Blog and Tweet 7/9/2018 Time is up!

Blog and Tweet   7/9/2018      Time is up!
Any constitutional laws geared to Federal masters desires and ambitions should be revised and reviewed.

Decentrationalisation is the key word to master and ponder on.

We Sarawakians have set our minds to secede Malaysia for good, which stands for plundering, exploitation, robbing, oppression, suppressing and bullying.

We do not want these federal masters to plunder, exploit, rob, oppress, suppress and bully us anymore.  This PH crowned PM, Dr M, a swindler and embezzler barked too much to be trusted anymore.  We do not need any promises to be shared fairly after 55 years of plundering, exploiting…….. when they showed no respect to MA63 Agreement which is just a paper with no value at all.

But our X-BN crowned or now GPS crowned Sarawak political clowns are too ________ (fill in the balnk) to think straight and clear what rights are written in MA63 to speak out.  Everyone keeps silent about the terms and conditions stated in it.  They are too federal minded and morbidly sick in protecting their self-interests and official ranks to care about the entity of Sarawak.

That is why the past betrayals signed this term of oil royalties Sarawak 5%: Federal 95 %.  What on earth is this kind of business dealing?

Knowing that Petroleum Development Act is unconstitutional and knowing that it is unconstitutional to degrade Sarawak as nation into the 13th in the Federation of Malaysia which consists of three countries:  Peninsular Malaya, Sarawak and Sabah, no crowned political clowns have asserted our stand.   I wonder if these federal masters are ashamed of themselves, be they alive or dead.

The X-BN crowned PM (22+years in office by hook or by crook) or now PH-crowned PM, Dr M barks to revise MA63 to pacify 70% of Sarawakians or Sabahans who have set their minds to secede Malaysia ,which stands for…. for good.

He wants to revise and revive MA63 to federal advantages and benefits only.  We know this cunning old fox too well to be cheated anymore.   After all, who decides the fate of Sarawak and Sabah anymore?

The age of totalitarian or autocracy has ended years ago.  But his mindset is well-cast in this mould to know democracy is.  Now he is forced to recognise but his rears up his ugly hand and head whenever he can.  Now he is restricted by the situation.  So the whole-wide world see how corrupt and nepotistic he has been.  Please continue the story for me.

When asked if he was an autocrat, he denied it as he did not rule for life?  I say if he was not, then who wasHis intention was cut short when Suharto in Indonesia was forced to step down by mass demonstrations.  He was scared and handed over unwillingly and hastily to Abdul Badawi.  To whom was the palace-like PM official residence built for?

We have witnessed how he burnt our 'oil and natural gas money' to fulfil his megalomaniac desires and ambitions.  Using our oil money, he built Twin Towers, F1 car racing facilities (for his beloved son), bailed out ailing Mas-airline, squandered in the business Perwaja Steel, Forex Exchange and many other white elephant projects at our expense.  He wants to boast and show off the world through burning our 'oil and gas money'.

Liew: Memo on MA63 Special Cabinet Committee sent

Datuk Liew Vui Keong
SINGAPORE: A memorandum on the Special Cabinet Committee on Malaysia Agreement 1963 (MA63) has been sent to the various federal ministries as well as Sabah and Sarawak governments for further suggestion and feedback, said de facto law minister Datuk Liew Vui Keong.
“So far, everything is going according to plan and the line-up of the Special Cabinet Committee will be made known as soon as the Federal Cabinet endorses it in the coming Cabinet meeting,” he said when contacted by the media yesterday regarding the status of the Special Cabinet Committee on the MA63.
Liew is currently in Singapore leading a Malaysian delegation to the 39th General Assembly of the ASEAN Inter-Parliamentary (AIPA) for five days beginning Sept 3.
He is accompanied by the Dewan Rakyat Speaker, Datuk Mohamad Ariff Md Yusof and 17 other Members of Parliament (MPs).
A total of ten Commonwealth countries are expected to attend the conference where participants will have the chance to exchange views and work on draft resolutions of current issues.
According to Liew, the return of status for both Sabah and Sarawak in accordance to the MA63 is one of the five pillars under the Pakatan Harapan manifesto.
Its main task is to review and propose measures to rectify the status of MA63 based on current legislation, he said.
He said the Special Cabinet Committee is a high powered Committee consisting of the country’s top leadership from the Peninsula, Sabah and Sarawak.
“It’s reassuring for both Sabahans and Sarawakians to hear of Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad’s recent remarks on MA63 when he said the government will revive the agreement made during Malaysia’s formation,” Liew said.
Dr Mahathir at a dialogue session during the ‘Future of the Bumiputera and Nation Congress 2018’ on Saturday also said the Pakatan Harapan government will ensure that Sabah and Sarawak will receive the same benefits as other peninsular states.
Therefore, Liew said this shows the Pakatan Harapan government is committed to restoring Sabah and Sarawak’s position to their rightful place, in line with the MA63.

