又是查账季节，又是货不对办，报假数的问题。有价值RM600的货品，报假价RM40,000.   类似的这么又那么离谱的事件年年不间断的发生。   重重复复的问题， 年年都是同样的问题。发生再发生同样的问题。  大官爷们谁也不愿意认真诚心诚意有诚信的去处理问题。

去去去向[税收局]学几绝招。  [税收局] 就是各政府部门的典范。  他们处理税收都是极有效率而且做得非常非常非常好。  谁敢逃税？谁能逃税？ 谁能逃出他们的手掌心？  据报道个人拖欠[税收局]RM2000; 公司欠RM10,000 是会被禁出国的。

国家总。。。查局查到了。  人证和物证都有了。 反贪污局和警察局是时候采取行动了。  我相信80%的人民都非常非常非常的愤怒了。 已经快忍无可忍了。  个个都想[活埋]这些和那些领那么高薪水没办事的人了。

请用抓黑帮盗匪的手段来处理贪污舞弊滥权/342者/白帮盗匪。看看谁还敢如此嚣张。 看看明年这时候还会有这样和那样的问题。   希望Najib 和他的队伍会好好地把握良机。 做个光明正大的首相和人。 话的像个人。  不是做个被人民诅咒的首相。 [以民为本；绩效为先]不是pow-bow……………..的事。   [贪污舞弊滥权/342] 是正如Najib 所说的将成为历史的一部分而不是未来的现象。 （Najib said, “Corruption to be part in the Malaysia’past, not its future”.）这也不是pow-bow………………………………………………的事。

The Sibu Bus Terminal

On behalf of the landlords, tenants,  those who frequent the place and road users whoever they are,  I plead Sibu Municipal Council to take immediate action to deal with the road conditions at the Sibu Bus Terminal.

It was so said that they did not study the place enough and so we face the problem of sinking road all the time.   Well……………….the shophouses there are still standing straight and tall after 10 years in operation.  Why?  

Based on my common sense and observation, I can conclude one thing:  the developer did not do what should be done like the so said developer did to the place like Medal Mall to build the hard platform all over the place knowing that the land is ‘soft’ / too peaty there.   

The first commercial centre with the platform is Fortune Commercial Centre.  I always think that developer is really smart and bright. 

Saying that they had not done the assessment of the land pre-construction is not a good excuse to convince the people here and there in Sibu.   In my eye(s),  it has something to do with the responsibility of the developer and SMC.  

The developer should have known the facts of the land only too well to deny the need for special treatment of the land to prevent the problem of sinking to take place.   They should have piled in enough concrete poles like how they built the shophouses.  They did not do it. 

Besides, SMC did not guard it on our behalf to refuse Occupational Permits for not getting the work done as it should be that I believe with the clear knowledge of the Developer and SMC that the roads would sink as soon.  

Now we face the problems of sinking roads here and there.    Here I would like to plead SMC to treat the roads as they treat Upper Lanang Road laying the hard platform for good.   Please start with the road leading to the Sibu Bus Terminal platform first.  This road needs urgent attention because there is a wide gap of height of at least 1 and a half feet to 2 feet between the bus terminal platform and that particular road leading to it.   It is dangerous for the passengers just in case if the bus fails to make a good pull up to the platform.

        Najib 不久前说3428的情形会 走进历史。 2348 各个都要改头换面，洗手不干那些偷盗，偷偷摸摸见不得人的事了。  要建立廉洁，有效率的，有诚心和信，美好的，守法的政府了/8243。  M………en……..eng ………好也。  我的手掌拍好；我的脚底也鼓打叫好好也。  

        纸上墨汁的文字我们都看够了和空中飘游的音符，也听厌了。  独立56-50年的独立和相连， 当年的婴儿，现在都过了半百/头发也斑斑白白了。  我们对纸上墨汁的文字和空中飘游的音符已经非常非常非常不耐烦了。  开始说不出的愤怒了。  

砂州州选2006，2011，国选308，505/SOS…。。。。是人民集体的共识和认知。 BN执政2348 所作所为；人民对3428 的现象已经忍无可忍了。   从1971 的New Economy Policy 到2013 变身转动几次，变来变去，编来编去，到14/9/2013 Najib 又从新命名。 

表面上是变了名，换了程序，实质上都是在那一小撮人的鼓掌心炒作，操作，魔玩。  名义上挂着[加强土族/土著经济能力]，实质上是一小撮的人[坐地分赃] 。 大小工程给谁又给谁， 佣金boomerang百万/万万/千万回扣。 是谁接收到。  看看Mokhzani Mahathir 的财富，大家便不难明白。 政官商合作无间是怎么一回事的。  这是找不到3428证据的哦。 这是集体3428的也。

        Najib 这一次来魔玩[加强土族/土著经济能力]。  现今我猜猜猜猜猜猜70% /更多的土著都感到这名堂和运作的[莫名其妙]，对他们不会有什么好处， 不再感到有什么好高兴/兴奋。  这70%/更多+ 非土著的90% 在2018会让BN执政2348 见真章。让他们看到[民主的神圣]。

     如果乡下的父老母老还有一些青年不再那样拿了贿赂金， 就投入BN执政的怀抱了，也学城市的人民[给钱，就拿；请吃，去吃]；票选。。。嗯。。。 不必多作考虑，投给反对党就对了。  政党要交替，国家才会进步。   换一换， 别担心，不会乱。  换一换，肯定[民主的轮子]才有机会滚动前进。 

        这56 – 50，大家都看够了3428 和欠缺的基本措施，还有那些不到位的发展，也听厌了那些谎言。  这年代人民不再相信停留在纸上墨汁的文字和空中飘游的音符。  这年代人民 是懂得计算 quantity 的发展金和quality的产品/product.   这56-50年来去基本措施的 quantity – quality的情景， 大家都看在眼里，急和记在心里。  大家都知道3428 的严重。 有政棍叫指责2348 的人民去找证据。  这政棍肯定不知道MACC /Malaysia Anti-corruption Commission的任务是什么。 自己的职责在何处？   

       要戒掉贪污舞弊滥权 的瘾瘟 比戒毒还要难上几百倍。  自动自发去击败这瘾毒肯定比学鸟在空中飞还要难。  更白一点是：不可能的任务Impossible。    [纸上诚信宣言]；[嘴里不再3428 ] 都一样靠不住，行不通。 [诚信] 和[好习惯]的养成就像练功夫，学语言，play the piano，掌握技术的锻炼。。。。。。。。。是要时刻日月年年的练习。  是要经历[甜酸苦辣]的调配再调配。 经得起考验和决不放弃。  这是时时刻刻的事。

        不拆56-50贪污的机制和利益输送管，怎能不再3428。  垄断变不垄断了吗？  大小工程公开投标了吗？   这一次New Economy Agenda是在玩什么？
