乡区水电延误，（张庆信：代议士办事按程序  诉求者勿拿投票做威胁）（诗华日报6、5、2014）乡下人除了选票他们还有什么可以表达自己不满呢？ 【顺民永远是没有好回报的】。砂州参加联邦也有50+年。 代议士办事如果有按办事程序，那需要这么长的时间呢？  如果有心至少也有像民联-Impian Sarawak 到处接水流做小型水坝和小小发电站。

认知少无知的人民都是张庆信得【囊中物】。他靠的就是跟无知的人民大打关系，哄骗的方式达到个人的目的。好了如果这些诉求者还是傻傻的，笨笨的，没有设限的等着等着等着，还要等多久呢？  嗯。。。。。人民的素质决定人民自己的生活水准。别人很难帮得上忙。  改朝换代是70%人民要一起做的动作。有很多乡下人还是不知所措。

(Batu Lintang rep calls for release of details of SGH car park concession agreement) (The Borneo Post 29/5/2014).  It was found that the development project is awarded to Asaljuru Weida Sdn. Bhd without an open tender.

Who signed this project to award the said company without an open tender?  This is a cursed practice of monopoly and the legacy of Taib Mahmud, the X-CM.

The State Government of Sarawak led by Adenan Satem must insist and assert our rights for 40% of oil and gas royalties may settle at 30% or be prepared to de-support the Federal Government led by Najib.

Adenan and all the Parliamentary ministers from Sarawak must stand up to insist and assert in the next Parliamentary meeting.  Have no fear as we are all here behind you. 

For 33 years, Taib Mahmud being too selfish and self-interested to assert of our rights to benefit from these bestowals accordingly and properly.  He was too corrupt to do so.

So now, be prepared to get 40% oil and gas royalties and may settle at 30% or get Point 20- point Agreements reviewed and fight for 40: 60 in all the transactions without fear.   

To fight for the justification of our rights, we should be prepared to divorce/deferate from the Federal Government if the federation serves no purposes but the onslaught of plundering and exploitation.

Najib 要控诉Malaysiakini报道他【如何如何用钱稳住BN在登州的政权】。Najib 坚持说没有这一回事。Najib 身为首相又是财政部长，有各种理由进出财库房的方便。以往，BN执政集团有过不少用金钱来做类似的买卖的案子。这次登州危机，Najib坚持说没有用钱来稳住这一回事。可是Malaysiakini却有一大堆的论述。

以我看Malaysiakini【死定】了。 这报馆怎么证明呢？ 是的，明明是有的事像选举时【选票的买卖】的事，90%的人都见证的事。 可是，官方要【黑白书写】可以证明的证据。 我们的BN部长代表是站执政集团的一边。 平民百姓谁有那种【精力心神】跟霸权周旋呢。 我们的【司法】还未做判定之前，大家心里应该都有数了吧！

以我看Malaysiakini暂时要学【认命】 , 再忍一忍。 让有一天【水落石出】好好平反吧。 新政府新政策一定要坚持，首相不可以又做财长。  【瓜田李下】容易被嫌疑，还要那么凶，【仗势欺人】。  如果几年后，我国有机会改朝换代有新政府。  我们一定坚持首相高官没有控诉【社会地位】比自己低的人。  他们只有机会做解释而已。 没有控诉权，只有被提控的危险。


砂州州元首Taib Mahmud大家都知道他就是个【名副其实】的【盗匪】。在他的名下你是找不到他拥有的财富。他的财富都是存放在亲信的人名下。  根据2012的报道，他拥有RM600多亿的财富。一位公务员，能拥有如此庞大的财富，谁会相信？ 能拥有RM6亿，已是很了不得的事了。  他却拥有如此丰厚的资产。  我们的反贪污局对他有能力做什么？


张庆信是另一个官老爷，谁有那种【精力心神】跟他周旋。 他在Port Klang Free Zone所做所为人民也只有【看在眼里，记在心里】等待有一天好好的【教训】他一顿。 我国很多地方还是像安顺人民是局限在那小格局的【民生的事物/务】里，根本看不清大课题像【贪污舞弊滥权腐败，垄断，掠夺，剥削，司法不公等等】的问题。

【监守自盗】的事在BN执政集团里是件常事，所以砂州福利部官娘Fatimah/陈赛明说今年前4或5个月，福利部已经分发出RM500万/5million，我第一反应就是：【真的吗？】不要只给RM150报RM300.  这是可以动手脚的。我认识的就是有这样的情形。 这些目不识丁的穷人，根本不知道合理的数目是多少。

我认识的人不多，可是这不多人当中，就有这样的不实的数据。本来最低数目是RM60 福利部却只给RM30.  后来，却没有给任何原因的就切断了两年。有个分明是个体障，没有工作能力了却只给RM150.  他只好在街道行乞弥补不足。 还有一个总是无法准时领到福利金还房租。 有被拖欠2个月的事。

我认为Fatimah 应该好好去做考察和考查。她所说的福利部在今年前4或5 个月已发出RM5 million是否100%/全数是颁发那些榜上有名的穷人。 这我们朝野人民代表可以帮忙【人到点数】查证做调查。Confirm 报数和颁发的数目是吻合的而不是【牛角kiss/吻猪嘴】这样的情形。原来有n%是被人【扒走】的。

“Kanowit-Kapit road ready in 3 years’time, say Manyin”(The Borneo Post 21/5/2014).  The project will involve “a cost of 700 million” and they are waiting for the release of award letter by the Finance Ministry.

The completion of the road will reduce the use/dependence of the river for transportation.  How soon will Manyin get the award letter depending on his ability to push?

How hard Manyin works to get the award letter depends on how earnest the people are to push Manyin to get the work done.  So there must be the deadline and dateline imposed on him.

Again everybody must be responsible to take charge of the RM700 million allocated funds for their own good to make sure that it is 100% the whole amount for development. It won't be pickpocketed all the way down from the PM's office to the site.
