Dear Sarawakians,

        Can you still remember the court case trialled in May, 2018 between the X-BN-GPS Sarawak government and Petronas over the ownership of oil and gas in Sarawak?  The X-BN-GPS Sarawak government won the case based on our Oil Mining Ordinance/OMO.  Abang Johari and his cronies granted Petronas, this company of devils one and a half years of grace period and the date due was the 31^st December, 2019. 

But…………… this company of devils still has not applied for the Mining licence and the Ordinance licence yet.  So…………….they are operating their businesses here in Sarawak illegally.  They should feel ashamed of themselves for pirating in Sarawak and Sabah to boast their ability in business doing.  I wonder why no concrete actions have been taken to stop them from doing illegal businesses in Sarawak. 

Is there any company other than Petronas doing business without a licence in Sarawak?  What will happen if a big or small company does business without a licence in Sarawak?  Is there any peace for such company?  And why can Abang Johari and his cronies tolerate these pirating behaviours of Petronas?  It is said that Sarawak ministers are deeply involved in the business of Petronas, too?  I believe that there are too much interest to protect to think of the rights of Sarawak and her people as a whole.  How can we rely on these ministers to protect the rights and interests of Sarawak truly and wholesomely?

I wonder how Petronas can tell the whole-wide world about their successes in their infamous behaviours of plundering, exploitation, oppression, suppression, robbing and bullying Sarawak and Sabah in order to remain in the list of the Fortune 500.   Sarawak, though rich in natural resources but remain poor because of these pirating behaviours of Petronas in Sarawak.  I wonder what criteria the Fortune 500 have to qualify a company to be so listed.  It is just a laughing stock to the whole-wide world.

        Rise up, dear Sarawak brothers and sisters / comrades /brethrens to protect Sarawak from these devils, be their foreigners or locals.  I see all the corruptions and collusions between Malaya and Sarawak high ranking officials behind us.  They have a lot of make-believes how they care about the people, yet I see that they are only concerned about their positions and self-interests.

        No, I belong to no party nor any organisation but an individual who believes that every Sarawakian must rise up to ensure a new and better Sarawak for our own good and the generations to come.  Time is up for these devils.  Time is here for determined Sarawakians for a new, bright and better Sarawak free from the shackle of the colonisation and domination of the Malaya government in disguise of Malaysia which has not base at all. 

In a nutshell, it is an illegal union as MA63 is null and void from the very beginning.  But X-BN-GPS-pro-PH Sarawak government insist to remain in this illegal federation for their self-interests:  These high ranking Sarawak ministers collude with so-called federal Malaya ministers to partake in the mega wealth of oil and gas resources of Sarawak.  The political monopoly creates the economic monopoly at the expense of Sarawakians.  It is Time to undo all these evilnesses once and for all.

Please support Parti Bumi Keyalang to quest for Sarawak Independence.

If you love Sarawak and stand for Sarawak Independence, please save Her from being plundered, exploited, oppressed, suppressed, robbed and bullied further from the Malaya domination, aggression and invasion.

If you love Sarawak and you dare to declare, express your anger in action without fear against the Malaya colonisation and imperialism.

If Sarawak is your motherland, please protect Her at all cost.

If you believe that a family cannot stand whole at all and as a whole if our country falls apart, please fight for Her independence to the last breath of your life.

If we had had all the resources kept in Sarawak for development, we would have had a well-developed Sarawak in every way.

If our leaders had been loyal and patriotic to Sarawak, they would have acted against Malayan aggression, colonisation, imperialism and invasion at all cost.

If we Sarawakians regardless of race, religion and creed stay united, together we can save Sarawak, our motherland to be free from being shackled and tethered by the Malaya colonialists. 

Let’s cast our votes to Parti Bumi Keyalang which will lead us to Sarawak Independence for the good of every Sarawakian.  Sarawak is for Sarawakians (S4SS) only.    (Belinda Ling Moi Hung)

My question is: “How can Issues of oil and gas royalties be ironed out in any ways?”  It is a win-lose business.  I wonder where on earth Petronas with the backing of Mahathir, this devil can go wild like this!  It is blatantly bullying Sarawak and Sabah, both of which have been led by the puppet-like leaders who enjoy all the interests being the cronies of the political consortium, BN before and PH now. 

Though the GPS Sarawak government has self-declared to be independent from the PH so-called Federal government,  the high ranking leaders are in very good relationship.  Abang Johari sees Mahathir as “Father and son”  as he once claimed it openly.  They have had a ‘secret’ meetings ?? times since 509.  I guess that it is the discussion about the sharing of interests from the production of oil and gas among the high ranking officials.

Abang Johari, the puppet is too pleased with his position and interest as a chief minister of Sarawak to take a strong stand against the aggression and invasion of the Malaya government.  When Petronas refused to disclose the data of Sarawak Petronas in the production, operation and businesses as a whole, Abang Johari just lamented in mass media and ended there.  There has been no concrete action taken to force Petronas to comply to the rules and regulations of Sarawak to disclose the data. 

It is said that there is an arrangement of interest for AbangJohari’s family and so has sealed up his mouth to say further for the interests of Sarawakians as a whole though he often put up the play of how he cares.

