About Chasing corrupt leaders

        If Anti-corruption unit /MACC would adopt my method of chasing dogs to chase the corrupt political clowns or thugs, I believe the problem of corruption and collusion would not become so rampant in the Federation of Malaysia.  Of course, at this moment, we also need other countries to co-operate to nab them.  We need to do it domestically and internationally so that no one can escape from the catching net. 

        The “No. 1 lady” of the “No. 1 official/man” would have nowhere to escape or dodge but surrender whatever they have amassed.  Bow in shame or without shame to admit their sinful acts.  If what has been reported is not true, I, on behalf of all the people in the Federation of Malaysia, plead him and her and them to sue America agency for libel saying what sinful /criminal acts they, their stepson, ….Low have committed.  

        Najib has chosen the right attorney general in Malaysia, Apandi to prove himself not guilty of any crime in IMDB and ….  What else can we do?  I don’t think Allah would interfere in anyway.  Allah always remains so hidden and secretive.  But it does not mean that He does not do the recording silently.

       There are several dogs in the lane where I live.  There are stray or somebody’s dogs.  At first I gave them food because I took pity on stray dogs.  At one time there were many more dogs coming here and I found them a nuisance as they could fight for any reasons.  Besides, they also made a lot of noise day and night.  Hence, I decided not to cook rice and gave leftover food for them though my next-door still give them leftover food.

        Nowadays, I only give them chicken or pork bones if I have.  I also see them with a lot of distaste.  On several occasions, they tore the newspaper before we read them when they came into our house compound.  My son did not shoo them out when he came home at night.  Besides, they chased our cats out of our house compound. 

        Lately, my next-door neighbour has complained about our cats toileting in their compound.  My husband has heightened up the fence in the backyard to prevent our cats to get out of our house compound easily.  We know that the cats will not dare to get out in the front yard for fear of the dogs. 

        But these stray dogs rushed into our house compound to charge at my cats whenever my son opened the gate.  He did not shoo the dogs out.  It had become a habit for them to rush into our house compound to chase our cats and eat their food so much to my exasperation. 

Whenever my husband or I came back from town or elsewhere, they were prepared to rush in.  But we honed them to get out and they listened. 

        On the 5^th of July, when I came home from marketing, all the stray dogs would have rushed into our house compound if I had not honed.  However, one of the stray dogs refused to listen despite my honing many times to warn it not to do so.  It just rushed in to charge at my cats out of the house compound.  I flew into a rage seeing this.  Thus it was my turn to chase it round and round my house compound though it wanted to get out very much.  This time, I refused to open the gate to let it go out easily.  I threw at it whatever thing I could lay hand on hoping to hit it to teach it a lesson.  I missed it all the time but I was determined to beat it to vent my anger. 

        The dog was really scared and dodged my chase to escape.  In desperation as the last resort, it tried to get out through the drain in the backyard and got stuck there.  Only then, I stopped.  Then I called my husband to come home earlier from his orchard to help me get the dog out of the drain. 

        My husband did come home earlier and tried to make the dog turn backwards to come out but failed in the attempt.  One of my neighbours who happened to know it also tried to help us but without avail.  The thought that the dog might die there haunted me all the time.  I was restless and upset.  I was thinking of asking someone to come to drill open a hole to pull it out.  But we had to pay a sum of money to ask somebody to do it. 

Then suddenly I remembered how our fire fighters who not only can fight fire well but also help us people solve many kinds of problems in life.   I saw them help a child whose foot got stuck in the toilet bowl to get detached.  A man whose ring was not able to be detached from his finger asked the firemen for help.  Someone who found snake in their house asked the firemen for help.   Someone………….  I decided to ask them for help too.  I Google search for the telephone number of the Sibu Fire Station  and  muttered up my courage to call them.  I explained to them of my distress.  They understood and came as soon. 

 When they had come, I only said a few words and let my husband to deal with them.  I went for my afternoon bath and then read the Chinese copy of newspaper as usual.  I knew that these firemen were so professional and they should know a way to solve the problem. 

I took my time to take my bath as usual.  But when I came out of my bath, they had left already.  I was deeply impressed and surprised and asked my husband how they did it.  He told me that they jet water at the dog.  I could imagine that the dog must have a fright of its life and a backward  lug of itself to get detached and left limping out of my house 
compound and making the dog’s usual sound “ngang…………”.  

