                            Patriotic Awareness

     Making a big show to express yourselves being patriotic is indeed an eye-catching gesture.  But is it the benchmark to judge a person being patriotic or not?

     Hoisting or flying the National Flag to show being patriotic is a good sign of your effort.  But is it the yardstick to gauge the level of patriotism when you don’t even know how to take care of the flags after the event?

     Singing the National Anthem inside out your lungs is definitely touching.  But is it easy to maintain after the event when a person is so lack of self-discipline and loose to abide by the ethical principles of life?  Being patriotic means no bribe taking at all cost.  In view of the rampant and prevalent state of corruption.  I wonder how much patriotism you show so vigorously can apply.

     Shouting ‘Merdeka’ until you hoarse your voice and deafen your ears or others to show being patriotic is extremely exciting.  But how far and wide can it echo when assessing our success in terms of education, medical services, democracy, conservation of our natural environment and resources management?

     Attending a mass ceremony to celebrate the National Day to show being patriotic is fun, fascinating and stimulating to the senses of sight and hearing.  But  it is even more patriotic to have high level of attendance at work or service at your disposal.

     Hoisting the national flag or waving it vigorously to express your love for your country is indeed complementary an act to your positive attitude to perform your duty or work well as a citizen.

     Producing the rhythmic sound effect to express yourselves being patriotic is, no doubt, inspiring.  But these rhythmic sounds must be in accord with the tone and tune of the voice in daily communication in the service to others.

    Shouting ‘Merdeka’ piercingly loud to express your pride and joy that our country has an independent status and her own entity is definitely fulfilling.  However, this pride and joy needs the fulfilment of good education, medical service, democracy, conservation of our natural environment, infrastructures, fairness and justice to appreciate to work out.

     How I wish ‘Merdeka Day’ would become a very important day to everybody, especially our leaders to introspect and assess how patriotic they have been in the past one year and to make resolution to improve and to tune themselves to the more concrete, practical and meaningful ways of patriotism.  We really need good leaders with exemplar acts of patriotism to learn and to follow.

     I don’t understand much about the practice of APs but I know how agitated Dr Makhatir was and how heartbroken Rafidah felt.  She shed so much tear when asked just to explain the problems relating to APs.

     I don’t understand much about the practice of APs but I know Dr Makhatir really abandoned his care of how he would expose the weakness and malfunction of his former administration that he was in full and total command.  I know how Rafidah faced the risk of being ostracised to confront him even though she said he was like a father figure to her.

     I don’t understand much about the practice of APs but I know how Rafidah wished for a total cover-up.  She really hated any mention of APs  and lest to say to share the secret of the issue of APs.  But I also know she adbored to the demand of explanation about the practice of APs so much so that she evaded the Parliamentary Meetings again and again. Eventually, our Prime Minister had to send her an ultimatum to show up in the next Parliamentary Meeting.

     I don’t understand much about the practice of APs  but I know the proper dealing with the case concerning so much to the progress or degradation of the nation.  Our country just can’t afford to endure anymore man-created malady and calamity like this or how we can live up to the expectation and realisation of Vision 2020. You see, it is only 15 years to fulfil.  Therefore, everybody, especially, our leaders ought to take accountability of their actions and conducts seriously and urgently.  There is no better way to show patriotism than be more responsible for your own actions and duties.  As far as I know our leaders enjoy quite a lot of privileges and rights in my country.

     I really don’t understand much about the practice of APs but I know it is an abuse of power, a kind of corruption and injustice. 

     Alamat! What a curse to think of the leaders or ministers taking advantages of the policy to amass astronomical wealth for themselves and enjoy the wealth at the expense of others.

     I don’t understand much about the practice of APs but I know AP issue is just like a rotten egg exploding.  The process of rotting should have started long time ago.

     Alamat!  What a curse!  The former Prime Minister was just over-confident and too outgoing to believe that his administration was like a rotten apple.  Besides, he was just too strong and too busy to think in depth and width.  Moreover, he was also too indulgent in his own charm as a leader.

     At one stage, he was just too acutely intense to believe he could prove his deputy Prime Minister guilty of homosexual and other charges of corruption.  He overlooked even more serious cases and widespread state of corruption in general in his administration.  It was just too much one-man play to foster the proper practice of democracy.  Actually, he tried all means to undo ‘democracy’.

