        It sounds to me that Dr M, the 7^th PM has the intention to reconsider the Fake News Act.  I might have mistaken him.  This man is full of self-motives and carries a lot of past luggage, too.  It is understood.   IF HR wants to keep Fake News Act, I suggest them to set up the Verifying centre for the public to check if the news we got is true or fake.  We need this centre to countercheck it.  Be fair to those who are eager to share the truth.  Please!

        DAP, PKR …在砂罗越和沙巴都会很命短，如果还是这模样任由中央主宰一切。拒绝认同沙巴，砂罗越和马来半岛是3国联邦。 我们拥有100%砂罗越的天然气和石油的拥有和管理权。这砂沙的DAP，PKR。。。真的要认真思考。在这网络时代，变化都很快。变数没有人多少专家可以预算的准。民间思变，就会变天。我在民间，虽然我的触角不是很灵敏，但是，当我感到这些热度时，往往都是太热了。可是，我们官爷们还是没感觉，不知道。专家们常常有专家们的作业，这些作业也常常失准因为他们毕竟都大部分是在办公室完成，所以层面不够扩深。

        只有那些领袖常常进入民间各阶层，他们才可以感受到民间‘水之深，火之热’的困苦。清楚了吗？

        革新党总裁徐丽娜指出，丰富的天然气和石油原属砂罗越，何故要向联邦政府索取开采税？ 革新党所捍卫的是100%的天然气和石油的拥有和管理权。

        她强调，砂罗越拥有全球第2大的石油与天然气，甚至出口到韩国及日本。该党所要捍卫及争取的是100%拥有 和管理权，而不同国阵和希望联盟的20% 。

        她质疑，希盟所说的20%开采税，意味认同资源属于联邦政府。 资源原属砂罗越。为何砂还要向联邦‘乞求’开采税？

        欺凌剥削砂罗越 – 徐丽娜认为，根据马来西亚石油生产分享制度，联邦政府以石油所得税，特许权使用费，股息，公司税，出口税和消费税等形式，从石油中获得最大的收入部分是砂罗越的回报分配，这是纯粹的欺凌和剥削。

        “若砂拥有石油和天然气自主权和拥有权，意味着有专属公司有权控制海洋资源，进行。。测，包括石油开采税和深海捕捞。”

        联邦夺走砂沙管理权—根据联合国海洋法公约(UNCLOS) ，砂领海为12 海里，专属 经济区延伸至200海里。 唯联邦政府通过(2012年领海法令)(750法案)夺取沙巴和砂罗越 大陆棚的管理权 ，原有的12 海里减至3 海里。(天理何在啊！我填加的)。

        徐丽娜称，海域一事已引起广大争议，她认为国家石油公司是在违宪和非法推展业务。  她促请联邦政府停止国油的任何合法权利。

PETALING JAYA: The recent open squabble regarding the appointments or non-appointments to theCabinet is dissappointing and unbecoming, says former Bar Council president Christopher Leong.

“It is disrespectful to the substantial number of Malaysians who had turned out in unprecedented numbers to effect change for a better Malaysia,” he explained in a statement Saturday.

“Please bear in mind that the present and future of Malaysia is not about your political party, it is certainly not about your opinion as to your entitlement to distribution of the spoils of victory.

“Do please remember that at this juncture in the historic moment of our nation it is about creating a better tomorrow for all of us,” he added.

Leong said what's important is to inspire confidence in Malaysians in the maturity and unity of the government.

“The victory at the polls in GE 14 does not belong to you, it belongs to us the rakyat.

“So stop the bickering and get down to governance, deliverance and excellence. Get your act together,”he said.

Earlier on Saturday, Datuk Ambiga Sreenevasan openly slammed PKR’s Rafizi Ramli after he said newly-minted Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad had “bulldozed” his way through the appointments of three Cabinet members from DAP, Parti Amanah Negara and Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia.

DAP secretary general Lim Guan Eng was appointed Finance Minister; Amanah president Mohamad Sabu was made Defence Minister; and Prbumi president Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin got the Home Minister role.

“Stop this nonsense,” the former Bar president tweeted together with an attachment of the online article that quoted Rafizi.

Rafizi also issued a statement saying the current Cabinet line-up was only tentative and far from complete, and that any decision must have the full consensus of all component party members.