Since that day up to today, not one dog has dared to come into our house compound to charge at our two cats.  To teach one dog, all the other dogs have learnt their lesson.  There is a Chinese proverb saying, “To kill a chicken to warn the monkey(杀鸡儆猴)”.

(本报古晋5日讯)继《砂拉越的内幕》之后，砂拉越社运份子兼作家徐丽娜今日推出新书，取名为《砂拉越大事记：信函、协议、法律及国际公约》，讲述有关砂拉越的权益等重要史迹。

也是砂革新党主席的徐丽娜今日召开新闻发布时，也祝贺砂拉越政府做出勇敢的决定，委派一支法律团到英国伦敦，以考证砂拉越在“1963年马来西亚协议”的史料。
她解释，1963年马来西亚协议是国际公约涵盖5个国家，这是无法被修改的，除非5个国家同意重返谈判桌。据了解，该协议至少有超过50项协议被制定下来。

5天不够时间取证
虽然这是在时隔50多年后的今天，砂拉越政府才采取积极行动，追讨属于砂拉越但遭联邦政府剥夺的权益，不过，她表示，现在行动并不会太迟。
对于砂拉越律师团此次仅有3至5天的行程，徐丽娜深表关注，并认为这并不足以让他们取证很多文件及资料，由于时间不多，要考证真正属于砂拉越的权益及在联邦政府的宪法地位是极其有限的。
因此，他们在前往英国考证之前，必须事先在古晋做好功课。作为一个砂拉越宪法与英国殖民文件的研究者，徐丽娜向砂拉越法律团伸出橄榄枝，自荐并乐于将自己过去所考察及收集的资料提供予该律师团参考，而她手上所有的资料都是她之前亲自飞往英国所取证回来的第一手资料。

整理重要宪法文件

她续说，自己也整理并编订一份重要的宪法文件（收录在随身碟）及2本著作：即《砂拉越的内幕》及《砂拉越大事记：信函、协议、法律及国际公约》。
“我已经准备好，义务将我的书籍及英国殖民时期文件提供给砂拉越律师团，以协助他们完成任务，他们可以派一位代表与我联系（电话014-5950511），以安排提取资料。”
她强调，本身将继续通过举办公开演讲及书籍巡回展销会，教育砂拉越人民有关1963年马来西亚协议下赋予砂拉越的权益。

722讲座谈马协议
其中配合722砂拉越日，她将于当天下午1时30分在诗巫Paramount酒店举行1963年马来西亚协议讲座会，入场是免费，欢迎公众届时踊跃出席。

较早时，徐丽娜表示，从1963年9月16日马来西亚成立以来，砂拉越的权益及资源就日复一日，年复一年被联邦政府剥削。她相信，当时，行动党国会领袖林吉祥等并没有为砂东马两州发声，捍卫东马两州的权益。

她指出，于1976年在国会修改联邦宪法第A354项第2条文，将砂拉越的地位从一个邦贬为大马第13个州属，大大违反1963年马来西亚协议第1条。

其它违反1963年马来西亚协议的事项包括剥削砂拉越的资源与权益，如石油发展法令篡夺砂拉越石油与天然气资源的拥有权，以及海域法令缩小砂拉越的水域至3海里范围。

砂拉越MA63和 inter government committee report;1963马来西亚协议。

（本报美里4日讯） 针对日前砂首长说要派遣律师团到英国研究1963马来西亚协议一事，房保德认为如果只是如首长所指出的只是要“作功课”，研究MA63的条约，实在是没有必要派遣律师团到英国去“研究”。

他在文告中说，这些MA63和 inter government committee report等历史文件在砂随手可得，而且马来西亚成立至今已经有54年的历史，这54年来砂拉
越的权益和地位屡被侵蚀，如1974年的石油法令，我们失去了宝贵的天然资源和我们砂拉越的财富。

1976年原本为三邦之一的砂拉越被贬为13分之一的州，砂失去了财政自主权等等的各项权益，2012年的领海法令等等，这已经是众所皆知。54年了难道砂拉越政府还不知道自己失去了什么权益？如果砂政府只是想研究失去了什么“权益”实在是没有必要到英国去，因为如果到时去了回来却拿不出什么研究“成果”出来将会成为一个笑柄。