    Furthermore, the former Prime Minister was far too humble to insist and to empower Anti-Corruption Agency to force the disclosure of wealth each minister and official possessed, of course, including himself for the scrutiny and cross-examination.

     Good gracious!  What a shame that our present Prime Minister Pak Lah , I am cocksure,  that he has to devote a lot of his ministry to dig out, hack off, cleanse and sterilise the cancerous part of corruption.  Besides, he also has to poke and push Anti – Corruption Agency hard enough to reactivate them to action again.

     Pak Lah definitely needs great wisdom and immense effort to undo and overhaul

the deep-rooted practice of corruption and collusion.  He must forcefully exercise   

the twin pillars of conduct, namely ‘Reward and Punishment’ effectively to encourage good conducts and deter wayward habits.

     I don’t know much about the practice of APs but I know that Rafidah didn’t need to touch the Holy Book, Quran to swear to emphasise her innocence in such an inappropriate place and time.  But I know she has to explain clearly once and for all how the malpractice of APs took place with her as the minister of Trade and Commerce.

     Now the question is How she could allow the few ministers or persons to hold so many APs at the expense of others.  It is an injustice to the extreme.

     Now the question is Why she allowed.  She should have learnt the Principle of Justice from the Holy Book, Quran that any form of injustice has its equivalent degree of punishment or retribution.

     I don’t understand much about the practice of APs but I know that it is a very grave offence she committed with very much abandonment of self conscience.  She needs to resign to justify and align with the Pak Lah’s ambition and determination to hack off the cancerous part and cleanse the sickly administrative system handed to him not long ago.

          “30% Bumi equity ownership achievable by 2020—Minister”  (9 May, 2012  Wednesday  The Borneo Post).  Be honest to say that I really have no idea at all how our Bumi friends outside the circles of the BN leaders and the cronies can reach this 30% Bumi equity ownership.  It is something so blurred and intangible to 90% of our Bumi friends.  It is no doubt a very good camouflage to steal and steal and to take full advantage of this provision to the few who have the power and the access.  So we witness how our prime ministers, chief ministers, ministers, high ranking officers and related consortiums (XXXX4) prosper at the expense of the mass.  It is indeed smart of these leaders in the name of Bumis to gain full advantage for their own good and interest only.

          I am rest-assured to say that it is impossible X n times “30% Bumi equity ownership” to be achieved by 2020.  Actually it has been achieved many times over for the XXXX4 at the expenses of the mass.  Hence we witness the two extremes 10% very wealthy people against 40% very poor people.  Count and check the number of people who came for RM500 special aid to the poor. 

          It is very stupid of Najib to give money that way to cause so much rush and push for the poor.  Be more organised.  If he really has the heart for the poor, he should improve the lots of the poor systematically.  Besides special aids to the poor, he should improve the road system and other basic infrastructures everywhere properly, Sarawak and Sabah especially.  We have been colonised by the Federal government too long.  We people in the two states really see this partnership a curse and worse than that of British colonialism.

          We people have witnessed enough how the allocation funds have been hijacked by the BN leaders and the cronies since time immemorial.  Money laundering in hundred billions is recorded annually.   Who are the culprits?   We people  at least 70% know much.

          9 million is said to have gone missing in Sarawak headed by Taib Mahmud, the chief minister who is also the state finance minister.  The ministers from PR tried to bring the matter up in the state assembly but were gagged to do so. 

          Now One billion has been allocated for the Bumiputra Entrepreneurs Trust Fund.  We hope this money will really reach the eligible ones.  It will not be hijacked by Taib Mahmud and his cronies.  

          I cannot figure out how much RM 1 billion.  I wonder if the money is in RM100 notes to be put in A4 paper box, how many A4 paper boxes there are.  If we stack them up  5 boxes in height and 10 boxes across, how many kilometres it will run up to.   These XXXX4s always seem to engage in  transaction involving millions or billions. 

          Please do not use the name of Malays or Bumiputras to engage in the business of embezzlement and swindling.   Be prepared to abandon the provision of 30% Bumi equity ownership as it is just too elusive and unrealistic to attain for the 90% of the Bumis.  Translate this 30% equity ownership into the tangible products like improving the road system, better medical services, electricity and water supply, education facilities and the like for all.   It is better not to divide the people in this way.  Practise the true spirit of democracy for the good of all.  We have done enough experiments on economic development based on races.  Majority of people like me do not believe this trick to upkeep the status.