Mahathir, this devil, has repeatedly claimed Sarawak to be “a rich state” which in actual fact has become the third poorest “state” after Sarawak has been degraded unconstitutionally into one of 13^th states in the Federation of Malay / Malaysia.  It was done  by Mahathir and UMNO, these devils.  Yes, Sarawak is abundant in natural resources.  BUT the question is:  Who has taken all to enrich themselves and development in Malaya only?  It is an open secret that corruption and collusion are rampant in Malaysia. 

I hope that the United Nations will organise a team to come here to investigate what has wrong to Sarawak and Sabah.  Please look into the road system, medical service, education, political system and economy set up. 

I hope that this writing will reach the leaders of the United Nations so that Justice will be done accordingly.  On behalf of all the Sarawakians with the exceptions of those beneficiaries, I hope the United Nations will grant us Independence when our new leaders bring forth MA63 which we all now believe it to be a fraud from the very beginning.  I am rest-assured to say that Malaysia was formed without a base but fraudulently on MA57, the federation of Malaya.  Please save us from further plundering, exploitation, oppression, suppression, robbing and bullying.   Moi Hung Ling  (Belinda)

       

Petronas should be prepared to leave Sarawak and Sabah for good

Petronas should not indulge in that dust-like vainglory and stand up tall at expense of Sabah and Sarawak in order to remain in the Fortune 500 companies. Alamat, what a curse, what a pity and what to shame  to refuse to pay  20% oil royalty from oil-production accordingly to these two partner nations.

Petronas must not be allowed to stay in the Fortune 500 companies by plundering, exploitation, oppression, suppression, robbing and bullying Sabah and Sarawak.  I hope that the Fortune organisation will remove it from the list of the Fortune 500 companies.  We Sabahans and Sarawakians are furious being plundered, exploited, oppressed, suppressed, robbed and bullied for about  57 years. 

Unfortunately, our puppet-like leaders from Sabah and Sarawak still have the patience to negotiate for nothing with the Malaya imperialists and colonialists.

Sabahans and Sarawakians are furious to see all their acts in the play. 

Mahathir, this devil is the master-mind of the plan to colonise Sabah and Sarawak.  This has been going on since 1963 and this devil was deeply involved in the process from  1970.  He was the one behind Tun Razak, another devil to work out all kinds of evil plan to colonise Sabah and Sarawak.

In 1974, it must be Mahathir, this devil who devised the plan to coerce the puppet-like Sarawak Chief Minister Abdul Rahman Yakub who was pestered by his devilish nephew Taib Mahmud who was holding an auspicious position in the so-called national parliament.  

We know how these high-ranking Ministers collude with the Malaya imperialists and colonialists to plunder, exploit and rob Sabah and Sarawak to enrich themselves. 

I believe Time is near and here that we Sarawakians are prepared enough to change the XBN-GPS-pro-PH Sarawak government for good in order to establish a New Sarawak with the true spirit of democracy based on meritocracy.  I believe that Parti Bumi Keyalang which is in quest of Sarawak Independence through unilateral declaration of independence like Kosovo when it wins in the PRN12 Sarawak election.

I hope that the whole-wide world will not be shocked when our new Sarawak government led by Parti Bumi Keyalang declares Sarawak Independence unilaterally and sever with Malaya totally.  Then we shall have 100% ownership of all the natural resources in Sarawak.  Petronas should be prepared to leave Sarawak for good.  I hope to see this happening some day.

CYBERJAYA: Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad has assured investors that the ongoing tussle between the federal government and Sabah and Sarawak on several issues, including oil royalty can be ironed out towards a “win-win” solution.

        Hence, the Prime Minister said investors should not worry about Sabah and Sarawak, instead they should invest in both states as they have good governance.

       He said the federal government and the leaders from both states are able to hold discussions to iron out the situation, despite being on the opposite side of the government.

       “We have talked to the leaders there, and the leaders are quite reasonable. The demand was made by some people who are still unable to adjust themselves to the federal-state set up.

       “They still want to have their say in everything but the state leaders are not like that. I have talked (to) them (leaders from Sabah and Sarawak) and they agree that we should settle this problem through negotiations and find a win-win solution,” he said at a dialogue session organised by the Malaysian French Chamber of Commerce and Industry here today.

           Also present was French Ambassador to Malaysia Frederic Laplanche.

Dr Mahathir was asked by a dialogue participant to provide clarity on the federal government relationship with Sabah and Sarawak, especially on the issues over oil royalty hike demand, MA63 rights, establishment of Petroleum Sarawak Bhd of Petros, and Trans-Borneo Highway.

        “(For) Sabah, the ruling party, Warisan, has three members in the Cabinet of the federal government, which means that we are actually in close contact with them. We know what they think,” he said.

Both the Sabah-led Warisan and Sarawak’s ruling coalition party are not members of the ruling coalition at the federal level, Dr Mahathir said, adding that the federal coalition is made up of four parties from the Peninsular.

“Malaysia is a federation. The states rule themselves in certain areas such as land. But they feel that they did not get the full amount of money from the oil industry. We paid five per cent oil (royalty) from oil production, which is a huge amount of money.

      “They are asking for 20 per cent. If we give them (oil-producing states) 20 per cent, Petronas will cease to be (among) the Fortune 500 companies,” he said.

      Dr Mahathir said Sarawak is the richest state in Malaysia with a budget of RM11 billion compared with other states.

“The disparity between states has to be corrected. If we were to give more to Sabah and Sarawak, the disparity will be worse than the present. While we may have differences, we can sit down together and settle these differences,” he added. – Bernama