应检视协议有效性
房保德认为砂政府派遣律师团到英国应该不只是要“研究”MA63而已，更应该和英国政府接触，要求重新检视检讨MA63协议，看看这份协议有没有公平的被执行，如没有被公平执行，接下来应该要怎么做？因为英国不只是合约的签署国之一，更是合约的起草国之一，英国也是前殖民地的宗主国，英国政府也是签了这份协议才匆匆的促使砂沙两邦和马来亚新加坡合并组成联邦，砂政府应该要求英国政府回来主持公道进而重新检视和检讨这份合约的有效性到底如何？这么多年以来失去的权益要怎么追讨回来？

另外，房保德也要驳斥诚信党署理主席沙拉胡丁指砂政府派遣律师团前往英国是要请外国势力介入我国事务。

房保德指出，MA63是一项国际协定，要解决问题的争端要求当初的签署国回来重新检视这项国际协定无可厚非，更何况这是砂拉越人民的心愿。“沙拉胡丁阿育不知道是不了解历史还是以马来亚霸权的心态对待砂拉越，一直认为砂拉越是马来亚的附属品

古晋25日讯)“砂拉越人的砂拉越”今年无意再重办722独立日庆祝活动，S4S南砂团队发言人陈各昌解释，这是因为“722”是已经完成的目标。该团队将把重心放在还未完成的诉求，比如地方选举和公投法等10多个项目。

陈各昌今日发表文告指出，722独立日是已故前首长丹斯里阿迪南在宪报公布的“砂拉越独立日”。

他表示遗憾，许多砂人不知是否善忘还是故意称之为砂拉越日，连一些打着砂独旗号的人办讲座也不敢用砂拉越独立日，这是一个错误的讯息。
他呼吁中文媒体应该以身作则，配合砂政府在宪报公布的决定，以正确的字眼统一称呼722为砂拉越独立日。

他表示，S4S在2014年时拟定的18项诉求，及2015年收集的30万公投法10大诉求请愿签名，到今天已有4大诉求已经完成，其中包括722独立日宣布为砂拉越公共假期，让全砂人民同欢共庆砂拉越争取独立日。

他也指出，一个已经完成的目标，团队义工们无需再为之办大聚会，因为团队只是一个人民运动，没有资金和时间精力再搞一次已经完成的大型聚会，而应将精力时间放在还未完成的其他诉求上。

已实现3大诉求

他指出，除了已经实现的3大诉求之外，团队亦欣慰地看到，砂拉越政府已经逐步执行另外7项诉求。

一，重审《MA63》。
砂拉越不是州，而是组成马来西亚联邦的平等伙伴之一。

二，拿回砂拉越教育自主权。
砂拉越已经设立自身的教育部门，以便和联邦教育部门商讨教育事宜，希望砂拉越人的下一代可以读到更多的砂拉越历史。

三，强化社会福利。
砂拉越子民的福利事宜，已故前首席部长阿迪南执政期间实行的一系列惠民政策，包括废除收费大桥、降低电费、门牌税和地契事宜，亦与S4S提倡的“强化社会福利”诉求相辉映。唯在提升教育和医疗福利，以及人民收入方面则有待加强。S4S团队亦不只一次透过拉横幅的活动，反映这方面的诉求。

四，建立砂拉越银行。
新任首长宣布建立砂拉越发展银行。砂拉越发展银行的设立有助于砂拉越金融财务自主。

五，税务自主。
根据《MA63》，砂拉越本来就应该有自身的税务系统，以达到税务自给自足的目标。团队欣慰地看到，随着砂拉越政府着手成立“砂拉越发展银行”，或更有助于强化自身的财务金融的关键。

六，拒绝马来亚政党在砂拉越立足。
阿迪南曾经指出，随着更多爱砂拉越自主自强的人民觉醒，只支持自己本土的执政党和本土反对党，拒绝外来政党。因为外来政党再怎么改变，还是听命于马来亚，剥夺砂拉越自主权益。