          Believe me, it is through education and skill development of every individual to win in life.  Abandon the myth that Bumis can be helped in that way when majority of the people including the Bumis do not believe this trick anymore.   In the 13^th general election, we people will tell you what we want.

428是净选盟(Non-government organisation)(NGO)Bersih 3和反Lynas稀土运动号招全民一起来声援和诉求. 净选盟要求干净选举。 和平要求BN执政选举不舞弊， 不滥权.  要求BN执政在机制上做完全的更改. 净选盟有列出合情合理的项目. 天下皆知.  各个项目肯定对BN执政霸权都是拳拳重击难以应对, 无法接受.  这绝对是人民的心声和意愿. 是BN执政霸权的绝境. 反Lynas稀土运动也是很和平的要求:拒绝Lynas稀土公司在我国设厂运作. 这是咱们人民的共识: Health Vs Wealth. 咱们人民选Health; 拒绝对人和环境破坏力很强的Wealth. 

     428 净选盟和和反Lynas稀土组织要求在独立广场集会. 可是BN执政霸权拒绝他们要求在独立广场集会.  Najib 的 [以[民]为本]的精神彻底崩溃.  马上U转成[霸权和权贵为本]的狡狞的面目. 513 的邪恶的祖魂马上上身.  428 之前,我听到Najib一声一声重复428集会会造成/演变成暴乱. 言语充满着不良意识和暗示.  这分明是权威受威胁而慌张失措又失态,任意找谎言来打压人民. 谁不知道?

     428 的混乱是谁制造的,有谁不知道?  Egypt and Syria 为什么会有人民不断反政府浪潮? 还有谁不知道?  如果Najib有[一诺千金],真的[以民为本], 428其实是可以非常和平和有次序的.  他只要做两件事: (一) 让人民用独立广场集会 (二) 跟净选盟和和反Lynas稀土组织配合好好的运用警队维持次序. 那来的混乱?  Najib可以处处得分。 可是。。。。。。 

    428 后Najib 更失衡,更不讲理, 完全失去理智. 一个谎言接一个谎言来合理化自己的霸权行为.  他说428集会是要推翻政府。那是恶毒的把428集会制造出那种人民在Tunisia, Egypt, Libya, Yemen, Syria……..的想象。 好邪恶。 Najib简直是[Najib说n道] [胡说有八道]。满口胡言。

花费2800万去塑造BN执政的形象，却白白被自己毁了。 现在要面对的是人民的合唱：

   以民为本随时是U-turn.

          The spelling of these 2 words is only different by a letter ‘H / W’.  But which you concern more make a big difference of Heaven and Hell （差天差地）（天差地别）.   Which is more important, health or wealth?  Well, well, well, if you are allowed to choose one only, which one will you select when the choice will make a direct impact on your health and life? 

          The operation of rare earth at Bukit Merah somewhere in West Malaysia caused so much irreparable health problems to the residents there.  People suffered from the menaces of cancer, skin problems and other chronic health problems.  Only the people who have undergone through the menaces there can tell the hell of the torture of the operation of the factory there.  The PM, ministers, high ranking officers and the consortiums had all the gains at the expense of the people.

 I believe that they laugh ‘their hearts out of their bosom’ (笑开怀) with the gains or returns in the operation of such lethal product to the hell of others.  The factory after all have proven to cause untold health problems to the residents there.  The ministers (XXXX4), be they Prime Minister, chief minister, ministers or  high ranking officers/2348  and the consortiums finally after causing so much disaster and torture to the residents decided to scrap off the factory for good.

          Now the factory of rare earth at Gobeng in Kuantan, Lynas owned by an Australian company  is being built and will soon be operating to the hell of the residents there.  I believe that XXXX4/2348 are paid well for the permits for the harnessing of rare earth at Gobeng in Kuantan.  The official procedures are almost all filed for the full operation.  We people only came to know about it after the big big factory is about to complete.  Now the license for the trade has been issued.  We people here and there are concerned and panicked and want to exercise our power to force the corrupt BN government to comply.

          Yes, we organised “Stop Lynas to save Malaysia! 2.0 version” .  We want a clean environment for the good of everybody as we are rest-assured that we cannot enjoy wealth without health and we cannot buy health with wealth either.  With the knowledge and cognition of this, we people relay to counteract the authority to think  ‘n’ times about allowing the Australian company to mine and process the rare earth here.  We have the clear pictures of what had happened at the rare earth mines and factory at Bukit Merah.   But Najib and his team just deny and deny and blind talk and blind talk about the safety and the measures taken to deal with the production as against the popular belief about the disaster it will bring.

