Be democratic-minded

A letter to Lim Guan Eng, Chief Minister of Penang
Be democratic-minded
On behalf of the people who support DAP everywhere in Malaysia,  I plead you to be more democratic-minded and –centred.  Please don’t act bossy towards DAP members who don’t sing in accord to your tune.    Discriminating those who sing in a different tune can be fatal to you.  Being bossy and self-centred is not good---lah.
You may claim DAP to be your property.  But DAP needs the support from DAP members and people to stay relevant.  Otherwise it is just like a treasure box without any jewels in it.  What for?
Power can carry a person away.  Beware of this.  So to prevent yourself being carried away by the newly-gained power,  open your heart and mind to the members who give different opinions which should be seen as good guides to help you see things from different perspectives.
We have seen enough how you and your father shot others to uphold yourselves.  This behaviour will only bring curses to you.  People are watching and we are angry.  Many are disappointed.
Let the people in each area select their representatives / leaders.  It is not good the National Head DAP to decide the representatives, not belonging to the areas for the people.  Don’t act like BN—UMNO.  We are not expecting another replica.  Be careful.

Penalty

Penalty      3/Nov/2013
If a judge is unjust & biased and blind to Justice, we only see the foul plays one after another.    The easiest way to deal with the cases of corruption and collusion involving big persons is to pass the verdicts to acquit to play safe.

If  the Judiciary system in our country were not powerfully gripped by the autocrat / the ruling party, I believe Ling Liong Sik (the ex-minister of Transport involved in Port Klang Free Zone project cheating case in land deal) would not have been acquitted like that without a heavy penalty for being irresponsible and playing ignorant.  If the Judiciary system were independent and powerful,  I believe Mahathir and the officers involved all would have been charged of cheating and being irresponsible.   It has involved a heavy loss in billions as a result.

Port Klang Free Zone project cheating case should have involved  2348 in the business of embezzlement and swindling.   It is impossible to charge them for 2348 to sue their own people.  This is the case of collective corruption and collusion.

One of my friends, Jianwang (not his real name) was fined by the traffic police for forgetting to renew the driving licence.  This time he put his foot down firmly not to give Kopi-O money to the policeman though there was a hint.  He let him take down his particulars.  That’s it.  The fine is RM150!    The moment I heard it, I was furious for such a heavy fine for such a minor thing.  It is like the kind of plundering.

The BN government has the full set of gears to fine and punish the people who offend traffic laws and other offences.  But lack the equipment to fine the wayward Prime minister, chief ministers, ministers, high & low ranking officers……./2348.

This is another strong reason why we people 52% (official record) jilted the BN government in the 505 national election.  We really don't need anybody to pester / nag / persuade us to choose the party.  People at least 52%, I believe, are firm with their decision.

Let me make the prediction for Sungai Limau: It is still the PAS seat to win unless there is a drastic change of their mindset.  Unless the people have become Autocrat-inclined to the BN party, then we have a different result.  We shall know the official result this evening.

Internet service

Internet service       31/10/2013
On behalf of the people in Sibu/ else in Sarawak / Malaysia, I plead the Telecommunication Sdn. Bhd./Teleco  to be people-centred & minded in providing internet services.
We  understand that more and more people apply for the internet access for different purposes and there are quite a number of packages for people to choose from.  We also understand you have an ever higher target of profit to attain.   You recruit and recruit without providing enough service capacity for so many users.  Hence we face serious “online traffic jam” as that on the road.
It is really unfair to the users and we feel being exploited all the time.  You profit at our expense.  We know it is the practice of monopoly which we see the real cause of problem.  If we have 2 or 3 more companies providing the service, I believe we can get much much  cheaper and better service.
“Online traffic jam” is getting worse and worse in every passing day as the rate of signing up for the service is many times faster than the rate of construction of the transmission stations.  Hence from my personal experiences and others’ complaints, Teleco receptionists / operators/ agents find all kinds of excuses /causes/ factors for the inaccessibility.
When you complain, they would go through this procedure:  check your account,  ADSL, internet, computer setup and ask the user to check the cables.  In my last complaint, the person even asked me if I had an alarm system.  I wonder what  an alarm system has to do with the internet.  Luckily, I don’t have.   Hence I pushed them and told them my piece of mind:  the fact that Teleco recruiting too many users many times more than their capacity to provide.  They have the target to attain and is so profit-minded.
The person whom I communicated with even persuaded me to upgrade my streamyx to RM120 package.  I know the trick of business so well so that I refused him flatly.  Ya , I had heard someone who ignorantly upgraded to RM120 and the speed of the internet service still remains the same.
Nowadays, people say there is a device to enable someone to hack in and use your line for free.  This, I believe is true and it was reported in See Hua Daily News weeks ago about this activity.  Personally, I often have this interruption.  The line is gone but when I call 100 and key in my fixed-line telephone number, the ADSL and internet lights get on as soon.  This morning, the same thing happened and I tried the same way to get my service back.  I keyed in my number and the service came back immediately.  Isn’t not true?
Yesterday a friend came to visit me and told me her problem.  She applied an internet service for her son.  She had RM36 Celcom package  and found that it was a waste of time and money as it is near to impossible to browse the internet.  Now she has RM68 package and the service is more / less the same.

She was even suggested to get RM400+ package to go online as her area still does not have fixed-line telephone service.  She can't understand why Teleco still has not provided the people there with the fixed line service.  Is it they have better products that can enable them to profit more.  I see the some tricks and dishonesty in the service.
I see the some tricks and dishonesty in the service.  If you want evidence, I have.  I believe every user in Sibu /everywhere in Sarawak will tell you the truth/fact.
