Actions Now

Actions  Now 7/Oct/2013
[The Auditor General’s financial Report of 2012 expenditures of   different agencies of the federal government]  involved a  lot of false accounts,  over-pricing,  cheating, swindling and embezzling in the business transactions.   Don’t tell us anymore that you were ignorant of the market prices of these products.
If you say it is due to ignorance that you paid so much,  you are too low-witted to take that position and should be sacked immediately.   Paying the product 7000%/n% higher than the normal price if it is not the act of an idiot, it is very……………………………………..irresponsible.   Just say, if you want to buy a printer for yourself  and pay for it, would…….. you ………. pay like that?   Hee…………….it is the consideration of n% commission to earn.
That I also see the funds allocation in billion and million, astronomical amount and boomerang in n% commission to come back.   Hence there is no so much left when it comes to the destinations for proper development when the funds allocation go through the conveying belts of self-interests for 2348 (PM, Chief Minister, Ministers, high and low ranking officers………anyone involves /not involes in the project) (见者有份) in Chinese, we say you partake when you see it.
I believe,  taxpayers are furious over this squandering.    It is high time for stringent actions.   We people are watching and expecting the authorities concerned to take the proper and responsible steps to get back all the overpaid monies.    If not, I believe when Amiga calls Bersih 04 nobody will hesitate to join in the mass demonstration.   We hate all these acts of swindling and embezzlement.
Najib should show his gut as a PM, the head of the country, to prove his words “Corruption to be part in Malaysia past, not her future.”   To prove that it is not “pow-bow” or “hao-hao-hao”sounds that we hear, Najib should instruct the authorities concern to take strict and harsh actions to deal with these waywards and abusive ministers and officers.  They should be dealt with the same harshness as they deal with the vice-syndicates /黑道人物 to be fair and square
We are furious and are watching what the BN government headed by Najib is going to do with these corrupt ministers and officers.   Don’t  let these abusers go off easily anymore if you don’t want mass demonstration to take place.    I don’t think people can tolerate corruption and collution anymore.

Alamak!

Pow-bow

Pow-bow/Pow-bow 3/10/2013
Najib said, “Corruption to be part in the Malaysia’past, not its future”.)

So dogs pow-bow and cats meow-meow.
In Foochow, when it is “Kan bui.” it means that it is a
         lie/something not true.
So promises are made to keep, not to break.
Be democratic-minded to avoid being cursed.
Curses have the power to kill, too.

The Sibu Bus Terminal

The Sibu Bus Terminal     3/10/2013
On behalf of the landlords, tenants,  those who frequent the place and road users whoever they are,  I plead Sibu Municipal Council to take immediate action to deal with the road conditions at the Sibu Bus Terminal.
It was so said that they did not study the place enough and so we face the problem of sinking road all the time.   Well……………….the shophouses there are still standing straight and tall after 10 years in operation.  Why?
Based on my common sense and observation, I can conclude one thing:  the developer did not do what should be done like the so said developer did to the place like Medal Mall to build the hard platform all over the place knowing that the land is ‘soft’ / too peaty there.
The first commercial centre with the platform is Fortune Commercial Centre.  I always think that developer is really smart and bright.
Saying that they had not done the assessment of the land pre-construction is not a good excuse to convince the people here and there in Sibu.   In my eye(s),  it has something to do with the responsibility of the developer and SMC.
The developer should have known the facts of the land only too well to deny the need for special treatment of the land to prevent the problem of sinking to take place.   They should have piled in enough concrete poles like how they built the shophouses.  They did not do it.
Besides, SMC did not guard it on our behalf to refuse Occupational Permits for not getting the work done as it should be that I believe with the clear knowledge of the Developer and SMC that the roads would sink as soon.
Now we face the problems of sinking roads here and there.    Here I would like to plead SMC to treat the roads as they treat Upper Lanang Road laying the hard platform for good.   Please start with the road leading to the Sibu Bus Terminal platform first.  This road needs urgent attention because there is a wide gap of height of at least 1 and a half feet to 2 feet between the bus terminal platform and that particular road leading to it.   It is dangerous for the passengers just in case if the bus fails to make a good pull up to the platform.
           Please………………………………………………………………………………….!