My comments:
Dr. M, the old fox, whom we Sarawakians at least 70% who had undergone through the traumatic experience during his tenure as PM in 1981 up to 2003 --22 years plus really hate and despise.  MA63 agreement to him is nothing but just a piece of paper with no value.
70% of Sarawakians, I believe, are in favour of seceding the federation of Malaysia  for good.  Malaysia  is not registered as a country but a federation only in the book of United Nations.  We are clear enough that Sarawak and Sabah were just  entrusted  to the Malayan government at that time.  Dur to ignorance, we have been subjected to their supremacy and oppressive rules for so long.
These plunderers, exploiters, robbers, oppressors and bullies in the name of Malaysia have been plundering, exploiting, robbing, suppressing, oppressing and bullying us at will.
We Sarawakians have set our minds to secede the Federation of Malaya for good and we believe Sabah will follow suit.  Time is up.
After plundering so much resources from us, they still suppress us on upgrading and construction of the only highway we have from one end of Sarawak to Sabah.  How can we endure anymore?
     No extreme will last.
We do not think that these federal plunderers will respect MA63.  Only fools will believe their sugar-coated words.

Sanchez proposes referendum on autonomy for Catalonia

Pedro Sanchez

Quim Torra
MADRID: Spain’s prime minister proposed holding a referendum in Catalonia on greater autonomy for the wealthy region but ruled out allowing a vote on independence as demanded by Catalan leaders.
Socialist Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez, who since coming to power in June has attempted to defuse tensions over Catalonia’s independence drive by holding talks with Catalonia’s separatist president Quim Torra, told radio Cadena Ser the dialogue should lead to ‘a vote… on the reinforcement of Catalonia’s autonomy’.
“It is a referendum for autonomy, not for aut-odetermination,” he added, without giving a timeline for the proposed vote.
Catalonia, which has its own distinct language, was granted autonomy under Spain’s 1978 constitution adopted three years after the death of longtime dictator Francisco Franco.
In 2006, a statute granting even greater powers to the northwestern region, boosting its financial clout, was approved by the Spanish and Catalan parliaments. And in a referendum at the time, over 73 percent of voters in Catalonia approved it.
But in 2010 Spain’s Constitutional Court struck down several articles of the charter, among them attempts to place the distinctive Catalan language above Spanish in the region and a clause describing the region as a ‘nation’. The ruling sparked a rise in support for independence in Catalonia, which is home to some 7.5 million people and accounts for about one fifth of the Spanish economy.
“Catalonia currently has a statute which it did not vote for, so there is a political problem,” Sanchez said.
Sanchez’s minority government, which relies on the support of Catalan separatist parties to pass legislation, has distanced itself from the hardline approach adopted by its conservative predecessor against Catalonia’s separatist drive, which sparked a major political crisis.
The Catalan government pressed ahead with an independence referendum on Oct 1 – even though it had been banned by the courts – and the vote was marred by police violence.
Catalonia’s regional parliament then voted to declare independence on Oct 27, prompting Madrid to sack the regional government and put the region under direct rule from Madrid. The current regional president Torra was hand-picked by his predecessor Carles Puigdemont who is in self-imposed exile in Belgium to avoid being tried for rebellion in Spain. Polls show Catalans are divided on the question of independence but an overwhelming majority back a referendum to settle the question. — AFP

