总是砂权益范围通通马上拿回。

Declaration on the Granting of Independence to Colonial Countries and Peoples

Adopted by General Assembly resolution 1514 (XV) of 14 December 1960

The General Assembly,
        Mindful of the determination proclaimed by the peoples of the world in the Charter of the United Nations to reaffirm faith in fundamental human rights, in the dignity and worth of the human person, in the equal rights of men and women and of nations large and small and to promote social progress and better standards of life in larger freedom,
        Conscious of the need for the creation of conditions of stability and well-being and peaceful and friendly relations based on respect for the principles of equal rights and self-determination of all peoples, and of universal respect for, and observance of, human rights and fundamental freedoms for all without distinction as to race, sex, language or religion,
        Recognizing the passionate yearning for freedom in all dependent peoples and the decisive role of such peoples in the attainment of their independence,
A ware of the increasing conflicts resulting from the denial of or impediments in the way of the freedom of such peoples, which constitute a serious threat to world peace,
       Considering the important role of the United Nations in assisting the movement for independence in Trust and Non-Self-Governing Territories,
      Recognizing that the peoples of the world ardently desire the end of colonialism in all its manifestations,
      Convinced that the continued existence of colonialism prevents the development of international economic co-operation, impedes the social, cultural and economic development of dependent peoples and militates against the United Nations ideal of universal peace,
       Affirming that peoples may, for their own ends, freely dispose of their natural wealth and resources without prejudice to any obligations arising out of international economic co-operation, based upon the principle of mutual benefit, and international law,
      Believing that the process of liberation is irresistible and irreversible and that, in order to avoid serious crises, an end must be put to colonialism and all practices of segregation and discrimination associated therewith,
       Welcoming the emergence in recent years of a large number of dependent territories into freedom and independence, and recognizing the increasingly powerful trends towards freedom in such territories which have not yet attained independence,
       Convinced that all peoples have an inalienable right to complete freedom, the exercise of their sovereignty and the integrity of their national territory,
       Solemnly proclaims the necessity of bringing to a speedy and unconditional end colonialism in all its forms and manifestations;

And to this end Declares that:
1. The subjection of peoples to alien subjugation, domination and exploitation
    constitutes a denial of fundamental human rights, is contrary to the Charter of
    the United Nations and is an impediment to the promotion of world peace and
    co-operation.
2. All peoples have the right to self-determination; by virtue of that right they freely
    determine their political status and freely pursue their economic, social and 
    cultural development.
3. Inadequacy of political, economic, social or educational preparedness should
    never serve as a pretext for delaying independence.
4. All armed action or repressive measures of all kinds directed against dependent
    peoples shall cease in order to enable them to exercise peacefully and freely
    their right to complete independence, and the integrity of their national territory
    shall be respected.
5.  Immediate steps shall be taken, in Trust and Non-Self-Governing Territories or
     all other territories which have not yet attained independence, to transfer all
     powers to the peoples of those territories, without any conditions or
     reservations,  in accordance with their freely expressed will and desire, without
     any distinction as to race, creed or colour, in order to enable them to enjoy
     complete independence and freedom.
6.   Any attempt aimed at the partial or total disruption of the national unity and
      the territorial integrity of a country is incompatible with the purposes and
      principles of the Charter of the United Nations.
7.   All States shall observe faithfully and strictly the provisions of the Charter of the
     United Nations, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the present
     Declaration on the basis of equality, non-interference in the internal affairs of
     all States, and respect for the sovereign rights of all peoples and their territorial
     integrity.

The status of North Borneo: Sabah  -- Change in status

The phrase, "Change in status" means that these two territories can be declared independence one day.

MA63 has stated clearly that Sabah and Sarawak are Trust Territories and are given autonomous rights but the world bear witness how we have been colonised by the Malayan government since 1963 and how our autonomous rights have been eroded all through these years of federation.

MA63--Trust Territories -- autonomy -- self-determination to become independent.

We have every right to become an independent country like many other independent countries that have taken place in late years.  This awareness is on the rise.

The history of Sabah and Sarawak has been altered and covered up.  Hence the people of  these two colonised territories / countries have been brain-washed to be loyal to Peninsular Malaya in the name of Malaysia.

Everything is now well-exposed to our scrutiny.  The history of "Malaysia" has buried the true history of Sarawak and Sabah but magnified the history of Peninsular Malaya.  "The tail of the fox" has exposed finally.

Now with the convenience of internet and advanced technology, we have Sarawakians telling the history of Sarawak and Sabah in video.  Yes, I have got the full picture of the federation of Malaysia.  I have finally understood the differences between 'autonomy and independence'.

I must thank all these friends for their great effort.

STAR PRESS STATEMENT
President of State Reform Party (STAR) is shocked to read the latest statement by Law Minister Datuk Liew Vui Keong that there will be a Special Cabinet Committee to be set up in response to Mahathir’s call to revive the Agreement.