公投法获小突破
陈各昌亦透露，S4S大队的主要争斗目标“公投法”，几个月前由施志豪议员成功带入立法议会，虽然最后因为各种原因没有通过，却是团队多年努力的一个小突破。团队非常期待下一次立法议会再次提呈更加完善的公投提案，公开讨论公投法能给砂拉越人带来更加正面的民主思维。

S4S团队会更加努力主办更多的公投法讲座，让更多砂拉越人明白和了解如何透过“公投法”让政府权力下放，还政于民。

另外，在S4S的18项诉求里面，包括恢复砂拉越的国家地位、完整的领海自主权、使用护照入境砂拉越、立法司法等行政机构透明化、婆罗洲司法独立和重新恢复砂拉越最高法院地位、杜绝贪污和裙带作业、恢复地方选举及重整本土政党等诉求，这些仍处于未知状态，不过S4S声言，会继续监督砂拉越政府，逐步实现18条款中未被完成的诉求。

需更多青年参与
他表示，S4S不是政党，也不会成为别有心机者利用来牟利的平台，S4S是砂拉越人民的声音，是由一群热爱砂拉越的人民自动自发的，挑战一个又一个不可能的任务，直到成功。
“S4S是属于每一个砂拉越人的，爱砂拉越是不分党派，不分种族的与宗教。团队需要更多热血的人民勇敢的站出来，参与推动S4S未完成的诉求，比如公投法和地方选举等。”

陈各昌鼓励，在来临的722独立日，全砂人民和商家挂上砂拉越旗帜，与人民一起同欢共庆

UMNO-BN像一艘下沉的船，不管它们还有多少威力，只要我们砂国官爷们不跟他们狼狈为奸，砂拉越怎样都不会沦落到今天的地步。  Abang Johari 和他集团和财团能为砂拉越做多少，只有时间才是最好的证明。 这些只有‘Yes, Sir.’的嘴脸能做什么？ 印花税，消费税，旅游裞。。。。这种种掠夺和剥削，他们都一 一为霸权开道来欺压咱们。 看TaibMahmud和他团队，看AbangJohari。。。。所收集的财富。。。。                           

先崩溃才能获得新生？

清朝末年，曾国藩说过社会大乱，国家崩溃之前必有三种前兆。
其一、无论何事均黑白不分；其二、善良的人越来越谦虚客气，无用之人越来越猖狂胡为；其三、当问题到了极其严重的程度之后，偏偏凡事皆被合理化，一切均被默认，不痛不痒，莫名其妙地虚应一番，没有人愿意为这艘破船补补窟窿，却权当没有看见。
鑑古知今，细读此言，不能不使得我们感觉到大马目前的政经环境，非常契合曾国藩所言。
司法被政治侵蚀
现在大马政治，腐败的权贵不能得到惩罚，官方机密法令更使得腐败得到了安全保障。大马种族极端主义並没有隨著独立一甲子而消失，各族在政府分化政策下，各自活在自己族群的领域，对其他友族的瞭解极少。
另外，种族主义也成了极端政客製造虚假危机感以维护自己政权的工具，警方执法偏颇让人民產生不信任，作为国家民主体制最后堡垒的司法也被政治侵蚀。