My comments:
They are on the same piece of land.  Unlike Sarawak, Sabah and Peninsular Malaya, we are separated by South China Sea.  We Sarawakians are also preparing to secede the Federation of Malaysia for good, which stands for plundering, exploitation, robbing, oppression, suppression and bullying to us Sarawak and Sabah on the Borneo island.
Sarawak and Sabah are nothing to the federal masters but a huge ATM for them to cash at will.  Yes, my motherland, Sarawak is endowed with rich natural resources like oil and natural gas which are channelled to Peninsular Malaya for their development and a large portion is embezzled in the process.  It is an open secret to all who have paid attention to us.  Sarawak and Sabah, on the other hand, are in appalling state in terms of road system, school buildings, hospitals, living conditions,infrastructures......... when you move towards the rural areas.
It is said that our oil fields produce petrol valued at RM20 million a day and yet we can only get 5% royalties.  We haven't counted in the nature gas we have.  Our federal masters take the lion's share and ....................................................................give back too little to us.  We, Sarawakians, in general, are furious now.

How the pest cat was caught 2/9/2018

How the pest cat was caught                       2/9/2018
We keep cats outside the house to keep away or kill rats.  Two cats are female and one young cat about six or seven months old is male which took us four to five hours to catch it and threw it away for good.  It has killed twenty-two chicks which we kept in a chick coop on stilts.
It pulled the chicks down from below the coop.  The wire mesh of chick coop that I fixed at the bottom about ten years or more ago has somehow become rusty and rotten.  The pest cat knew all the trick to get the chicks there.  It only started this bad habit in August this year.  This is the first time that it picked on my chicks.  On the 18th August, I bought twenty-one chicks home, knowing that some would collapse.  On the second day, my husband found a few chicks missing and one or two without parts of the body remained.  Many chicks were wounded in different ways.  We lost about thirteen chicks in the count.
We were not sure what the culprit was.  But it did not take us long to catch the culprit red-handed.  It was our young male cat and we saw it in the act.  To remedy the situation, my husband fenced up and blocked every possible entry of the pest cat into the underneath of the chick coop.
On the 25th of August, I bought another fifteen chicken home to add in for the loss.  A day or two later, it acted again, killed five and ate part of each. We lost six chicks.  We had no idea how to catch it and get rid of it.  We are no match to the cat in speed and agility.  We were helplessly angry.
I suggested to catch it.  But he did not think it viable.  We felt defeated before we tried.
On the 1st September, yesterday, I bought six chickens to add in for the loss.  Yesterday afternoon, I heard chicks “chik…..” in alarm calling for help from outside the kitchen.  We were having lunch.  Immediately, I jumped up from my seat to check.  I saw it mouthing the chick.  It had again pulled the whole chick down from the bottom mesh of the chick coop.
Seeing me, it abandoned the dead chick in fright.
I was furious this time.  Straight away, I boiled water and intended to scald it to wound or kill it.  I did not care much anymore.  I was determined to get rid of this pest cat for good.  When it came back, I really chased it to scald it but the hot water could only reach it a bit less than 10%.  After trying a few times, I gave up.
My husband, being a cooler and calmer person, thought otherwise.  He set the trap.  We had a cage which my son bought to keep a wounded bird.  We made good use of it then.  We put the chick that was killed by the pest cat in the cage which we placed outside the window.  We tied one end of the plastic thread to the door of the cage, which we kept wide open and we had the other end of the thread through the window.  We were waiting in turn patiently inside the house.
The pest cat came near the cage tried to get the chick from opposite side of the cage because it had not discovered the door yet.  I was too anxious to scald to would or kill it.  I rushed out with a mug of hot water.  I scalded it a bit and fleed.  This time, it took even longer time for it to come back to the cage.   I decided to co-operate with my husband to catch it using the cage trap.
At about 6 o’ clock or so, it came back and found the door of the cage and entered.  My husband’s turn to wait for it and caught it in cage by pulling close the door and I sped out of the house to bolt the door and secured it with a wire.  To prevent the bite of the furious cat which lost the freedom, I used a piece of wire to make the handle so that I could carry the cage without the fear of being bitten.
Yes, the cat was too scared to eat the bait right inside the cage.  We squeezed the cage in the booth of the car and brought it about one or two miles away.  We released it to the wild.
Once we set our minds to do something, I mind you we are not far from success.  We caught the pest cat successfully once and for all.