          Tomorrow we have “Bershih 3.0 version for the environment and election“  to tell Najib and his team that we do not want Lynas in operation in Malaysia.  We want a clean environment and a clean election.  Our elections, be they state or nation elections, have always been so dirty.  95% of our voters can give witnesses how dirty the BN government has been.  James Masing (The X4 who said “Jangan lawan tauke!”) even did it openly to reward the long houses who gave the BN government full support in 516 in the Sarawak state election.  Look, doing dirty business openly without a slight tinge of shame at all.   We just felt ashamed of him.  We feel disgusted and ashamed to see Najib engage in ‘one man show’ how good the BN government is in giving fund allocations here and there.  Use we people’s taxpayers’ money to lure people to support the corrupt BN government, not knowing that he is actually abusing his power all the time at the disgust of us.  We just feel offended with his act of ‘borrowing the flowers to give to Buddha/ His goddesses’ . (借花献佛).  Many people like me feel humiliated and offended.  There is a famous saying from the bible “Return to the emperor  what belongs to the emperor; return to God what belongs to God……..)  (Any mistake, please correct me).  Here I would like to say “Return to the BN leaders what belongs to the BN leaders;  return to the people what they deserve.”   All the allocation funds belong to people and why you give allocation funds as if the money were from you.  Why?????????

          Tomorrow many people like me may not be present in’ the sit-down in protest’ for one reason or another, mind you it does not mean that we are not there in heart with those who are present.   We shall and will tell the BN government even more firmly in the 13 election.  Just wait and see!

          A servant is a servant.  A master is a master.  But in Malaysia, Sarawak especially, a servant becomes a master once the master entrusts him or her the power to do the work.  This is the fact,  the practice and the phenomenon everywhere in Malaysia, Sarawak especially.  

Therefore , when James Masing’s in his Malaysia-famous saying “Jangan Lawan Touke!” in the incident when a physically challenged man who showed his support of PR coalition openly in the 416 state election, the man is denied of the welfare and other subsidies.   James Masing tells us the fact, the truth, the practice and the phenomenon in Sarawak and everywhere in Malaysia .   Why……. are you only so shocked now?

Isn’t it true that Taib Mahmud and his cronies are always so bossy, monopolising  and always “me first” in everything?  Check who decides everything for us people; who is in control the resources at will in Sarawak since time immemorial?  Guess, who is the richest man in whole-wide Malaysia?  Find out how much ill-gotten wealth Taib Mahmud, James Masing, Jabu, Mawan, Tengah Ali, Wong Soon Koh………..amassed in commission, corruption and collusion in the development projects signing off for different consortiums or contractors.  In a nutshell, who are the true beneficiaries of the development projects?  Ask yourselves who the boss is in practice and reality! 

          Sarawak is so rich in timber resources but isn’t  it ridiculous that we cannot get the quality timber products to develop our furniture industry?  So, “Timber, timber everywhere, (1)”    but why can’t we have the enough quality supply we require for the development of our furniture industry?  The Furniture Association has lately called for the attention in the press hoping the authorities concerned will take heed of their plights and will get the required assistance.  I am reassured to say it is useless unless they hold mass demonstration to protest and highlight to tell the whole-wide world how we suffer under the dictatorial master, Taib Mahmud and his cronies.

          For the past 4 or 5 years, I have had the liking for carpentry work.  I have tried to look for the quality timber to build coops for my poultry, frames to fence up the coops, benches to put my tools or things.  I see the potentialities in this industry.   Yes, I notice the shortage and the quality of the timber we have and the lack of the government initiative to foster the development of the furniture industry.  Taib Mahmud and his cronies our bosses are only interested to get the commission in contracting out the forests to timber companies.  We people know a large % of his astronomical amount of wealth is ill-gotten at the expense of we people.

          If our government is people-minded, we, no doubt, will have the best furniture industry in whole-wide Malaysia, if not the whole world because the state is timber-rich .   We will be well-served, do you think so?  I am confident enough to say we can engage many creative individual, especially, our Iban / Dayak friends.  They are so skilful and creative in carving, sculpturing,  ………….

          Due to space and time constraints, I can only pinpoint out an example of who the boss is.

