A Letter to Sibu Municipal Council

A Letter to Sibu Municipal Council                 19/5/2013
Dear Chairman and the enforcement officers,
On behalf of all the stall-holders at the wet market ,  I plead you always to think before you fine any stall-holders at the wet market /not.
For the stall-holders at the wet market,   I believe you know so well that the stalls are a bit too small for them to do their business comfortably.   The table is too small and the space between one stall and another vertically is at least One and a half feet smaller.   The stall-holders find it hard to accommodate the Orange boxes though you have improved the facilities like the good drianage and slanting table
When the stall-holders told you the fact, someone told them to leave / do business elsewhere.  Well, well, well, well, it is not democratic in practice.  Being democratic means [People First.  Your boss!], you must consider their needs and resolve the problems with them.  You don’t act bossy to them.  It is abusive and ill-manner to utter like that asking them to move elsewhere.
Now when they need to put the boxes on the right side of the stall without obstructing the passage.   You are ever ready to fine them.  On 17th May, 2013, someone was fined RM50 and almost everybody thinks that Tiong Thai King who always acted so “kind and considerate “ before 5/5, now he is showing his true colour.  I think it is very, very and very bad of you and you will only cause even more dissatisfaction and grievances towards the BN government.  I mind you the BN government cannot afford that anymore.
People told me Tiong Thai King was very unhappy for losing in the 13th general election.   He expected the full support for him and wanted to win again.   Someone even if he got all the support from the stall-holders, he still could not garner enough to win .  But he was really disappointed.   Hence, he resorted to fault-finding and made life difficult for the stall-holders.  I hope this is not true.  Whether it is true /not, be careful, it is because we people record/ register all the happenings in our hearts and minds.  We definitely pass on these facts for generation to generation.
We cannot live forever in this world but we can do something good and this good thing will last forever in this world.   This is how I see the progress of human conditions in this world.  You can do it, too with both hands.  Please make this world a better place for yourselves and others.  Then together we can generate positive force for your own good, others and the good for this country.  I believe you have Fear for God, too, right!
Be flexible and think [n] times whenever you want to take any action against any stall-holder as they are working so hard for survival.  These people also pay your salaries.

Thank you for your attention and understanding.

Yours faithfully,
  Moihung

Community Services

Community services          17/5/2013
[Prevention is better than cure].   Please set up enough community service centres to help the green, young, ignorant and helpless teenagers.  Help the parents  look after them.  Channel their energies properly for good use.  Direct and guide them for more constructive and creative activities.   You may take a look how Australians do these services to improve ourselves.
For foreign maids, set up the centres for them to turn to in time of needs.

Welfare that I know

Welfare that I know                    17/5/2013
Please improve the Welfare Departments  to help the poor, hungry and helpless people in general properly.   Lately, I came across a case in Sibu and one of the applicants had only been paid RM60 a month and was terminated without giving any reason.  She applied again on 2 May,2013 and now I have no idea whether she has got the help properly.  I expect the pay-up for the period when she had not been given for two years.
She once faced unfriendly and unkind workers there.
Be sincere and honest, please!
Please let the public know how much has been allocated for this department and how much has been given out Please list out to help the Welfare Department and help the poor, hungry and helpless people properly.
On behalf of the people, I plead our BN government to revise the payment in accordance to the needs of the people, not according to what you think.
To prevent some dirty hands from taking the amount meant for the poor, hungry and helpless  to be put into their own accounts.  Let us, the public know whom they give and how much every month.  Be accountable, please!  Prove yourselves to be worthy of our trust.
That day, when I reached there, the first time in my life, the director /manager there told me RM2 million plus had been given out.  It is a big amount!  But how do we know the money is given to the right persons, not being pocketed by someone and someone?

好可怕

     [人联输了Miri国议席,可负担房屋计划还有吗?]14/5/2013 See Hua Daily News.