一种无形的种族和宗教极端力量迫使更多人不敢公开指出这些政策的过失，因为担心被扣上煽动法令之类的帽子。本来无事的事情也可以被炒作成对种族和宗教的汙辱，大兴冤案。反而一群低能的政客越来越猖狂胡为，对自己的各种丑態如屁股舞，闹事毫无羞耻，顛倒黑白，甚至也可让一个小偷成为民族英雄。而且这些人发佈各种极端种族宗教言论和欺压他人的暴力行动，也不会有罪。换成其他人，就算轻轻质疑，显示一点异议，警察马上请你去警察局喝咖啡了。
腐败高官將自己贪腐所得的利益和自己族群和国家安危等同化，腐败也被合理化，不管维护腐败的政权理由是多么可笑。任何揭发、指责这些腐败案件的人都会被调查。面对腐败证据时，却胡言乱语瞎掰狡辩，也不管所说的理由是多么可笑低级。所以各种腐败案件如土著金融，巴生港口自由贸易区，一马公司等等，政府都以不痛不痒的態度处理，虚应一番，没人为这艘破船补补窟窿，承担责任，也没有人受罚，全部都当作没有看见，让时间使得这些丑闻隨风而逝。
当国家局势发展到这种黑白不分，奖赏罪恶，惩罚良善的地步。恶人越来越猖獗，好人被欺压到只敢在咖啡店谩骂，却不敢站出来面对腐败，或者干脆默认，或者完全不理会国家腐败。整个国家机制和社会就已经丧失了自我修復功能，只会一直沉沦下去。
无视民声指责
政府机关充斥著各种大放獗词的阿諛奉承屁话，什么令人喷饭的拍马屁话都敢说。说的人无羞，听的人无耻。就算领袖丑闻缠身，所犯腐败之事天下皆知，却依然死赖不走，打杀一切反对自己，揭发自己腐败的所有声音。对自己的指责民声继续当作听不见，真是人若赖皮，天下无敌。
公务员数量庞大，但是却是尸位素餐者居多，贪腐普遍在各部门环节已经成为潜规则。政府的腐败侵蚀国家財政，债务和赤字一年大过一年。国家財富越来越集中在少数权贵手上。物价飞涨，人民生活压力越来越大，社会道德急剧下滑，犯罪率居高不下，人才不断外流，社会呈败落之像。
曾国藩说了以上国家崩溃的三个前兆四十余年后，大清王朝就灰飞湮灭了！
现在的马来西亚，何尝不是走向国家崩溃的老路子呢？老实说，现在大马政治规则是倾向于执政党的。先別说在野党是否有能力拨乱反正，就算有能力，在不公平的选举规则下，根本就换不了政府。因此，大马可能不能倖免于未来腐败造成的国家崩溃。或许，只有一切从零开始，大马才有获得新生的可能？

感到无限恶心和厌恶到极点。 我希望人民都很清醒要如何请除掉这些垃圾来建立更美好的砂拉越。

I feel really sorry to see that these BN political thugs always pay too much attention on the “mote” in their enemy’s eye and blind to the “beam” in their own eye. 

        Wong Soon Koh and his team must feel triumphant to have proved Dr. Ting Tiong Choong having the citizenship of Australia once to disqualify him to hold the membership of Sarawak Assembly.  And create by-election thinking that they can win.   Ng……………I see it a grave mistake and misstep a shrewd person makes out of context. 

        Wong Soon Koh, Dr. Sim Kui Hian………..laughed gleefully at the success to revoke the membership of Dr. Ting at the disgust of many and many and many ……………………………………………………………………………………………………….

people like me when they are helpless, indifference and quiet to the worst enemy of the people------------------------------------------ the menace of corruption and collusion.  They laughed their bosom open (笑开怀)

        They do not apply their horsepower towards the sinful acts of many BN political thugs.  Many Sarawakians like me are waiting impatiently for the time when we can put many and many and many ……………………………………….

BN political clowns to face the tribunal of corruption and collusion.  Will Wong Soon Koh be spared being a member in Taib Mahmud and his cronies?   

        Can Wong Koh Soon and his team prove Taib Mahmud and his cronies not corrupt during the period of his tenure of 33+ years? 

        Wong Soon Koh says nothing about 1MDB and not even care to lift a finger to find out.  Ng…………………. Dr. Ting is a ‘red mark’ in the open.  We people know how many BN political clowns are even more seriously stained in the dark.   Red colour is hard to be seen in the dark.  These red marks will be exposed openly by  law one day.  Now, they have been covered up in the darkness though many people know about through the convenience of the advanced technology.  Our internet has all the records of the doings and acts. 

        I believe that there is a time for everything.  And I really believe in retribution.  So we just wait and see.  I hope every Sarawakian like me can look at things critically. 

        Please do not think that I am pro-DAP/PKR…….   No!  I do not think I will support them anymore because they are too complacent to the position of Sarawak being a state in the Federation of Malaysia, not a country.  I only support the party which can establish Sarawak as a country in the Federation of Malaysia.  Malaysia is made up of three countries.  It is NOT made up of 13 states. 

        陈宏祥S4S also spoke his piece of mind on Dr. Ting Tiong Choong but has said nothing about the corruption and collusion Taib Mahmud and his cronies and 1MDB.  Sorry, I will not support this group of S4S.  I feel truly ashamed of him for taking side and ever eager to attack the DAP and other opposition team.  This group of people no doubt works behind BN.