      民主是咱们全民的；霸权是独裁和他的朋党的。  

      命中注定是老天的决定：性别，父母，肤色，天份，。。。。。。。。 50%.  命可自与公共定50%。 用心，认真，努力，懂得远用微观和宏观思考决定。。。。可自定；好环境，好政府。。。。。公共定这50%的命。

      RM1000亿是如此被马哈迪胡乱非为下浪费花掉（squander）和占为己有。我真的希望有特别委员会去调查Mahathir如何花费人民的血汗钱。还有他和他家属的财富多少%是不义之财。他用多少钱买票当22+年首相？惩罚要分明。事践法律面前人人平等。不管他是什么身份。逼他对自己的言行负责。同时教导大家尊重法律，好好奉公守法。不像现在这样/那样乱七八糟。他还是那么嚣张。言行不一，到处献丑。好恶心。这个人肯定不知[羞耻]为何物？

      Port Klang Free Zone (PKFZ)，RM46亿流失，到今天咱们人民还没头绪是那些，还有多少部长权贵一起偷盗。咱们人民知道张庆信，林良实，陈广才。。。。。。肯定有。可是法庭判决张庆信无罪，但是咱们人民认定他有罪。以他目前所拥有的财富跟他的总收人有很大的差距。他拥有两架私人飞机，曾被法庭充公。但是又退还。 我猜其间有[不可告人的秘密]. 咱们人民人民在BN执政司法非常不公之下，无能为力. 但是+但是咱们人民在13届国选会让他知道: [诚实永远是最好的政策和安全的]. 椐我所知, 还是坚决要参加竞选. 这是不懂得自我检讨，因此纵容于[自欺欺人]的行为.  他肯定不知道有认知的人民对他是感到很恶心的. 很想吐痰的.   

      马航损失RM 25亿。怎么一回事？谁是这RM 25亿损失的受益者。到底是谁允许损失增加到RM 25亿。 这一切咱们人民会交待民联政党设立特别委员会去调查和追讨。 这是非常不负责任的行为。

      Shahrizat 家族用于[牛业]的拨款RM2。5亿转变为[屋业]滥用拨款来购买豪宅和其他用途。触患众怒。2008 后，我国已进入不太一样的年代。一小群/一大群的人民已苏醒。 很有全民一起来抓盗贼的趋向。民联政党不负人民委托揭发一宗又一宗的巨款的贪污舞弊滥权腐败事件。Shahrizat 的老公被控上法庭。是否会被定罪而面对入狱的下场？或是默默没事退场？像张庆信保住财产，逍遥法外。 这就得看咱们人民如何追踪案情和发威？

      最近又发现一宗在Johore State RM1 亿多的农业拨款被滥用浪费. Najib 和他的队伍保持沉默。没多久以前，我才见证Najib耳聋目瞎自吹自擂BN执政行政管理好，虽然一宗又一宗的巨款的贪污舞弊滥权腐败事件在他耳边眼前爆发。悲也！每年RM数百亿黑钱流失国外，Najib 怎么说?

这是小学生都知道的道理:做人实在不可以那么自夸, 还不忘处处贬低踩跶他人垫高自己. 自夸没人夸，看起来好像很少刷洗肮脏又臭的大傻瓜。

      可是, Najib身为首相却处处贬低民联领袖,夸赞自己. 像什么？ 太滥权专横霸道了吧。 很没休养也不知耻为何物。结果拳拳击中自己要害. 这就是华人常常爱互相提醒: 三思而后行/言. 要积口德. 口不遮拦,信口开河,口若县河. 这些言行被定为极下等. 身为首相,怎么可以如此不顾形象和尊严,不好也. 把人民当白痴吗?  自己像个流氓。

      华校30年如一日,师资短缺和拨款不足. 这一切是都是BN执政与 UMNO大佬们太爱耍手段玩权利和力. 牺牲别人爽快自己. [玩假民主耍真专制].  当人民还是愚昧无知时, 这种玩弄操纵是俘虏愚民的捷径.  现今个个人民都有个人的判断和认知的本事, 都爱讨论沟通交流, 揭发贪污舞弊滥权腐败事件. 互相鼓励一起抓首相,首长,部长高官权贵们偷盗行为. 拨款抽佣金是偷盗行为. RM500万, 到发展区只剩下RM150万, 这是历来拨款抽佣金,拨款从首相暑到发展区的输送管中明目张胆中被掠夺. 因此,咱们人民所见证的发展措施都很低略 (poor quality).

      第13届国选即将来临,我希望大家都准备好了.
