Good medical service 10April2015
To keep doctors and other medical staff to work in and
be loyal to a hospital, the first condition is to pay them accordingly and
strictly adhere to 8 working hours in
the maximum.
The second condition is, of course, the physical
environment which range from air-conditioned facility to well-equipped
instruments for different medical purposes.
The third condition is the conducive psychological
environment that doctors and other medical staff feel comfortable and good in
and are willing to stay for good.
I believe Class A medical service is well-featured
with these 3 conditions /3C for sure. So, when the medical staff are willing to
stay for good, that means experienced and skilful staff are ensured.
I wonder how many experienced and qualified staff
there are in Sibu General Hospital/SGH to date.
Or is it just a training ground for young and inexperienced graduates?
I wonder if these young and inexperienced medical
staff are well guided and helped along by the experienced and skilful
ones.
The conditions of the hospital reflects the quality of
the Ministry of Health and of course the quality of the government as a whole.
I believe if we want a better medical service in
Sarawak, every Sarawakian must focus our minds and hearts in the spirit of
Sarawak for Sarawakians.
We should not let any political thugs like Taib Mahmud
and his ministry used to be and the BN government in general to lead us by the
nose and abandon ourselves to them.
Ya, just as what the leaders in the cause> Sarawak
for Sarawakians/S4S say everyone of us see ourselves the President to be to
champion the cause.
I hope everyone of us is well-prepared and aiming for Sarawak
for Sarawakians. It is only possible if
we are determined and are self-willed enough for the cause.