Soo says that Liew has no authority to deal with MA63 which is an International Treaty registered with United Nations. The Law Minister with his Special Cabinet Committee cannot deal in an international multilateral affair which requires the participation of the Governments of Britain, Malaya, Sabah, Sarawak and Singapore.

MA63 has been negotiated, signed and sealed on 9th July 1963, but never delivered. The Treaty has remained on the shelf comatose for 55 years. A review cannot be done without all signatory nations – Britain, Malaya, Sarawak, Sabah and Singapore - going back to the negotiating table. To revive it by just setting up another committee is aimless and fruitless without the political will of the signatory nations.

The Federal government today only need to comply with the MA63 without need to revive, discuss, review or rectify. To suggest the need to do so is to hoodwink the people of Sarawak and Sabah and make a mockery of an international multilateral treaty

A dead document will not come alive again merely by setting up a Special Committee to sugar coat it. Trying to resurrect a defunct agreement of multiple breaches even one million times will not bring the kiss of life back to an invalid Treaty, says Soo.

Soo asks Datuk Liew if MA is still valid, in which case if it still valid, all the Federal government need to do is to comply with everything that is laid down in the Agreement. There is no need for further discussion, review and rectification.

On the other hand, if MA63 is no longer valid or important, there is no need to try to resurrect a defunct Agreement, save for termination and dissolution.

1.砂民运必须了解和理解。(这个工作是你我身为砂人民来宣传)这就是醒觉运动。
2.砂人民代仪土。就是进入砂议会。
(就是每个人手中一票来完成)
3.到时赢了砂议会来完成,就开始进入投马独立程序。那就是全民公投独立。
4.到时独立就有自主权了。
(记得领导人是看我们砂人民群众醒觉,自然的就有人站出来安排领导)
如果人民醒觉不到65%到时还是没有用。我们必须加速人民群众力量。1传10是很快。而不是靠政党来做的。509就是很好例子,他就是人民力量来完成新政府。砂独立程序也是一样。靠人民投向脱马独立砂代仪士。

Ans: There is no need for referendum act to leave Malaysia. Singapore never hold a referendum to leave Malaysia. All it need is 2/3 of our peoples’ representatives in our DUN to pass the law to agree to leave. This is how Singapore party PAP do it. Singapore left because PAP which is the ruling party made the decision to split. Our ADUN represent the people and our DUN is our parliament. This is the constitutional, legal and peaceful way which is acceptable under international law.

Do not waste time asking for referendum act. Singapore did not waste time asking for referendum act, still can leave. a tiny dot of 224 square miles, no army then, yet did Indonesia, Philippines and China invade it? Brunei has a population of less than 1/2 million, yet Brunei is also not invaded.

Kosovo also did the parliamentary and constitutional way with Unilateral Declaration of Independence which the International Court of Justice declare is not against international law.

砂拉越到底是「邦」还是“州”?

***话归正题
当年英国是遵从《1960联合国去殖民世界宣言》把砂拉越归还给砂拉越人民,主权在砂拉越人民,砂国王在1941就已经把国王的权力下放在“1941砂拉越宪法“,虽然砂后来成为英国殖民地。
当时参组马来亚根本不是砂失去“主权“,主权还是在“1941砂宪法“
1963年7月22日象征英殖民主义当局在砂的最高行政长官总督正式把权力移交给了砂国民党主席加隆宁甘,砂拉越人民第一次行使了国家主权——独立。
总之,自1841年至1963年9月16日之前,砂拉越始终是一个国家。

***托管治
在1963年9月16日砂拉越也是以一个「邦」的身份与马来亚联合邦、新加坡自治邦、北婆邦(沙巴)共组马来西亚联邦的也是以***(托管治来组成联邦)。砂已经是独立国家,参组马来西亚也是联合国非殖民化的托管领土。

***自主权
1963年8月9日在英国伦敦签下的“MA1963”就已经记载着砂拉越是以「邦」不是“州”的身份参加签署“伦敦协议”的,为何「邦」却被“州”吞食呢?为何1/4(新加坡脱马后是1/3)变成了1/13?“MA1963”原是一份国际协议,任何一个相关的签约国(包括有关国家的国会)均无权单方面修改、否定、篡改该协议内容。这意味着把砂拉越邦改为砂拉越州完全是违法和非法无效的。

***自决权
1960联合国宣布“去殖民世界宣言“,殖民地人民的人民自决权-第1514号议决,砂拉越自动的属于砂拉越人民砂和沙更应该清楚知道真相与砂拉越其实应该去完成未了已***(自决权)的独立程序。

马来亚伙伴国干涉砂拉越政治就是对砂主权的入侵
光明正大的非法入侵! 砂拉越唯一的办法就是以“自决权“这张王牌来完成“独立程序“脱离马来西亚!
